5 Stars! Only a little more than 1 hour and a half but right to the point. The more you chase something you want the more it goes away. Detachment is freedom. Loved it. The rule is "Go live your life and forget about chasing people and things that are not meant to be yours." I will listen again from time to time.

Concise and to the point. Lots of little great “exercises” within to apply for each “detachment.” Finished the book in about an hour, so a very easy read.

I think this is a really helpful book. If only I had come across it sooner. The main focus is being intentional about what you want, but letting go of the desired outcome. If a large business deal falls through, release the sense of disappointment, and just keep moving forward and trusting the process that something better is on the way. This isn’t natural of course, because there is a misconception (very much so for myself) that the harder I try, the greater the outcome of success. I think this is one of those books I’ll need to re-read to really drive the point home that intention is everything, but release a specific outcome.

I like the concept of detachment but the book is way too repetitive and is based on 'the universe responds to confidence ' and 'high energy vibration ' unscientific nonsense. I think it's important to warn readers that it doesn't have an actual psychological basis or anything.

Good, boring and cliche book for the long highway drive. Feel tired of books that talk well known truths without the how.

This book is a quick and eye‑opening read about letting go to attract more into your life. It’s something I wish I’d read a while back, as the idea of detachment bringing freedom and abundance really clicks. Simple, clear, and surprisingly practical.

This is gold standard clear writing. I got a lot out of this book. Stop chasing things; when you chase, you push what you seek away. Have peace in yourself and all will come to you. Remain open to what the universe offers you; it might be better than anything you imagined.

excellent book - very quick and easy listen. Everything was very to-the-point with exercises and strategies for shifting scarcity mindset and integrating detachment. That was my biggest aha - I didn't realize HOW MUCH I am attached to an outcome, especially in my work where it is my job to achieve an outcome for clients. I appreciate the reminders to focus on assignment and cultivating inner piece, regardless of my circumstances. I took copious notes!
