Truth Bites: Alternative Cover

“If The Vampire Diaries and Teen Wolf had an Irish baby, it would be The Hybrid Wolf Series.”

Hunted by my ex and his vengeful pack, malevolent witches, and now exiled? The universe has a twisted sense of humour.

Still learning to navigate the paranormal world, Eve has been looking for answers ever since they found out about the Faolchúnna pack kidnapping paranormals. But the moment they set foot in London, darkness whispers of danger lurking in every corner and they’re running for their lives. Eve needs to stand up for herself and fight back. She’s found where she belongs, and she’s gonna stop at nothing to make it back home.

Luke won’t risk losing Eve again. After her recent brush with death, he’s more determined than ever to keep her safe, no matter who—or what gets in his way. With his uncle’s life on the line, Luke must learn to trust himself to navigate treacherous pack politics. His honour, his pack’s legacy, and their future all hinge on them uncovering the truth and clearing their names.

With the stakes spiralling higher than ever before, they’re running out of time. Will they be able to unravel the mysteries behind the kidnapping of paranormal creatures and decipher the witch's obsession with her in time?

What if Eve is the key to untangling it all?

What if the cost is her life?

If you like steamy werewolf shifters, high-stakes suspense, and a heavy sprinkle of Ciara’s signature sarcasm, then you will love the latest instalment in Ciara Delahunt’s addictive paranormal romance series.

Ciara writes paranormal romance with dark twists, spice, and a heavy dose of sarcasm. Her books feature strong women, morally grey love interests, suspense, and found family. She lives in the Irish countryside with her boyfriend and their two cats. When she doesn’t have her head stuck in a book, you will find Ciara walking in the parklands nearby, in the gym, passed out on her yoga mat, or screaming at a rugby match.

A book-dragon from birth, her love of reading bled into writing when she was a teenager, and the rest is history. Ciara can’t write without music and loves nothing more than to be curled up with her laptop and a mocha in her favourite coffee shop, writing to her heart’s content.

I wanted to finish this series because it has a really interesting concept and storyline. It’s not very well written and would probably be sooooo much better with a little time and editing. I didn’t hate it. But I’m also not paying to read the last book on top of KU for it either. I feel I don’t need to read it to know how it ends. So….not bad, not good.

I know they gotta keep the story going somehow, but you’re telling me nothing good happened once in this book?! Like did the FMC and MMC break a mirror while walking under a ladder and then open an umbrella inside? Never passing those chain emails forward?!

I'm invested in this story, and I need the next book.

As an author myself, I always want to just enjoy my current release for a hot minute before people ask for the next one. As a reader, I get it now. I want the next one.

I love seeing how Luke and Eve are growing through this series. And my love for the side characters continues. I'd love to see Craig get his HEA at some point in the future.

I loved the continuation of this series.

Luke and Eve are on the run but I feel like this is also where their relationship gets defined and I am here for it. Luke will do anything to protect her and Eve is desperate to prove herself.

Friends and family are at risk and the necromancer will stop at nothing to get what she wants.

This book was full of reunions, drama and action and it was so well written - also, the library scene?!?!? Someone get me a fan!

I’m obsessed with this series! Counting down the days until Fated Pack is released!

Truth Bites follows the story of Eve as she navigates her new life as a hybrid, figuring out rival pack dynamics, the paranormal world, and London, after being exiled from Ireland with Luke.

I love these characters and their incredibly human relationships with one another while discovering their place in the world. It’s so refreshing to read a strong female main character who finds her strength through her vulnerability, while in a healthy relationship - I can’t put into words how nice this is to see in a book!! Strong women can find their voice while being in a relationship, and Ciara writes this story beautifully.

I’d absolutely recommend this series ❤️

Brilliant series so far, I adore these guys and their pack... Diverse as they are. The only disappointment I had was the editing, unfortunately it was a little lacking. Hopefully can be rectified 🤞
Thank you for the ride Ciara, what girl doesn't love a hero like Luke.
