If you are unfamiliar with Shred Diet, it is recommended to get the book, "Shred Diet Made Simple" to understand the bacic tenets. This is the action book on what food to have from Week 1 to Week 6. Highly recommended!
Easy Recipes! I found all of these recipes to be easy but I loved the cook and preparation times of only 10 to 15 minutes per meal. For someone who has a busy schedule like me, these recipes are healthy and easy to put together. I would recommend reading the Shred Diet Made Simple book first. It has the information about the Shred Diet and week by week of what you will be eating. Great book with easy recipes for all!
