Very good short read for people that struggle with fear of abandonment; not only gives a lot of advice on how to strengthen relationships with trust and calming anxiety by yourself. But shows how to identify the causes and ways to cope with that. For romantic relationships but also friends and family too
A very fascinating book. I often felt caught out, as it spoke straight from the soul. A few pages didn’t resonate with me at all, as they weren’t relevant to my situation. Other than that, it’s a very good book with helpful exercises and thought-provoking ideas that definitely helped me move forward and motivated me to work on myself (4.5).
