This felt rushed as the final battle with the central villain god starts and ends in this volume and really only in four chapters. We really do not know much about God or why they are doing this, we get a few hints like they and Luna have a past and that their may be others like them which feels like a back story that needs to be fleshed out more as it raises a lot of questions. And even the final fight feels rushed as most of the fight we are focused on Fuuko talking with Luna about the weapon that is supposed to be able to kill God. So the final battle and the sacrifice that Fuuko has to make feel meaningless as God does not feel threating. They talk about how powerful they are but they never show it.
The Series as a whole, it has a great start with a lot of interesting abilities that are cleverly utilized throughout the series. Great characters with all of them getting character arcs and feel like they belong in the story with some exceptions mostly with some members of Under. Problems really start showing up at the end as it feels like Tozuka is being rushed and as there are great ideas that could have worked if given enough breathing room. It feels like the same problem that Bleach had in its run.
(Series review) I mean, it was ok…? I couldn’t really get invested in the characters, and by the end I had forgotten a few key parts leading up to the final battle. I guess it makes sense cuz I wasn’t appealed by the whole “kill god” plot line and didnt really dig the Andy-Fuuka romance. The ending marriage scene was cute and proper but just left me shrugging like “good for them I guess.”
Art style? Ok, but didn't really standout to me (the best part was the shading I think).
Favorite scenes (not in order):
1. Ramen cook-off 2. Language fight (not to be confused with battle with spring uma but that was also nice) 3. Andy clocking his suit to beat his rules (I forget its name 😭)
Overall Rating: 3/10 Unmajestic selfie pics

I will take a stand and say that this finale is EXCELLENT. Sure, it could have gone slower, maybe expanded upon stuff. Maybe it went too quick, but everything in Undead Unluck goes quick. I'd rather race through the good bits then sit here and watch it flounder with slow pacing and meaningless battle. So many shonen might have the power of love and friendship save everything in name but no, the greatest strength here is just how much our cast of characters trust each other and believe in themselves. Let's drive head-first into whatever bullshit the gods plan and just have it all work out in the end anyways.
Overall, good finish is an inadequate to say about this story. It was an amazing way. From, dealing with the aftermath of Fuuko's choice. To, the final reward from Luna. To, The finale. It was a good ride. Can't wait for the anime to adapt more of this.

Really enjoyed this series! It was cute and had some interesting power scaling throughout. Strong female characters as well which are less common in Shonen Jump.
wow. let me wipe away my tears so i can write this. what an amazing series with a great cast, great story, and a phenomenal ending. THIS IS HOW YOU WRITE AN ENDING. getting to see where everyone is and the lives they are able to live now is just amazing. fuuko really did that shit man. getting to see julia and victor happy and rip with his WIVES nad shen and his family. like i could go on and go with each character. LIKE WDYM BILLY IS A hISTORY TEACHER NOW SHUT THE FUCK UP. everyone had their fitting conclusion. they are such themselves on their wedding day but those 5 years you can tell they grew. this was a blast to read and one of the best series i have read in a minute. GONNA MISS YOU UNDEAD UNLUCK.
