Very gripping. I think the author could write more about his relationship with his wife.

Could have been better towards the end.The climax was a total let down.Things became messy and way too predictable which reminded me of the Hindi movie Shaan and many other similar movies from yesteryears. Brijesh Singh did try his guts out and to a certain extent it worked but he needs to dramatically evolve to be comparable to the likes of James Patterson or Tom Clancy.

As a reviewer, my apology first. I'm not going to narrate even a blurb it a synopsis of this amazing story. I want each one of you to pick a copy and start reading it. You are simply going to love a story, a genre of which is not told by any Indian Author.
If there is a true techno-thriller, having a nice mix of military thriller, I give a thumbs up to Brijesh to write one blockbuster. The details has a precision as good as unblemished diamond; the storyline being squarely better than 95% of Western thriller writings. You all got it right. It has to be among the best among Indian writing. Should I whisper the truth. It's better than even Tom Clancy.
A new Avatar of @Thriller Writer has stormed and is going to take us on a sublime journey of twist and turns of a twister, where plots and subplots are woven majestically. The mise-e-scene, hopping from one continent to another, is captivating.
If the protagonist Rudra Pratap drives the story with tremendous pace, then Sana is an amazing character, who brings smile to the reader. In telling a breakneck speed story, the Author hasn't lost sight of characterisation. The way Rudra Pratap brings in Zen is simply a unique way to engage reader.
The hook is great; middle level rising commits readers to a very satisfying climax. Though I'd have preferred a cliffhanger, where on the last page, the Author tells the status of his different characters.

Author has an amazing insight to the world of hacking and encryption. He gives a wonderful account of nuclear device, and several kinds of techno-machines. He is very capable of taking the readers to an unbelievable roller coaster ride, where his characters are carrying out investigation work, and then the Author cosy him or her on a "solid ground of believing", what has been happening around him or her. Suspension of disbelief truly turns into believing the Author.
Eagerly waiting for his next work, and next, and next.....

Not a wow novel but a good attempt at a patriotic thriller. However on expectations of a pot-boiler or a masterpiece the book thoroughly falls flat. However a good inside view of the Indian system set against lurking indo-pak tensions. Brijesh, an IPS officer himself has brought out patriotism & indian ness in his debut diabolical thriller. A commendable effort indeed by the budding author.....

Rudra Pratap Singh, a policeman in jail at Mumbai, is bailed out by the government to fight a terror threat in the city. Not allowed to meet his pregnant wife, he gets straight into action, hobnobbing with Sana, a RAW officer who lusts for him, and addresses him, for some strange reason, as bastard. Rudra, an Alpha male that he is, has no time for either his wife or Sana, but has lots for telling Zen stories to his boss Kant, the police commissioner of Mumbai, who hates hearing these stories but has no choice.
The obsession to label Pakistan as evil has been our favorite premise for a thriller. This novel too has been built around that notion. Overall an average first attempt. I wish the author had used fewer technical words in the narrative and paid more attention to the characters.

Its supposed to be a international espionage kinda thriller but the writing style is flat and the characters one dimensional. Very hard to get into and really I did not care what happened in sense of events or characters.
