STEM MMC: trauma surgeon
I don’t think you can consider this book a novella, but it is shorter and reads very quickly. Because of that though, the pacing is all sorts of weird, and the author eludes to things but never flushes them out. The characters all seem very immature and make snap judgements and decisions with little to no information. The MMC seemed to actually hate his job, but there’s no resolution for that, nor do we get to hear about why he really chose this career. The spice was inconsistent with being fade to black or detailed to a point. And the book could have benefited from another round of editing to fix a lot of grammar issues.

Ethan and Nia have a one night stand not realising that she is his sister’s best friend and new next door neighbour. Ethan is really ruse with Nia at first as he tries to ignore his feelings towards her making it clear his sister Jules can never find out. As time goes by they end up in situations were they end up in bed together. The chemistry between them is off the charts, especially as Ethan finds it hard to trust. When Nia’s horrible ex is back on the scene their relationship and her friendship with Jules is put to the test. A fantastic read with a good story and plenty of heat.

This is a heartfelt story with an adorable dog that I loved reading about! Nia is Ethan's sister best friend and a woman he had an intimate encounter with prior to knowing that she was his sister's best friend but when they find themselves constantly in the same place fate takes over and their feelings blossom. It is an enjoyable read with dynamic characters and a well written storyline that kept me glued to the pages.

He of course does not want her to tell his sister what they did. And yet they didn’t seem to do much to resist more bedtime. Will he learn to trust her? And when her ex tries to come back into her life, is Ethan ready to stand up for her?

A great love story! A joy to read. Includes a sweet over exuberant Siberian Huskie who was determined to bring them together. Includes a little spice for those that like it, but not too much!

Very good storyline with some romantic characters. Nia and Ethan are written very well, and you will absolutely love the story and romance they have will capture your heart.

I love this book. It was a good storyline with some romantic characters. Zeus the dog will make you fall in love with him. I recommend you read this book.
