I think this was the perfect ending for this series, everything was wrapped up from all the other books. Runo (Killian, Finn, Dark, and Daemon) and their me were made for one another. I liked that Ryker, Aeron, and Samael engraved each new alter and found a way to love each one. I cant wait to read about Echo.

That was a dark and sinister ride. The series had so many twists and turns and I never knew where it was going and even after finishing the series, I couldn’t have predicted all that. It was absolute madness, dark and twisted. This book in the series was low spice, it focused more on the plot which was twisty and so unpredictable. Seriously, what did I just read? It was great if you love dark and twisted, which I absolutely do. Great end boom to the series and I’m fascinated to see what else happens in this world that N. Slater has created.

This series has come to an amazing end, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best I have ever read. The characters are memorable; I loved some, hated others, and found it hard to put the book down. Killian and Aeron were my favourites. Killian was particularly intriguing with his complex nature, you definitely get your money's worth with him. At the same time, Aeron reminded me of a psychotic puppy who couldn’t decide whether to lick you or bite you.


This author has released many books that are dark, twisted, and oh-so-good, all beautifully written. This particular one is truly exceptional. I would love to wax poetic about it, but I don't think I could do it justice. So, I encourage you to dive in! I'm looking forward to Echo's story and hopefully seeing the boys again.

Alter, book 4 of the series Revelations, by N. Slater @slater.47. I did reread books 1-3 in anticipation of this book coming out!

I loved this conclusion about Killian, Samael, Aeron & Ryker. The twists & turns of this book! 😱This book had so many OMG moments! 😳 Tropes: MM+, Mental Health issues, Cannibalism, Gory Scenes, & so much more.

Book 4 of the Revelations Series: Alter, was so much of saying 'what the hell' or 'oh my god'. Definitely twisty. I didn't see any of it coming. Such a good final book of this series.

I do recommend reading the previous 3 before reading #4, like read all of them back to back if you can for best effect ;)

Love everything N. Slater writes and will continue reading their future books.

Twisted, crazy and just a little mad to the ending. Runo (and his alters) are taking over and he wants his men to love him just as they do the others. Samael, Aeron and Ryker are not at all sure what to expect of Runo and his plans but they do know he brings out something in them that they need.
I was a little sad to see this book come and the end of these men but the ending is everything.

A lot darker and bloodier than the previous books. Unfortunately, a lot of side characters had to go, but ultimately Runo and his men are safe. There's only one chapter in Killian's POV, and the rest of the alters no longer give us a full chapter, so he still has the conditions but they're mostly silent.

Aeron, Slash, and Samael learn to embrace the darkest alter of them all, and what a surprise to learn who the original was. Runo's plans seem so farfetched and unhinged that even the three don't think things would go smoothly. In the end, I didn't see the reversal on the dad, and also that statement he made to Killian about the crazy, wow, didn't expect that.

Less smut in this book (but what there was, was hottt) and more focused on plot. Excited to see future snippets of all the guys, and for Echo's own series.
