As I opened the final chapter of the author’s “Diamond Chains”, I felt a mix of excitement and nostalgia. This trilogy had been a beautiful journey, rich with intricate threads of love, music, and fate, and this concluding installment promised a crescendo that was both thrilling and poignant.

Set against the backdrop of an electrifying masquerade ball, the story pulls you into a world where elegance meets deception. The author masterfully crafts an atmosphere alive with anticipation, painting vivid scenes where champagne bubbles and secrets mingle behind ornate masks.

i am sorry.
this didn't hold up well compared to the previous books for me.
there's a lot to unpack and it felt a bit rushed?
the spice scenes and the climax (ball scenes) are great tho.

i didn't like how pushy Sera was towards Az meeting his mom.
i get it, Sera lost her parents and longed to have a family... but... she was insensitive and selfish. and there's no validation of Az's feelings. He just apologized and told her he'll try.

Sera became annoying and Az lacked development.
Ryder, Jenna, Chad, Mia, Cade... they are supportive but they lacked depth. like.. they're just there to support and make the main characters look good..

Dorian is my favorite character in this book.
i am glad about the events and how the book ended...
the whole gala/masquerade ball night was awesome..
and I'm glad about the backstories finally being unearthed...
but yeah... it didnt resonate with me as much as the previous books.

With the romantic proposal at the end of Scarlet Veins, Azriel and Sera may be planning their future together, but Azriel is still committed to the year of hard work, separation and tight schedules as the contract to make him a rockstar begins. On top of that, there’s still the threat of danger hanging over them from the person trying to hurt them……..

This was a great ending to the Gemstones of Fate trilogy with a fast moving plot and the same excellent characters. It felt a bit rushed in places with the story not flowing so smoothly as it might, but I enjoyed the trilogy as a whole and would definitely recommend it. The songs from the book that I found on YouTube are definitely worth a listen too 🐈‍⬛.

Book 3 of Gemstones of Fate Trilogy. Books should be read in series order for maximum enjoyment.

The characters were very complex and complicated and absolutely perfect together. Plot was intriguing and intense and well paced. World building was solidly drawn and impressive. All in all a satisfying conclusion to the trilogy. Thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend.

From the start of Jade Strings, to the final page of this amazing book, I was totally invested in the story and the characters! This final book was everything I was looking for. This ending to the series was so amazing, that I will truly miss this amazing world! This is the kind of story that made me remember young love, and how amazing it could truly be. I Loved It!!! The concept was beautifully done and was hooked from the first page in this, the characters had that element that I was looking for in this type of book. An amazing ending to this awesome trio. I absolutely loved how this was written. The masquerade, the ball, the music. It was so beautifully done. I was immediately pulled in and was invested until I reached the end. I can honestly go on well after this and be completely content.
