I love a good sentient novel story, and this one definitely leans more on the erotica side of things. The spice is the plot.
A woman trying to make money to make her dreams come true stumbles across an ice cream monster in the freezer, a monster who has no knowledge of humans. Well, he's a fast learner, and the story very quickly devolves into weird and wonderful spice.
Super quick read, but don't go looking for spice or explanations of how... its magic 🤣

This KU novella falls somewhere between sentient object and monster fucking, also somewhere between 2.5 and 3 stars.

I couldn’t stop laughing while reading this. Nothing about it was a turn on but it got such a high rating from me because it was entertaining to get through. I read the entire book aloud to my husband who got a kick out of it as much as I did. It would have gotten a 5 star rating if it wasn’t for so many anatomically incorrect moments/positions forgotten about mid-scene. Talking while choking on a popsicle, being plugged in every hole only to somehow not be plugged in one of them so he can replug it without ever having taken himself out to begin with, and squirting from a specific body part that doesn’t even have a hole to begin with. This book needed another editor or final draft before publication to work out the kinks (pun intended). But besides that, what a wild ride. I look forward to reading the next one with my husband.

All I can say is there is a lot of creamy goodness going on here. This is a short one full of spice that only Ms. Hunter could imagine. Ms. Hunter knows how to keep readers engaged and entertained. There was a story here, but let's be real, readers don't read a book like this for a story. We want all the creamy spiciness we can handle. Ms. Hunter delivers. If you want to be entertained for about 45 minutes, grab this one and just let the goodness roll over you. I promise you won't regret it.

This short story truly delivered on its promise, offering a delightfully spicy and engaging reading experience. The premise was excellent, and the author maintained the theme consistently throughout, which was quite impressive. Furthermore, the characters were remarkably well-developed, and the plot was so captivating that it kept me thoroughly engrossed, resulting in a highly satisfying and enjoyable read from beginning to end.

I received an advance copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

Im getting strict with my ratings on sentient object romances now that I am too far gone off the deep end. One star for the spice thats it. I didnt like anything else about this. The word creamy and creamed were overly used that it was dry after the 5th time. And tell me why he was mentioned as a blob so I pictured Flubber but in ice cream form with fucking tentacles? Wild. When she said she was so swollen from cream her belly was protruding out like she was pregnant like bleh. I would feel like shit and bloated not hot and bothered.

On to the next one.

Wow where do I start, cuz Abby sure as heck blew this one away as well. If u haven't read the whole series of these I suggest u do their amazing. Creamed is a sexy, smutty, magical read that will most definitely set u a blaze. I loved everyy cringe, crazy second of it. It is a short novella so yeah I don't want to give away school or so I'll leave it at that. Yet if you do love ice cream monsters, that totally cools you down and blows your mind in summertime this is a perfect book for you. Keep being amazing Abby, and keep writing these mind blowing crazy books for us.

To Be Creamed or Not to Be… That Is the Question

This was such a quick, filthy, and fun read!

Bianca works on a cruise ship and gets sent down to the freezer to bring up more ice cream—but she ends up getting way more than she bargained for. Inside, she meets Kirimu, an ice cream monster who only wants his cream back… and he’s more than happy to take it out on her in the dirtiest way possible.

Here we are again. Luckily this is our book club's final round of terrible smut books and I am so grateful because this one was a doozy. Not the worst one but, boy was it a wild ride. There was a surprising amount of plot and I do appreciate the author's sense of humor, but I will never understand the appeal of these books.

PERFECT for summer!

This is not what I was expecting at all, but this short read was absolutely delicious, and I will never look at ice cream the same. The way that the ice cream was transformed into a creature of physical pleasure in such a short few pages was unbelievable. This book will definitely have you fanning yourself after you finish.

There are definitely some books where I think "What am I reading?". Creamed is another one of those and you know what?? I regret NOTHING.
I loved this piece so much. Not only is it PERFECT for the scorching hot weather -- and ice cream sounds REALLY good right about now ;) -- but Abby sucked me in with her writing all over again. This series is on a fast track to becoming one of my favorites and I legit need every single one of them as a paperback so I can reread to my heart's delight.
For this one, we're introduced to Bianca, who is just trying to make some extra money. Times are hard, adulting sucks -- and nothing's cheap. Add in the dream she wants to achieve and she's looking for a way to make it possible. In comes a cruise that promises to pay well.
In comes Kirimu like a wrecking ball. (XD He doesn't actually but the guy does make an impression.) All he's trying to do is find a way back home because he is NOT supposed to be there. A series of interesting events lead to a sudden realization: they need to work together to help get him home.

I think my favorite part is that Kirimu is a different type of monster, but he's got something some of us REALLY love. (I wish I could put in a tentacle emoji right here T.T) This is a short but steamy piece. I couldn't get enough of it!!

I look forward to the next piece Abby graces us with! FANTASTIC JOB, Abby!
OBVIOUSLY I highly recommend this :)

Although this is one of many, many books that I've read by Abby, it's one of very few monster romances I've ever read.

This book forms part of the Beastly Feasts series and follows the amazing Basted which I read at the end of last year - and loved!

I think that I'm still working out just how I feel about this genre.

On the one hand, the idea of being smothered in cold, cold ice cream in a freezer - whilst reading this in the heat of Summer - had the most glorious cooling effect.

On the other hand, I'm not so sure that I could face a bowl of ice cream to eat just yet ....

Taking this as it's designed though and I cannot express what a brilliant, fun read this was.

At just over 60 pages, it's the perfect portion size to devour in one sitting!

When working on a luxury yacht, Bianca gets herself locked in the walk-in freezer but whilst there, she encounters Kirimu, an ice cream monster who doesn't know too much about humans.

Well, Bianca has no qualms about letting him explore her - inside and out!...

There's a lot of creamy goodness here and despite being in a freezer, things heat up pretty quickly for the pair.

The spice is definitely spicing throughout - but don't overthink the magic of it all!

Just go with the flow and enjoy!

Abby Hunter owes me a new pair of pajamas because I snorted coffee through the old ones while reading Creamed. This book is like walking into a bakery at 3am when you promised yourself you were “just browsing”—next thing you know, you’re covered in powdered sugar and questionable life choices, but you couldn’t be happier about it.

The banter? Sharper than my mom’s Thanksgiving carving knife. The steam? Let’s just say my Kindle is now requesting hazard pay. Abby’s characters leap off the page, grab you by the collar, and say, “Sit down, buttercup—you’re about to get creamed.” And they’re right.

Why not 5 stars? Because I nearly pulled a muscle trying to read in public without cackling like a maniac, and frankly, Abby should foot the bill for my reputation rehab. Also, I will never look at ice cream the same way again. Ever.

If you want something deliciously messy, outrageously funny, and just the right amount of indecent, Creamed will leave you tickled pink (and possibly sticky).

Short, fun and spicy summer monster novella.

Super quick read, more spice than plot, just what I needed. The ice cream monster, Kirimu was such a funny character, seemingly innocent and someone who didn’t know anything about human bodies, but at the end knew how to get the FMC, Bianca, fully creamed.

“I won’t hurt you! I promise! I just want to go home!”
“You shouldn't have eaten me!”
“Did you like that? Did it feel good pouring your cream into me?”
“How much do you think I could put inside you? Do you think I could fit all of myself in?”
“Just cream me! Give me all your cream! Come all over me.”

I received an ARC of this book and I am voluntarily leaving a review. Receiving ARC didn’t affect my opinion of the book.

I’ve read some wild things lately (yes, including dinosaur erotica—no further questions), so when this popped up during a late-night Amazon deep dive, curiosity fully took the wheel. Sentient object smut? Ice cream… monster? Honestly, the taxonomy is fuzzy, but the vibes are unhinged.

This is very much a “the spice is the plot” situation. Physics, logic, and reality take a long holiday, and the book knows it. It’s absurd, a little cringe, completely impossible—and I laughed more than once. When the blurb says Bianca gets “filled,” it is not being metaphorical.

Is it good? Is it ridiculous? Yes. Both.
Did it deliver exactly what it promised? Also yes.

I genuinely cannot star-rate this because I have no frame of reference for sentient ice-cream erotica, but look—a win is a win.
