A murdered billionaire. A suspect who’s already dead. And an FBI agent who refuses to let the case die with them.
Everyone thinks billionaire Damon Voss died in a twisted love triangle gone wrong. Everyone except FBI Agent Alex Frost.
When more bodies turn up across Los Angeles—people with no connection to each other, no history of drug use, and no reason to die—Frost begins to see a terrifying pattern.
The city is drowning in overdoses. But these deaths are different. Clean bloodwork. No contaminants. No warning.
Frost is convinced there’s a killer hiding in the chaos—someone who wants to see exactly what their victims see in their final moments.
The truth is buried deep.
And Frost is the only one who can dig it up—before she becomes the next target.
True story: I used to cut up bodies. No, not for fun, you sickos–for work. After reaching the age of majority and fleeing the clutches of an overprotective mother, I went to university like a good boy.
More than a decade later and an alphabet soup of letters after my name, I found myself looking down the double-chamber of a microscope at an eyeball. Feeling ironically introspective, I decided that it was time for a change.
After seventy plus novels and more than a million copies sold, I’ve found my true calling, one that also includes a plethora of letters. Hopefully you see something in my catalog that you like, something to feast your eyes on.
I also have two spooky podcasts that are appropriate for ALL ages, so long as you like to be scared: P.T. Logan's Five Minutes of Terror and Camp Fear. Both are FREE and available on all podcast platforms. For MATURE audiences, I've created two fiction podcasts, Nightmare Residue and Bad Priest.

Patrick Logan has created many jaw-dropping moments in the Striker and Frost FBI Thriller series but the ending of Tell Me What You See is the penultimate one of all. I am speechless. (Pause while I gather my thoughts).
As David Copperfield would say, "To begin at the beginning..." This book starts with a seemingly innocuous scene. Author Logan has a gift for taking these scenarios and subtly twisting them, adding otherworldly elements until you are thoroughly confused as to how you arrived at the plot point.
Character Whodunit is a delightful game that unfolds from the first page. I was so confused, I felt like the slowest agent trying to catch up. I adore thrillers for which I can't predict an ending.
Meanwhile, Frost's life hangs in the balance and is somehow tied to the death of a Billionaire and his previous personal assistant. SIC Jackson is riding Frost's partner, Hale, and everyone involved because of the high media interest in the case.
When you do reach the end, and I mean the last sentence, your jaw will drop. You will get one of those delicious shudders for when you know you've read something special. You will thank yourself for reading this series AND you will get on the pre-order list for the last book. Better get going.
Definitely a jaw dropping ending! Alex Frost is fast becoming one of my favorites, right up there with Chase Adams. She's tough and stubborn and smart! Great storyline and great writing! Edge of your seat suspense! Bestseller???
Patrick Logan has done it again! Tell Me What You See is a gripping psychological thriller that keeps you hooked from the very first page. The tension builds layer by layer, and the twists are both unexpected and deeply satisfying. What truly stands out is the character of Con—complex, flawed, and fascinating. Logan captures his voice with such authenticity that you feel like you’re right there inside his mind, navigating the darkness and the desperate search for truth. The pacing is perfect, balancing high-stakes action with moments of eerie calm that make the suspense even more chilling. The writing is sharp, cinematic, and deeply immersive. Just when you think you’ve figured it out, Logan pulls the rug out from under you in the best possible way. If you enjoy intelligent thrillers with heart, grit, and unforgettable characters, this book is a must-read. Patrick Logan continues to prove he’s one of the most compelling voices in the genre. Mr. Logan, please keep writing about Con—he’s too good a character to leave behind!
Get a cup of my tea, find a comfy chair and be prepared to read your way thru this book
Looking for a series with well developed characters that you care about , this s it. I enjoyed this series so much ,I binged read them one after another. FBI , police series that has suspense and plenty of plot twists.
I have read all the books in this series! I am anxiously awaiting the release of book 5. I would be ecstatic if the series never ended, but Pat needs to write faster ;)
I'm still on the fence about Alex. I know she's been through hell and back. She's young. I don't like the way Hale is treated. I wasn't really surprised at the end - I had a hunch from 2 books ago. Looking forward to the next one.
All I can say is I’m so glad he’s not dead. I need more of him. More of him and Frost together. I wasn’t a fan of the first book, but they have gotten so much better throughout the series! I cannot wait for February 28th when the next book in the series comes out!

I'm beginning to like Hale working with Frost, Alex has really helped him grow and respect the job. I can't figure out if Logan is really bumping off his characters, just stop messing with me.
Wasn't sure if I was going like Dr. Horn, but he joined the Frost and Hale team to find out what was going on.
It's a brain freeze when you start talking Chase, Con and Alex's friends she lost in Mexico. Just that her dad will finally let her do her thing. Alex is going to tough as Chase. I can't wait for the next Striker and Frost cluster.
