We follow on from Satan’s Spawn - Empire of the Wolves book 1, you must read this prior, to ensure Caged Dove makes sense.
Our FMC Regan, is back in the clutches of her ex except this time she is not alone, or is she? Her cage is secluded from the others but is visited often. Seth is beside himself trying to put the puzzle pieces together, along with the Empire they pull everyone together to find the hideout. Do they succeed before all is lost? Will Regan ever be the same again? Will justice be served or will revenge be the dish of the day? Are betrayals, secrets and lies the prelude or the conclusion? All these questions are answered in the book 🫣
You are once again dragged into the story, not wanting to put it down until you finish alas muggle life and sleep interrupt! This was a great conclusion to their story, medium to fast paced…as some parts for me seemed to repeat and drag a bit, it didn’t take away from the storyline as it all came together. For me the ending was a tad meh! I would have liked encore un peu de t0rture 😈

Satans spawn had me hooked and Caged Dove was the absolute perfect finish! Such a great book that is worth the read! You do have to Satans spawn first but you will love it!

Loved this book! Satan’s Spawn left us on a huge cliffhanger so I could not wait to get my hands on this book! The writing was incredible and I loved all the characters especially some of the new ones!
I just love Seth and Regan and this was a great way to close their story.
Seth was all in for Regan and I ate it up!
My heart broke for Regan she had been through so much but I loved watching her journey and turn into the fierce badass FMC.
Some moments in this book were absolutely heartbreaking. I don’t want to spoil anything, but there was one situation in particular that hit me really hard—it was so emotional!
I can’t wait to know more about Adam and Chapman and I’m curious to see what happens next with Cole.

Wow, at one point this book had me so angry the next it had me crying. Was a page turner and had me on the edge of my seat the whole time.
There were some really dark and rough parts in this book, but overall I would recommend.

Since our lovely author left us on one of THE BIGGEST cliffhangers I had been anticipating this book for a HOT minute. I was selected to be apart of her street team and read this book a little early!
First of all I must say the writing in this book was amazing! Following Regan claim her power back was an absolute thrill! She showed weakness and strength! Seeing her and seth grow as a character was amazing!!
Now Adam… the big buff scary guy is actually hilarious, he’s protective and gave some of the best comedic reliefs! His goofball IDAF attitude was exactly the person I feel Seth needed to complete his mission.
Your heart will break, he built back up and the next thing you know you are sobbing. We love to hate you B.L. Swern you showed up and ripped our heart out and somehow I feel she got the story and the memories she needed. (I won’t say who since I don’t want to spoil anything)
If you are looking for a series that will keep you on your toes, feel the characters struggles and watch them kick some ass this is a must read!
To the author: thanks for the crowbar and the howling was needed!! Maybe I kinda missed the random howls?? Maybe not!! I can’t wait for more of my wolf empire!!

B L. Swern did it again! This was the perfect closure for Seth and Regan! My heart broke so much for Regan, but I so enjoyed seeing her getting to become the bad a** she is! You could see how deeply Seth really loves her! Toward the end I did have my heart broke, but Seth and Regan’s ending made up for it a little! This book is full of action, grief, love, and surviving! This book took the phrase ‘What doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger’ literal & I loved it!! I can’t wait to see who’s next for the Empire of the Wolves Series! I really want to read about Cole’s story, he deserves his happy ending 🖤 5/5 recommend

Okay where to start with this with this book! It picks up right where Satan's Spawn leaves off so please read that first so this makes sense.
But I loved this book so much! It was non stop from the very beginning to the very ending! It starts with Seth and how he's dealing with Regan being taken. We find out why she's been taken as well. Seth works tirelessly to find her.
We see Regan and all that she deals with while being caged. It does get pretty bad so please check your triggers. But like the strong ass FMC she is she escapes with the help of a friend. She is then reunited with her dad and Seth.
She then trains endlessly to get stronger and better with weapons so she can go back to get all the other ladies that are also captured.
The ending was amazing and everything I hoped it would be and more!
Highly recommend to all my dark romance girlies! You will love it!

Caved Dove was a lot heavier than Satan’s Spawn but it was captivating in a heart wrenching way. And I mean that with all the love! I absolutely love when a book makes me feel deeply and pulls at my heartstrings; and that’s exactly what Caged Dove did.
First, watching Regan battle everything she did while captive was difficult and heartbreaking. No woman should ever have to go through what she did. I am so happy that she was able to enact her revenge and escape her cage. I admire her fire, they tried to beat her down, but she only came back burning hotter than the pits in hell. She deserves nothing but the best!
Secondly, getting Seth’s POV on his hunt for Regan was endearing and again, heartbreaking. Seeing how helpless he felt at times was devastating; so it only made it that much sweeter when him and Regan were reunited. Not to mention that he was calm and understanding in her trauma, letting her take the lead and never making her feel uncomfortable. His love for her burns deep and hot.
I am so happy they each got their HEA. I am sad about a few certain characters I cannot name to avoid spoilers. I wish nothing for the best for our MCs and their loved ones. I imagine they have their own lil family by now and raising them in a house full of love.

This was such a fitting conclusion for Seth and Regan! I felt so much for Regan, but it was amazing to watch her embrace her inner strength. You could really feel the depth of Seth's love for her! By the end, my heart ached a bit, but their resolution helped ease the pain. This book is packed with action, heartache, love, and resilience! It truly brought the saying "What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger" to life, and I absolutely loved it! I'm excited to see who will be featured next in the Empire of the Wolves Series!

B.L. Swern left us on a huge cliffhanger in Satan’s Spawn so I could not wait to get my hands on Caged Dove. The details make you feel like you’re there watching, gripping your seat. Poor Regan has been through it but still remains kind and badass. Will Seth find her in time or will he be too late ? New characters , steamy scenes , pay attention to trigger warnings. Can’t wait to read more books from B.L. Swern !

I DNF’d book at 40% in. I think it was absolutely gross what “the monster” was doing to her. I don’t like how it’s been weeks that she has been held captive and the MFC who is supposed to be a “tough and powerful” man has no clue where she is. It doesn’t make sense to me. Also, how this is supposed to be linked to a a sex trafficking ring when all “the monster” does is abuse and torture her. I would not recommend this duet.

This book was everything that I needed. I would have loved Austin to have been tortured more because his as$ deserved more than the dea+h he received!! I hope to read more of other side characters in the future. I wasn’t sure how this duet was going to work out but it was perfect from the first chapter

Ahhhh, so happy to have been able to read this one! I love this series, can’t wait to see what comes next in the series / who it will be! So much suspense and action throughout with some spice. Definitely one to check the triggers prior to reading though! ;)

Book 2 picks up after that brutal cliffhanger from book 1. The emotional rollercoaster this bad boy put me through. Part 1 will get you in your feels & part 2 will put the pieces back together. Definitely pick up this series. I need more of the Wolf Empire right now! 😍

As much as I bed the ending of this series…. I wasn’t ready for it to be over. Through twists and turns You see Regan grow into something beyond amazing and Seth being the hot man he is. The spice and the story line are ON POINT!

I’m not one for Spoiler. This series is going in with my rereads. Were the first book built up the characters/ love story and the plot, the second book broke you down/build you up/and broke your heart.

Man book 1 left us on such a frickin cliffhanger 😭😭 but man this book pulled it all together... and the tropes... it's got them... all of them! And the touch her and d!e vibes ughhhhh perfect!!!

Oh my God, I can’t even imagine how to start talking about this book. I loved the fact that it’s sort of a wolf dark romance, but it’s sort of like a gang. I forever will love daddy Seth. But I have a special place in my heart for Cade and I cannot wait to see what his story ends up being in the other books but this book was so amazing and it threw me for a loop so many times I couldn’t predict what was going to happen and then it happened and I was like oh my God! If you love any strong female character, this is the book for you!!
