Much of the same, with a twist
To be honest, the storyline follows the same theme as the previous books. Bad guy, team chase, team get beaten up, team recover, team beat up bad guys, loose ends tidied up
If that's all this book was it would have been 3*, however the epilogue throws a curve ball that raises to a nice 4*
It's not a massive surprise, all the loose ends were tidied up, bar one and it's this one that's the curve ball. Nicely thought out and executed by the author.
One sad note, this maybe the last book with Mac in it. Unfortunate, but good to see the author making no one untouchable

Blackout
I like how this one ended. There was a nice twist that I bet no one saw coming. I suspect that there will be another book needed to undo it.

nerve-racking
Start to finish this book is filled with nerve-racking moments! I read it one day because I could not put it down. I know you enjoy this book as much as I did.

much too wordy
It would have been a much more exciting book if half the words describing things that didn’t matter were gone.
