There were some high points in this book, things that clicked and brought a kind of calm with them when focused on, but there were some low points too.

The author has an enthusiasm for the subject he writes about, that is very clear, and it can grab you and bring you along, but then there are a few errors in phrasing that can trip you up. I think this comes from the author not speaking English as his first language, and would be easily cleaned up by some editing, so it wasn't a big deal for me.

I can see popping by this one here or there to kind of straighten out some of the things you know you should be doing, or that seem like common knowledge that you just haven't been looking at positively.

I didn't feel like I had wasted any time reading this one, it is a quick read that I think you will probably be able to take something away from.
