2.5 stars actually. I liked all speakers except the last one. The listening became too stressful at the end.

While the book offers some valuable insights, its delivery can feel disjointed at times. Wieder's enthusiasm is evident, but the writing occasionally comes across as frantic, jumping from one idea to the next without fully exploring each concept. For readers who thrive on concise, actionable steps, this lack of focus might be a challenge.

Not worth the 3 and a half hours of listening. It has a random, no context, intro about charting your habits to build the right ones for 30 minutes and then has three very disconnected talks from 3 different speakers. It really didn't go anywhere and seemed almost like someone had rights to a bunch of speeches and just figured they'd throw them together to make a cd. I'm glad I didn't pay for it. There is definitely some insights in there, somewhere.
