"Adam Frost was born in Epping and grew up in Buckhurst Hill, Essex. He attended Buckhurst Hill County High School. He earned a BA in English Literature from the University of Oxford and a PhD from the University of Cambridge. His dissertation was on the short stories of H.H. Munro."

There is a lot of heart in these pages I should've expected from the title, but didn't upon first glance. From his creating gardens with song titles in mind to the different plants he chooses, this was a very interesting and educational read. I loved all the images of the plants and am filled with some new ideas!
