About the author

Nancy was born and raised in Massachusetts. After serving in the USMC, she returned home and went to college. Not long after, she moved to California and married. Six kids and multiple moves around the US later, she and her family call Texas home.

Lori, Lori, Lori. This poor girl was humiliated and out through some major trauma at a young age. Lori deals with this trauma by tending to her "homemade garden" as a place for her to exact revenge as she pleases and to whomever she wishes. Living on the Edge Lori met someone not in her usual place, Tinder, but In the bar where she works. The meeting with this mysterious man becomes life-changing and terrifying.
McLaughlin is a pro at keeping you engaged and deeply invested in her writing. I can't wait to continue this series to find out what happens after meeting all the characters!

Oh. My. Goodness. Crossroads Volume 2 was a wild ride from start to finish! Lori is such a chaotic little queen, and I love her for it. The vibes? Immaculate. The tension? Chef’s kiss. And that crossroads demon?? Whew. I was turning pages like my life depended on it!

This series has officially sunk its claws into me—I’m obsessed. Completely and unapologetically. And I just know Volume 3 is going to be pure madness (in the best way). Bring it on!

If you love a little danger, a lot of ambition, and some deliciously dark magic, get into this series now. You won’t regret it.

McLaughlin gives us our next key player in the band! Lori was given an offer of a lifetime. Fame & Fortune and the ability to continue “gardening” with no repercussions. How could she possibly turn it down?

I enjoyed this second installment of the Crossroads series. Lori is beautiful and brutal and makes the perfect addition to the band.

I am loving this series! We get a closer look into how the band is coming together and sneak peaks, as to what happens, when the band performs!! Which sounds absolutely horrific and I’m here for it!! 🖤

When she meets Les at the crossroads she has her own agenda.

Sinister and deliciously evil! N L McLaughlin knows how to reel you in right away! The first chapter delivers enough mischief to leave you no opportunity to leave! Lori, our main character has a mission and we are along for the deadly ride!

Crossroads volume 2 is part of a collection of origin stories. Each book is an introduction to a member of the band and once we meet all of the members the real fun is bound to take us on a wild ride!

This is a quick read filled with revenge and a nice little garden full of carefully selected plants! I can't wait for book 3!

i couldn't have asked for a better book 2 in the crossroads series. McLaughlin knows how to reel a reader in from the beginning. once i started reading about our main character Lori and all the mischief she was up to i was hooked. a woman on a mission what more do you need.
book 2 is a collection of origin stories for each band member so buckle up because this author is about to take you on the ride of your life. i so cant wait for book 3. i need it asap
