Being widowed and kidnapped wasn’t part of her life plan…
After losing her husband, Giselle has focused all her time and energy on building her career in the fashion industry. Now her life and her budding career have been thrown into unexpected chaos when she discovers she owes a debt she never knew about.
Bosco isn’t above getting rid of witnesses, but something about Giselle made him take her home instead. He’s willing to share his body, but not his secrets.
Bosco awakens something in Giselle she had never experienced before. He might seem hard and ruthless, but she’s falling for the man behind the façade. When Giselle discovers Bosco’s ties to the cartel, she wants nothing more than to escape. The only problem is, she’s fallen in love with her captor.
If you enjoy steamy romances, forced proximity, killer, kidnapping, billionaires rescuing damsels in distress, then you’ll love Bosco.

A heartfelt read with Mafia action and Bosco the feared Debt Collector who always collects Bosco is the Debt Collector for the Calabresi family and when his Don requests that he collects an amount outstanding he knows that it is his duty and he will not fail it would dishonour him and his Don. Giselle was married to Jason Ford who had died leaving her a widow and she has been living her life as best as she can until the day she is notified that there is an outstanding debt that needs to be paid. She denies all knowledge and Bosco realises that she is in total ignorance and as her initial sorrow becomes that of anger. During their interactions there is a chemistry between Bosco and Giselle and it is something that has never happened to him before, he knows that it reflect poorly on him but he cares for her. He decides that he is going to do his best and discover the truth behind what exactly happened and will hopefully be able to put her mind at ease and help with repayment of the debt. This was quite a different angle for a Mafia story but I found it engaging and a good read. I enjoyed the book and look forward to reading any future publications; keep up all the wonderful writing.

Giselle was married to Jason Ford, who, three years ago, left her a widow; but unknown to her, a widow that owed a debt. Enter Bosco, the debt collector. At first he's convinced she knows more than she's letting on but slowly realises she knows nothing of Jason's 'business' dealings. When she finds out what he's been involved with her sorrow turns to anger. Along the way Bosco and Giselle get emotionally involved. Will he find out the truth for her?
This was a difficult book to read because of all the (non)proof reading, I found it to be disjointed and contradictory in places which was very confusing; however, this has not influenced my overall rating of what was otherwise an enjoyable read, although not one of my favourites in this series.

I was flabbergasted reading this book the story definitely pulled me in, the story was written well and the characters were captivating. This story started with Bosco Calabresi, and his brothers are a big mafia family and Giselle, lost her husband at the hands of the Mafia he owed a lot of money to the Mafia family the Calabresi's. Giselle, and her sister Mallory, were close her sister was on a rampage that Bosco needs to stay away but it was that twist. The chemistry between the two main characters were slow heat but once it started it only got hotter.

I read the first book and liked it and once I saw this, I had to read the 5 books between but I enjoyed the journey. This story is the 7th book in this author’s Calabresi Mafia Series staring Giselle and Bosco. Bosco is a well feared debt collector and Giselle finds after her husband’s death, he left behind unexpected debts for which she is taken as payment. Bosco has never cared for anyone in his life, especially a woman so he fights his feelings for as long as he can.

The first half of this book was amazing. I flew through it. The second half went a little slower and kind of jumped around but then the ending came back to the beginning’s vibes. The action is flying by so quick – make sure to pay attention otherwise you will miss some big points. I hope more people find L.K.’s books and enter the world of the Calabresis. 3.5
Bosco by L.K. Ryan is the seventh book in this series. Finding out you have unexpected debts after your husband's death must be excruciating, but then to be taken as payment is worse. I really enjoyed reading this book.
