Awesome book
I really enjoyed myself reading this book so much drama and Phooca is a trip I don't even know if I spelled the name right but oh well she's in for a rude awakening I"m on to the next book

weak
I hate weak women and Shaunna is just that. She care more about being fake loved by her man child than her Children’s well being. The ending would have never happened if she would have left with her sister after the hospital. She’s just as much to blame…. Enabling your abuser turns into you aiding in the abuse of your children….. she was selfish. Her kids AND her sister deserved a better family member.
There were a lot of inconsistencies as well. I’ve read the stand-alone books from Nique and I enjoyed them for the most part. I couldn’t get passed this first book in this series.

Love's Pain Within The Game
This was an alright read. Too much time was put into fantasies. I love Atticus but in the time of war, pay attention to who's following you.. Tone was not developed enough for me to have any feel for him. Kuran was a mess and to be so gangster, he's not very smart. Phooca have to be one of the dumbest birds and Kuran had no control over her. How could he put his family in harm's way so easily.Tyshae is no joke and I love her loyalty. Shunna, I hope your desire for family does not make you cry again. Definitely recommended. waiting on Part Two.

I Really Enjoyed This Book
Shunna was a woman that in spite of everything she loved her Karun. And he really did love her he just didn't know who to show it. Rage was crazy as Hell for real. Tyshae finally found a real love with Atticus and I hope that Ryder don't pluck it up. Phonics is CERTIFIED can't wait to see what she will try next. keisha have something planned just don't k n ow what. This was a Damn Good book read it in one Night. Nique pen game is the issue!!!!!! Now on to Part 2

Love's Pain within the Game by Nique was a great read. This story started off with drama which continued throughout & I finished this book in no time. This book had vengeful & deceitful characters that made the story all the more interesting. I felt Shaunna REALLY loved Karun to continuously put up with his mess. I thought Atticus & Tyshae deserved each other as they were my favorite characters. Both Phocco & Raye were relentless fools when it came down to their tactics to get men. I'm looking forward to reading part 2 to see what happens next.

No No No!!!! This can't end like this I am too speechless right now. This book had me on the edge of my seat the whole ride. Now I have to wait patiently for part two to come out. I hope I will not have to wait too long. This book was too good to even end. Wow! Nique did that with this novel.

I know that Shaunna is the ultimate wife to put with her husband infidelity. But overall the story line was amazing. Howeve, I do think that the author she definitely proof read her books there was a lot of instances were the characters were mixed up. I look forward to seeing how the rest of the story unfolds.

This was an okay book. Shunna put up with too much from her husband Karun. It not that much love in the world to make a woman stay with a man that totally disrespect her and their Children. Tyshea I hope she finds the love that she is looking for.
