This book will always be so special and so close to me because at some point, I could relate with Vikram at some point I felt so bad for Vikram that I wanted to give him a good hug and tell him that you are not supposed to feel so low of yourself, if some bad people in your life made you feel that you are not worthy enough of love, my dear please look at the other side of the coin. There is so much love for You. Please don't consider yourself as a boy or as a man who is not supposed to get love.

okay so starting with the review. I'm sorry if I made you emotional The book about Maya and Vikram. Maya is a very strong girl and she's a singer as well as a very successful bestselling author, where is Vikram is a CEO and of course they are destined to marry each other. Now the main thing is they have a past which actually they don't really are aware of. I mean Maya had suffered from SA in her past and now she has forgot about that thing because of the accident, she has lost a certain part of her memory, and Vikram doesn't remember her because of some reason which I guess is okay if you read the book, you will get to know

Vikram used to have some panic attacks, which Maya used to control and calm him down. Same is with Maya when she used to have panic attacks Vikram used to calm her down, they both were like two puzzle pieces which actually fits together and completes each other.

let's talk about Maya. She is a very strong girl whenever there is any danger coming towards Vikram. She's like a shield standing in front of him and ready to fight off with any person who tries to hurt her Vikram. As the story unfolds and as the past uncovers as the twists come, oh my God, I never expected the twist that was thrown on my face. There were two twists to be honest. One was a little predictable but the second twist was really unexpected, and when it came, I was boiling with anger. I really wanted to go inside the story and punch that Person so hard that he will really feel sorry for himself, but I couldn't, but I talked with the author and she understood me so well

Now if this is enough, I would say the book is 4/5 ⭐️to be honest, and the book is a masterpiece. You should totally go for it. It is a good romance book with so much fun and a good mind gripping story, which will take your sleep If you will not cover it in one or two days

Book Review: Ruined and Revived

I loved this book so much! It made me blush, cry, and swoon—it had every emotion packed into it.

Vikram and Maya’s journey was heartbreaking, but no matter how much pain they faced, they were meant to be together.

Vikram Singh Rathore (MMC)

Where do I even start? My heart hurts for him. He didn’t deserve so much pain. At first, he seems cold-hearted, but as the story unfolds, we see how much he has suffered.

His grandparents? I absolutely hate them! The way they treated him was horrible. I could really relate to his trauma because I know how it feels to be seen as a burden. I cried for him. If he were real, I would have loved him so much. But I’m so happy that he had Maya. She was the light in his darkness. She gave him confidence, loved him fiercely, and always stood by him. I love her for that.

Maya Vikram Singh Rathore (FMC)

Maya was such a sweet and strong character. She had been through so much, yet she remained full of warmth and love. I adored how she always supported Vikram and never let anyone disrespect him. The way she stood up for him was just perfect!

Overall Thoughts

This book was gripping from start to finish. It has a mix of arranged marriage, college sweethearts (well, kind of—you’ll get it when you read!), and the most heartwarming found family dynamic.

One of my favorite parts was the way Maya’s family loved Vikram. Her dad treated him like his own son, and every time he called Vikram "son," I cried happy tears. Vikram, who had never known the warmth of a real family, finally found one. Maya’s mom cooked for him, and her whole family welcomed him with open arms.

I loved this book so much! If you enjoy these tropes, you should definitely give it a try.

I was completely absorbed in this book from start to finish! The suspense about the characters' pasts kept me hooked, and I found myself constantly wondering what had really happened to them. Maya's strength and resilience despite all she'd been through truly inspired me. She's a fantastic protagonist, and her courage in the face of every trouble is something to be admired.

I also loved how Maya's family supported and loved her, and also welcomed Vikram as one of their own. They were so warm and accepting, and it was clear that they would do anything to protect Maya and Vikram. It was heartbreaking to see Vikram suffer abuse from his own family, who blamed him for something he didn't do. My heart went out to him, and I just wanted to reach into the book and give him a big hug.

The plot twists were expertly woven, with each layer carefully revealed to keep me engaged. The author did a fantastic job of slowly unraveling the mystery of Maya and Vikram's pasts, and I was on the edge of my seat as I waited to find out what had really happened. The romance between Maya and Vikram was beautifully portrayed, and their love for each other shone through despite all the challenges they faced.

One of the things that impressed me most about this book was the way the author handled the themes of trauma, abuse, and recovery. These are difficult topics to tackle, but the author did so with sensitivity and compassion. This book was everything I wanted and more. From the very first page, I was hooked by the FMC she was fierce, unapologetic, and a true badass in every sense. She knew what she wanted and didn’t wait for permission to go after it, proving that when a woman sets her mind on something, nothing can stand in her way.

One of the things I loved most was how the author didn’t shy away from pain. The characters went through hell, and I felt every moment of it. But what made it so powerful was how that pain wasn’t just for the sake of suffering it *transformed* them. It showed how our past, especially the family we come from, can shape us into something we never expected to become. Sometimes, that’s a curse. Other times, it’s the fire that forges us into something stronger.

The MMC? Oh, he wrecked me. A man covered in the scars of his past, painted in shadows, carrying the weight of what his own family did to him. And yet, through love through the woman who saw him, through the family she brought into his life he became light. He became warmth. He turned into a man who could love fiercely, protect what was his, and find strength in the very things that once threatened to break him. That, to me, is what made this book unforgettable.

This story wasn’t just about romance; it was about survival, resilience, and the kind of love that makes you stronger rather than weaker. It reminded me that having someone who believes in us can be the difference between drowning in the past and rising above it.

"Ruined and Revived" by Farhaana is a beautiful book that will tie your heart with the strings you never knew you needed. This book made me experience all kinds of emotions, and I finished it in a day. The story is about Maya, Maya Sharma, a famous author and singer who has lost her memory in a tragic accident and doesn't remember anything related to her accident or her past leading to her memory loss. Maya struggles with the half-seen memories and reminiscence and glimpses from her past, but doesn't find anything and isn't able to recall her past.😭😭

On the other hand, Vikram Singh Rathore, the CEO and owner of many hotels and resorts across the globe, seems perfect to people, but nobody is aware of his reality and what he has faced since his childhood.💔💔💔 Vikram has baggage from his childhood and past, whereas Maya has an unsolved mystery partially seen behind her lost memory. However, one incident changes both Maya's and Vikram's lives, and their fates get intertwined. Under certain circumstances, they get married, but what if this destroys Maya? To know more, you need to read the book, and trust me, guys, you won't be disappointed.🥺🥺🥺

Vikram and Maya - I love them so much! Not only Vikram, but also Maya - oh, my poor babies, they went through so much, and this story had so many painful scenes that will make you cry. Vikram, oh man! Kudos to you for never letting her go. I loved how your entire existence revolved around her.

Vikram and Maya become bound together as a result of a false rumor about their relationship. The rumor works in Vikram's favor, as marriage was the only hurdle between him and owning something precious. As a result, he forces Maya into a marriage against her will, and due to concerns about her father's health, she reluctantly agrees. Yet this act becomes the best thing he has ever done in life because that one mistake leads to so many positive outcomes.

The story quickly transforms as their pasts collide, the truths of their companionship are revealed, and a long-forgotten memory resurfaces. The bond between Vikram—tortured by the woes of his past and broken beyond repair—and Maya, who heals him with her love, is beautifully portrayed. I adored the heartwarming relationship between Maya's family and Vikram, and how they care for him. The plot twists and revelations kept me hooked. Maya's devotion and Vikram's journey of healing for her sake are destined to steal hearts.

Their union was the biggest miracle of fate. Overall, it’s a good read.

They first met in the club when some goons tried to capture maya and he saved her from them. And after that day rumour spread of their marriage. Vikram forced her into contract marriage. Love each other. Maya love is pure she loves him whole heartedly and everytime he need her she is always there to support him . And he always protect her . I am happy that Vikram have Maya by his side. I hate his grandparents. He suffered a lot just because of them. And the plot twist OH MY GOD? I don't expect some of them coming. There are two twists in this book .

I loved how Maya family accepts Vikram. How he found a family which gives him so much joy and happiness that he always craved.

Sometimes the past never allows you to move ahead in your life. It keeps dragging you to the deep bottom of it, and you start believing that the past is your present and future.

Vikram and Maya both have faced so much pain in the past that their present and future both look dark to them. They both have built a wall around them so that there is no invasion of love within the boundary created. Vikram never received the love of a family, whereas Maya has lost a part of her memory.

But destiny brought them together in a strange way and their past came knocking along. So many deep-buried secrets were revealed. Vikram and Maya got their peace and tranquility. And most importantly, Vikram and Maya got their long-lost connection. They were destined together no matter where they were and what they had endured.

A well-planned and written plot by the author, Farhana. The story is crisp and full of love. I liked the twists and the way the author connected the past and present scenes. The transition is smooth and easy. Vikram stole the show. His bond with Maya's family captured my heart. Vikram and Maya's chemistry has a different vibe. It was pure innocent love that was stolen from them. And it took them years to get that back.

Rest, the story speaks volumes. Overall a good read.

I usually don't give books five stars but this one just deserves it!! From the start I was hooked from the start...and I'm a total sucker for contract marriage. I love how the character of Vikram was cold and grumpy from the outside and just how a pookie and vulnerable he is in reality, reading from his POV makes me wanna hug him so bad. His past was so traumatic and heartbreaking and seeing him break his every rule to protect Maya(FMC) is just pure bliss. The character of Maya is honestly so unique, I usually don't like amnesia trope but this book featured amnesia in the beginning so it worked for me better than I expected. And her past is just insane. The plot twist and the sizzling chemistry between them made me giggle and throw my feet in the air! What I really loved about this book was how the chemistry between them was so amazing despite the absence of spice and smuts. And of course the character development and the climax is just out of this world! I never thought I would enjoy a romantic thriller this much. If you're a fan of romantic thriller and strong female leads, tortured male leads, second chance, contract/ forced marriage...this book is just for you! And I'm not even kidding that I rarely give book 5 stars- this was just so amazing and mind blowing I HAD TO GIVE IT. Overall I enjoyed a lot!!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT

What an unimaginable ride it has been. I absolutely loved our MMC Vikram singh Rathore and our FMC Maya Sharma. I mean you just can't finish this book without falling in love with the characters.

Finishing this book was difficult for me because I didn't want to let my Vikram and Maya go away just like that but on the other hand this book kept me so hooked that I devoured the 300+ pages in just 2 days.

I absolutely loved this book! It had everything I love in a story—making me smile, cry, feel sad, emotional, and even angry at times. The writing was flawless, captivating, and kept me hooked from start to finish. There’s so much happening in the plot that you'll never get bored, and the flow is incredibly smooth. I fell for Vikram instantly—he’s both vulnerable and gentle, truly a complete gentleman. The author has elevated his character to a whole new level; he’s hands down the best MMC I’ve ever read. Maya is fierce yet kind, and unlike any FMC I’ve encountered before. The chemistry between them made me swoon. The side characters brought so much depth to the story, and the plot twists took me completely by surprise. There were even thrilling moments that kept me on the edge of my seat. The author did an amazing job crafting this story, and I truly appreciate it. Highly highly recommended to everyone, I hope you'll love it as much as I did.

Oh my god what a rollercoaster of emotions was that!!! Everything about this is so perfectly and beautifully written, I cannot explain it in words 🥹✨ It has me hooked till the very last😭.
Maya and Vikram's relationship was not just any other love story it was a journey of accepting yourself, finding your true worth and accepting each other regardless of the past. They healed each other, they healed something they never broke. Oh the tears I cried reading this🥺
Also the side characters were not just used for fillers but they actually held importance in the story.

I just finished reading this book, and oh god, I feel so overwhelmed! Vikram and Maya are everything. The book is packed with emotions, and I just want to give Vikram a hug at the beginning. I mean, how would you feel if your own parents wanted you gone—no food, no love, no care? They didn't even want him to sleep. Reading about his past was absolutely heartbreaking.

But then Maya came, and everything in his life started to feel better. She became the home he always craved, the love he never had. And Maya? She is strong and brave. So much has happened in her life, yet she never gave up not even once.
Reading about them felt like home. This book is such a comfort read, and I love them both.

The author did a great job in explaining about how hard it's for people with past baggages and traumas to cope up with their lives and how a true love can be the ultimate healing. I personally liked the climax sequence as the revelation of secrets was smooth.
