About the author

Avinash Prasad is an IT specialist and a design thinking expert based in Bangalore, India. With his expertise in both technology and business, he has spearheaded many projects in organizations such as Cognizant, Infosys, and Legato Health Technologies. He specializes in product development and is a pioneer of some of the modern design thinking concepts.

From 2014-2018, he has built several products as a software developer at Cognizant for the banking and insurance sectors. Later, he has driven many strategic decisions for the business. He was awarded the Impact Award in 2022 for driving innovation in Legato Health Technologies. He
currently works for Infosys on logistics design and modernization projects. He is a licensed Healthcare professional and has played many key roles in developing new business models.

In his spare time, he likes to attend design workshops and listening to podcasts. He has a guilty pleasure of reading fantasy books, and his favorite is "Shiva Trilogy".
