Jagger Grimaldi wanted Camryn Williams from the moment he laid eyes on her. He knows with absolute certainty that she is his bloodmate. The only problem? She doesn’t seem to agree.
Camryn Williams hasn’t believed in happy ever-afters since she was a child. Having witnessed the breakdown of her parent’s marriage she shuns anything that remotely resembles a commitment. Too bad a certain vampire-warlock won’t take the hint…although he is kind of cute.
A special family event brings these two together, but Jagger’s need for Camryn has driven him to the point of madness. Can he convince her they belong together before it’s too late?
This story was originally a novella called Jagger's Woman that appeared in an anthology called Fangs. This book has been extensively rewritten and expanded.

Camryn was annoying. I know her parents' marriage/relationship made her the way she was, but damn....Enough! 75% of the book is Camryn avoiding Jagger, so I only got 25% of real story for them. Yeah, I'm feeling some kinda way...
3.00 stars. This book was okay. Jagger's blood mate, Camryn was annoying. She was so rude, abrasive and confrontational to Jagger's compliments and decorations of love that she was unlikeable. The author must have realized that she had made Camryn too mean and hostile because the second half of the book was spent trying to redeem this character and show that she is capable of love and loving Jagger.
This was so look damned good!!! I have loved Jagger since he was first introduced to us. Camryn was a trip but I understood her and her hangups. This series is so very well written and amazing. I love the way Eve Vaughn made her vampires just a little different but kept them exciting and dangerous.
First problem I have with this book, is why did the heroine's name change from Janice to Camryn. If it was a middle name it should have been cleared up. I paused on this book to go back and read the first one. After reading it, I have a more clear understanding of the series. This one was just ok. I will continue the series. Interested in Nya's part in this series. Excited about the baby. Out of the brothers, I think Marco is my favorite. Time for the brothers to take action, enough is enough. On to Dante.
Jagger's story is easily one of the best of the Blood Brothers 📚 so far! Jagger is a 💯Alpha WarlockVampire Bae ,but he is also so very sweet ;which shows in the passionate, tender🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶 way he 😍 Camryn! Let me tell you, together they are 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥in their HFN IR romance! The end is a doozy of a cliff hangar that is part horror😓, intrigue, suspense & mystery😱😎. I can't wait to read Dante's 📗to see what happens next with the Grimaldis🍷
This book started off very crude and irritating. Cameron's stubbornness was really getting old. I was happy when Jagged was able to weather down. The way this book ends is very disturbing. I am anxious to find out exactly what happened. I'm hoping Dante and Nya find love.
I hated the ending. Now i have to wait for Giovanni's book to see if there's an update on Jagger and Camryn. I'm reading Dante's book because It's not an interracial book between black women and white male. I am not interested in Reading white love stories. The reason why I read these books by black female authors is because I want to see black women find love.
This book really flows from family member to each family member nicely. When it jumps to each brother's family the author explains their story so a new reader is not lost. Jagger was very patient with Camryn and she got on my nerves wining and calling Jagger a bloodsucker. The ending was exciting and can't wait to read the follow-up novel.
Camryn gave Jagger a run for his money. Though it was difficult, she didn't mind a little foreplay when it came down to getting his prize. But when he was able to get what he wanted, all bets was off.
She had me until the epilogue; I so want this whole family to be happy. The cliff hangers are getting to me too. But I just feel like I have to see it through to the end
OMG!! This one is a knock out.. It isn't so much about Jagged and Camryn but the Grimaldies in a Whole. I love the way the characters grow with each book, never leaving you wondering what is going on. Eve weaves each and every character in each book, while focusing on a budding new connection between two people. LOVE HER WRITING!!!!!
I did enjoy this book but not as much as the others i found Camryn annoying i loved Jagger and i wanted more for him. It hasn't put me off i am looking forward to Dante's story.
I loved this story. I loved both of these characters. I loved his persistence and his willingness to sacrifice himself in order to give her what he wanted. I loved his understanding of her.
