Oh, this was a wonderful book! I regret taking so long finishing it, prioritising other things over having indulgent lengthy reads, which was a mistake. My other regret is this is the first Jodie Leigh Murray book I’ve read (so far) - and it’s #3 in the Gangster series! She’s also written a couple of historical romances, which sound intriguing. A fast paced romantic suspense containing just the right amount of drama and romance. Bravo!

Update: This should go in your bag on your way to the beach this summer! What an enthralling storyline. I am so sure you will enjoy this scintilating tale. The prose flowed, and the dynamic between the characters was well developed. The pacing was good and when the end came I didn’t feel like I needed more.
