I didn't like it: apart from being unhelpful and superficial, it was annoying as a holiday with future Monster In Law could be. Sorry.
The only way I see it being useful, is that you become familiar with another approach, of another author, of one of not too many books on psychic protection, no matter what content was.
I prefer other books on this topic, like The Practical Psychic Self Defense Handbook: A Survival Guideby Robert Bruce, Protection & Reversal Magick: A Witch's Defense Manual (Beyond 101) by Jason Miller, Spiritual Clearings: Sacred Practices to Release Negative Energy and Harmonize Your Life by Diana Burney, Exploring Auras: Cleansing And Strengthening Your Energy Field by Susan G. Shumsky, Spiritual Protection: A Safety Manual for Energy Workers, Healers, and Psychics by Sophie Reichter, Utterly Wicked by Dorothy Morrison, The Red String Book by Yehuda Berg, and if you have time to work through it, Drawing Down the Spirits: The Traditions and Techniques of Spirit Possession by Kenaz Filan and Raven Kaldera. All are different, and each contributes to the whole picture.
