They say there’s a fine line between love and hate—these roommates are about to find out just how true that is.

Jane and Joe can’t stand each other—she’s tired of his mess, and he’s so over her bossiness.

But when you’re living together, things can get… complicated.

Between all the arguments and eye-rolls, there’s this undeniable chemistry that keeps getting in the way. What starts as pure annoyance soon turns into something much hotter—and a lot more fun.

Will they kill each other or give in to the tension?

Either way, this living arrangement is about to get chaotic… and in the best way possible.

I absolutely loved this novella and at only 115 pages it was a wonderful quick read. It pulled me in right from the very beginning and i was instantly hooked and it didnt let me go again until i had turned every single page and devoured it all - perfect!

Joe was swoonworthy and gorgeous and definitely knew how to wind Jane up but he also had a sweet, loving, caring side especially when he buys her favourite meal and puts on her favourite 80’s rom com movie to watch with her - oh my heart…

Jane was the grumpy, misunderstood wallflower but somehow they both just seemed to compliment each other perfectly!

This book was wonderful, i loved the characters, it had romance, it had spice and everything else in between and i thoroughly enjoyed everything about it……..

Jane and Joe, who can't stand each other, find themselves living together however, the living arrangement is soon complicated by underlying chemistry, turning constant conflict into unexpected romantic tension.

Roomies is a steamy slow-burn enemy to lover’s novella that completely captivated me from the first page to the last. The witty banter between Jane and Joe was everything, oh the chills! I’m amazed at how Mimi managed to deliver so much heat, heart, and depth into just 115 pages. Not sure why I’m surprised, her storytelling skills have always been next level. I’ve loved every book I’ve read by Mimi Flood, I love how her mind works!
