Brought to you by Puffin. THE ORIGINAL HERO. A BRAND-NEW ADVENTURE.
Percy Jackson has saved the world multiple times – battling monsters, Titans, even death himself – so graduating high school should be a breeze, right?
Wrong. Percy needs three recommendation letters from the gods before his final year in high school comes to an end. And one thing Percy knows, the gods on Mount Olympus don’t do anything for free.
To secure his second letter, Percy and his friends Annabeth and Grover agree to a new quest – pet-sitting for the goddess Hecate while she’s away over Halloween. They just need to follow her simple

But when Grover’s curiosity gets the better of him, the trio find themselves with a giant goat, a destroyed house, and Hecate’s (terrifying and potentially deadly) pets on the loose in New York City.
Now the trio have twenty-four hours to find the pets and restore the mansion to order – or face the full fury of Hecate and her horrifying three-heads. 2024 Rick Riordan (P)2024 Penguin Audio
This was an exceptional book written by Rick Riordan. This is the second part of the trilogy of Percy Jackson's quest to obtain three recommendation letters. In this particular volume, Percy and his friends Anabeth and Grover have been selected to watch over the house of Hecate the triple goddess, goddess of the crossroads. It was a simple task, all they were told to do was watch over a house for a few days. Unfortunately for them if there is a god anywhere in the sentence it is already a near impossible feat to complete. In just the first two days they lost two pets and destroyed a whole mansion. This is a thrilling book and it is up to you if you want to know more about their astonishing adventures.
My favorite character throughout the book was Percy. His nature throughout the book was peaceful, sometimes reckless but he was there for his friends even when they totally wrecked Hecate's mansion. He managed to prove his worth in the team many times, such as when he had to lure an army of the undead with thousands of kilograms in one hand. That was quite an intriguing scene and it really caught my attention. There were numerous other engaging moments such as this.
As an ardent reader I loved this book as it had me pulled to the pages every time I read it. The vocabulary is at quite a decent standard and I learned multiple new words that would've been hard to spot in the wild. This book's plot had me on a roller coaster and I was nearly jumping while reading this book.
I would highly influence any reader into reading this trilogy as it is also one of the best I've read. I also found the book superb and addicting in a good way. This book is an intellectual masterpiece that anyone would love.
Percy Jackson and the Wrath of the Triple Goddess is a fast-paced, humorous adventure that captures everything fans love about the series. As Percy navigates another godly challenge, this time involving the powerful and unpredictable Triple Goddess, Hecate. The story blends danger, wit, and mythological chaos with ease. Riordan’s trademark humor shines through Percy’s narration, while themes of responsibility, loyalty, and growing maturity add depth to the action. The familiar world of gods and monsters feels fresh yet comfortingly familiar, making the book accessible to new readers while rewarding longtime fans. With clever twists, high stakes, and heartfelt moments, The Wrath of the Triple Goddess is an entertaining and satisfying addition to the Percy Jackson universe.
Compared to previous Percy Jackson books, I have to say this one is quite disappointing. It has a lot of background stories for many characters, which is good, but when there are too much it gets a bit long and boring. Also, I don’t recommend this to anyone who is disgusted by stuffs like fart and pee because this book surely has A LOT. I really don’t understand the need to constantly bring up the fact that Gale farts a lot and Nope literally peed in every chapter. This one is my least favorite Percy Jackson book, and I took almost a month reading it because i was busy feeling so disgusted.
Better than the last one, but still feels like a non-adventure compared to the original and sequel series. There was some cool background stuff revealed about multiple characters, and call backs to Sea of Monsters, but that didn't make it or break it.
I was so excited when Rick announced that he was adding a new book to the series. I really liked this book however it felt a bit too goofy to me. But that was also a good thing as it was really easy and quick for me to read and I overall enjoyed it :)
A good time. Not as good as the original series, but it's still fun seeing Percy again. It's a low stakes adventure. It's refreshing to experience something like this- an afterword of sorts for a hero, where life is more normal, moving happily toward adulthood, while still having some adventures.
EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE I LOVED THIS BOOK SO FRIECKING MUCHCHCHHCHCIIII!!!!!!!1 But definetly read the other ones first (Warning though, there can be some second hand embarressment)
I really enjoyed this. In comparison with Chalice of the Gods it has a bit more stakes because we get a lot of back story and understanding of Hecate's story, Hecuba's and Gail's which was a lot of fun. Of course there isn't the pressure of the original series with the end of the world but it is alqays enjoyable to learn much more about other characters and spend time with my favourite characters.
3.5 stars it was pretty good but not my favourite rick riordan book made me laugh how hes referencing newer stuff in his writing good but not outstanding
