The third installment from arguably the ninth most famous Stephen Reynolds in the world.
This time our intrepid explorer hikes the breathtaking 186 miles of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. A stunning and dramatic landscape of soaring rocky clifftops and sprawling white sands. Join him as he encounters a plethora of amazing wildlife from peregrine falcons to razorbills, from seals to wild ponies. Not to mention the dashed impressive bracing vistas and stormy seas, of course.
Marvel at his rudimentary understanding of Mesolithic tool making, share in his wonder at all manner of high-class moustaches, and there’s even the odd mermaid or spaceship thrown in for good measure.
Stephen Reynolds began writing with a bestselling series of travel books about long-distance hiking. His debut novel, The Layers, was published by Valley Press in 2021. A story about the disparate versions of ourselves and what happens when we lose them. Darling Sorrow is his second novel and is published by the Book Guild in 2023.
I Like Stephen Reynolds book5s. He manages to bring the trails to life for me in a very readable and light hearted manner. I love that he doesn't take himself seriously while at the same time expressing deep passion for the subject matter
3 for 3 for Mr Reynolds! He should really stop being so self-deprecating as he really is a brilliant author. The absolute love and appreciation for what he's doing is refreshing. His humility and gratitude shines through.
Again another good book by this author, he needs to push himself a bit and go outside his code comfort zone. Hiking outside the UK would had to the interest possible the Santiago.
