A strange old dwarf oracle waylays Bard and his friends when they enter the town of Huis. After hearing the terrible prophecy, they offer their services. They work with the local lord, get entangled with the dwarf council, and ride out to the Fourth Great Wizard Tower, trying to find answers before it's too late. They struggle to change a possible future that's painted in fire, but are frustrated at every step.
