Read on Kobo. Pre-ordered and it dropped the night before lunch day into my device!

After following Jessica & Matthew's stories, I am so glad she wrote this book and was hoping that she would from the first time I heard their story during the pandemic. Heartbreak and disappointment are truly universal, and so very misunderstood. I loved the way she paced the lessons that she wanted to share with the pace of her journey, illustrating solid wisdom she acquired almost in a timeline. I did find myself, wondering how the kids had managed, and how their story impacted her story, but I understand completely why she made the decision to not include that part; the respect she has shown for them and her ex is profound, showing what truly healing as you grow looks like.
