An important book about mindset, the impact it can have on your life, and your ability to change/reframe it.

I went into this book a bit skeptical about its impact and whether there would be anything new it could offer me, however it delivered a fresh perspective as well as useful exercises to apply theory into practical output.

I’ve come away from this book feeling inspired, and in control of my ability to reframe my thoughts and approach to different situations - not matter how big or small
