He was supposed to protect her. Not miss the moment she needed him most.
The music festival ended in chaos, sirens cutting through the night as Easton was dragged away in handcuffs… arrested for assault after defending her best friend from a man with dangerous intentions.
Now he’s behind bars. Again. And Harley’s alone. Again.
But this time, she's carrying more than heartbreak, she’s carrying their child.
Still haunted by the eating disorder she thought she’d buried and a voice in her head whispering she’s not strong enough, not good enough, not ready.
So, she writes him one letter. Then another. Not out of forgiveness, but survival.
Easton writes back. And in the wreckage between them, something fragile begins to form.
A thread of hope, a love that still refuses to break.
Not every set of wings can survive a second fall. Especially glass ones.
I honestly could not put it down!! Harley went through a lot while Easton was behind bars again. Easton broke his promise to Harley and ended up back behind bars. BUT he did it for a good reason, he was saving Kennedy from being drugged. Harley found out she's pregnant that night he got taken away. I felt for Harley in this book.. With her eating disorder and the voices in her head:( I loved the letters again, there were times I would yell “ Just pick up the phone Harley” but she didn't. Even though Easton wasn't there through the whole pregnancy until the end, Harley still sent him ultrasound photos of the baby which was very sweet. Quinn Faith Biggs is such an adorable name for their little girl. Harley went through a stage that most mothers go through and she came out on the other end okay. I do recommend reading Little bird before Glass Wings. The only thing with the 2 books that gave me the ick was “ You, okay?” there doesn't need to type that way. Other than that I would read these 2 books again.
I absolutely couldn't put this down Harley is a fighter and omg Easton still has my heart auntie ken is so good and wow the passion and faith in this is amazing
This book really took me through all the emotions. I love how Easton really took care of Harley and how much as soon as she through all of the letters and the NICU she really blossomed. It had me crying in some parts but by the end I was crying happy tears.
