Enhorabuena Paula 🤍

Review of The Girl with Brown Eyes – Paula Ordovás

This book pleasantly surprised me. The Girl with Brown Eyes is an intimate and honest story in which Paula Ordovás emotionally opens up to share her journey of personal growth. I really appreciated how she tackles the issue of self-imposed pressure, something I can relate to, and how she managed to stop, look inward, and reconnect with a more mindful and serene life.

One of the aspects that touched me the most was her take on the death of her father. She discusses it from a very human place, without forced dramatization, but with a depth that moves you. Her way of telling her transformation — from constant pressure to perform and show perfection, to a life with more calm and authenticity — felt truly inspiring.

It’s a book that’s easy to read but leaves a lasting impact. It makes you reflect on your own priorities, pace, and how often we demand too much from ourselves without allowing ourselves to simply be. I recommend this book to anyone going through a period of change or questioning the life they’re living.

Me he sentido identificada en muchas partes.
