Donovan has been hunting me for years, and I grow weary of this game.

Wow … all of the emotions!

This story had me laughing and crying, hoping and wishing. Finally, Donovan secured his mate and got an unexpected bonus along the way. Just when I think this series can’t get any better, it does!

Amazing as usual! Donovan spent years waiting for Trinity and it definitely ended up being worth it for both of them. I really enjoyed seeing the past through both of their eyes and even though it was painful, it was necessary to their happily ever after. and Cassius has a mate? oh man. cannot wait!

After so much heartache and loss, I was so happy to see Donovan finally have his HEA. In true King of Hell fashion Donavan is a man on a mission. We learned in Book 1 that Cole's mate Mika is a twin, and her sister is still out in the world hiding from Angels and Demons alike. In book 1 Mike informs Donavan that he needs to be the one to find her sister and Donovan vowed to do just that.

Donovan is a man of action and stand by his word. He didn't know that searching for Mika's twin sister would lead him to finding his mate, which is indeed Mika's twin sister. LOL!!! Now that Donovan knows who his mate is, he spends the next few years tracking her because due to the prophecy he cannot claim her until the brothers before him claim their mates first.

I love how Donovan and Trinity were already playing a cat and mouse game with one another. Every time he tracked her down; she would have a clever trap waiting to ensnare him. Trinity knew she belonged to Donovan but after a seer shared a vision with her; Trinity took it upon herself to do whatever necessary to protect Donovan.

The Angels and Rogue demons are getting desperate. As each King of Hell set out to find their mate; their enemies are working double time to stop them from succeeding. The search for witches has increased because no one knows who the next KOH mate will be therefore the angels are taking drastic measures are being taken to snatch and hide as many witches as possible. While the KOH and their mate work tirelessly to save as many I as they can.

I can't wait for the next King to fall. He has already laid eyes on his mate and the prophecy states that he will struggle to keep her safe. I can't wait for Cassius and Wren's story.

This is the book I’ve been waiting for since Donovan first appeared as Nova in the original Kings of Hell novel. A Character whose romance has been so well earned, whose backstory is steeped in longing, love, and loss—I knew this story would break my heart into pieces. But I also knew Alexa Maree would be the one to pick up every shard and place it back stronger than before. And she did. In the best possible way.

Donovan’s arc is a masterclass in emotional payoff. His journey is not just romantic—it’s redemptive. It’s the kind of story that doesn’t just meet high expectations, it exceeds them. If six stars were an option, this would be my nomination.

I can’t say much else because this book is so finely balanced that one innocent comment could ruin an arc. Just know: all your favorite characters are back, and a few new ones arrive who I desperately hope spark a spinoff and their own arc. The world of Kings of Hell continues to expand in ways that feel earned, resonant, and full of possibility.

Let me tell you something! I’m not one to usually cry over a book! But when I TELL YOU i was crying like a baby!!!! I love that Donovan and Trinity *wink wink* are together at last! They have way better restraint than me because the world woulda been over *shrugs* lol I LOVE when I can guess whose the next love match and I’m so excited to see what unfolds with them next! However! Whose sword is that?!? And why is it so powerful?!? I can’t wait until our Demon-Witch baby is born! Each book is better than the next with more lore! I’m going to be so sad when all the Kings are boo’ed up but I’m so excited for the ride!

I can't believe we are two thirds of the way through the series, it's been a true adventure. Donovan's story is book 6 in the Kings Of Hell series and delivers on angst, feels, and spice. The story follows the MCs Donovan and Trinity. Trinity is Mika's twin sister who we learned about way back when in the first book. I absolutely ate UP the catch me if you can hunt in this book. It was so satisfying. I luv when a man has to work for it. Trinity truly had his best interests in mind and was trying to protect him. This book had an enjoyable plot with suspense and tension, strong characters, witches, magic, demon etc...., and greattttttttt steamy scenes. Normally long series make me nervous, but this is proved to be one worth committing too.

What a journey. Donavan and Trinity's story was filled with so many challenges, lots of emotions, and twists and turns.
In addition, there drama, danger, action, spice, and more in this story.
I felt for both of them. The sacrifices they made for their loved ones and those around them.
I truly loved this book and I was so happy with their ending!

Man if that doesn't sum up this book I don't know what does. Donovan and Trinity's story had me in a chokehold, so much emotion and turmoil. I felt greatly for these characters, and getting to their happy ending made my heart happy. This series continues to pull me in and I can't wait for the next story!

OMG!

Get the tissues ready because Donovan had to go through a rough path to get his happily ever after! Trinity and Donovan will make your heart pound, your eyes tear up and giggle like a little girl! This story was great!
