Did Not Finish
June 20, 20266/18/2026 - Automatically returned to Hoopla, donc a DNF.
5/29/2026- I either overestimated my ability to read (a book designed for language learners) in French, or this is not for true beginners. I read the first short story, and I struggled. Despite being written in what I believe to be l'imparfait, I was able to suss out the general plot, but not all the particulars. Maybe this is too advanced for me and I need to find an A1-level graded reader.
