All Roads Lead to Sovereign Mountain

After a difficult start in Kentucky, Jensen Childress has spent the last twenty years living out his childhood dream of being a cowboy. Single and guarded, he’s evaded his past and the man who ruined his life by keeping his head down in Montana.

Until one night, he meets Della, a captivating woman who steals his heart. As quickly as they fall for each other, he discovers she’s hiding a terrible secret entangled with his devastating past.

And she’s desperate for his help.

Rocked by betrayal, but still convinced there’s a chance Della could be the woman for him, Jensen takes this as his opportunity to lay his ghosts to rest. Even if it means going back to the one place on Earth he swore he’d never see again.

Together, they return to the mountains to face their demons. There, in the dangerous world of Jensen’s past and Della’s present, they find themselves unraveling years of pain as they fight for a better future.

Jensen is a high heat, single mom cowboy romance. It is the fourth book in the bestselling dark cowboy series The Sovereign Mountain Series. It can be read as an interconnected standalone or a total standalone. Please see the author's site for additional info regarding content.

It is so hard to break down a book from Raya Morris Edwards. She truly puts so much elegance and heart into these Dark Cowboy Romances, that referring to them by those tropes feels diminutive. I know it's not, but it feels like so much more than that. I consider her to be a top-tier Dark Erotic Romance author. And that is VERY high praise from me. I often find that I don't get what I'm looking for in this sub-genre, but RME provides in spades.

As to this story itself, it felt very different in tone from the previous books, and I think it may have to do with the location being removed from Sovereign Mountain. Both Della and Jensen have to face their demons to save her young son, and so there are flashbacks that give us the full weight and breadth of our situation. I don't always love flashbacks, but these were always well placed and gave us critical information. As we build to the crescendo of their story, they are also working through some sexual trauma with one another.

I'll be honest, I don't have a problem with Della and Jensen being physical immediately, that's par for the course in these books. They have amazing chemistry and we waste no time putting that to the test. Also, getting Jensen to fall for her and help her... is literally the point of the story. She couldn't have known that they would click so fully or that she would be caught just as deeply as him. That's part of what makes the intimacy so stunning. As they get more involved, the sex gets wilder and more emotional, which is RME's bread and butter.

Overall, this was very different to the other books, yet fundamentally, it's still about a jaded cowboy who finds a woman and saves her from a bad situation. That's what I came for and that's what I got. But add in that Della was also a badass mom willing to do whatever she must.

4 on the spice scale

CW: On Page SA, Past Stealthing, Forced Pregnancy, Grooming, Violence & Gore, Financial insecurity, gun violence, depictions of brutal physical fights.

Sexual Content: Sadism, Praise & Degradation, biting, slapping, blood play, rice used for pain, clothespins as nipple clamps, Crisco used as lube, squirting, and more!

For the smut, because I didn’t like the rest of the book.
This was much different from the previous books from the series, and I was greatly missing the setting, as well as the characters from the other books.

safety:
-OM drama
-no OWD in the present (but he mentions this predator Holly all the fucking time 🤮🙄), but OW in the past chapters (sometimes more details than necessary)
-no cheating/sharing
-he’s a huge manwhore, lots of unnecessary info about his sexual experiences mainly in the beginning but also throughout the whole book, she’s only been with her ex-husband

Jensen and Della... 🥹

I won't lie when I say I was nervous at first when starting their story. I am usually not into insta-love and need a good slow burn, but somehow, someway, Raya changed my mind. Reading this series, I was so excited for Jensen's eventual story, and I was not disappointed! I had NO idea the trauma Jensen was carrying on his back and it only made me love him even more. Despite the insta love, Della and Jensen were made for each other and that is evident by the end of the book.

This book is a different scene than previous Sovereign Mountain books and while I am bummed, I didn't get a lot of face time with the rest of the sovereign family, I love the new characters Raya introduced us to. Please tell me we get a Kayleigh and Brothers story someday!

If you know me, you know I'm a die-hard Dark Cowboy romance fan and I absolutely can't wait to buy this book and add it to my shelf. Thank you for another amazing Sovereign Mountain read! 🖤🖤

I am completely obsessed with this book. Obsessed with the characters. Literally it was perfection. I love this series so much but this one took the cake👏🏻

Jensen & Della were literally a perfect match. I loved and admired both of their strengths. They both had so much character growth throughout the book. They fell in love fast, but it was written perfectly. The plot constantly kept me wanting to read more and not put the book down. There was so much suspense that I absolutely ate up. And the fucking spice, my goddddd. I’ll never look at rice and crisco the same way again 🤣🥵

Thank you so much Raya Morris Edwards & TAA for this arc🤍

I’m back into the series. More smut frontloaded in the first half of the story. I’m going to be honest. Insta-lust works on me when it’s written with this amount of convincing possession. There was actual yearning!! Jensen and Della were both interested in each other, and Jensen’s interactions with her were smoking hot. A bit of a honeypot situation in the past and present. The last 30% were given to plot, but I quite enjoyed the passion. It might get repetitive because there was a point when every chapter had one love scene, but I am NOT complaining.

The first chapter was brilliant. I loved learning Jensen’s backstory. Jensen and Della’s POVs were great. They both had a sense of pathos to them. Della has a bit more agency compared to the other heroines in the series.

I skimmed through the last book of the series because I wondered if I had been harsh to the series, but I remembered a lot of the things that didn’t work for me. Everything worked for me here, had no complaints.

The main issue for both of the leads is consent. They both were in abusive relationships, and they weren’t depicted as all evil or all good. The hero imagined himself in love with his abuser, and the heroine’s abuser was not a hothead who resorted to his fists at any excuse, but still demanded complete control and intimidation.

I think I will read the other book I haven’t read in this series. I also can’t wait for the next book on Jack.

Another ARC by Raya Morris Edwards... Another WIN by Raya Morris Edwards!

🤜🏼Age gap
🤜🏼Organised Crime
🤜🏼Dark cowboy
🤜🏼Single mum
🤜🏼MMC with a moustache (& proud about it)
🤜🏼S&M
🤜🏼Cage fighting
🤜🏼Revenge
🤜🏼Southern drawls

I could not stop reading this book. Easily my favourite in the series by far!

We have an MMC with a dark past and an FMC with ties that could destroy them - but overall their chemistry... Insane. I am not one for insta-love but this was so bloody spicy and fun, I am starting to wonder if its the trope that is the issue or the way that other authors have written it.

It has been a while for me - so I am really excited to say this - I loved both the main characters in this book. Della and Jensen fit together like two broken puzzle pieces. The book follows Jensen (shock) and his dark past, wading through the murky waters of cowboy-ing and cage fighting when one night he comes across the alluring Della. One steamy night later and they can't keep their hands off each other. Jensen knows something is up and soon his past (and his love) all comes rushing back to haunt him. Della on the other hand, is only looking for a way out and with the help of a kind stranger, she is led to Jensen. And she really does go in head first...

I have seen a few people disappointed that there wasn't much involvement from the past Sovereign mountain characters, but I enjoyed that. The story holds up on its own. Frankly, because the past few books have been heavily involved on Sovereign and the surrounding characters, I am glad Jensen got his own story.

As it has been said with the past 3 books, if you do read this please read the trigger warnings. I would say this book is darkest in the series. It covers some pretty traumatic situations for both MCs.

Jensen is absolute perfection, Raya keeps one upping herself with her Soverign Mountain series. Della is desperate to get her son back and goes searching for the one man she was told could help her. Jensen is living a quite life as a cowboy. He has been trying to put distance between his painful past that still haunts him almost two decades later. Jensen spots Della in the crowd after a fight at the stockyards. Della’s plan is to seduce Jensen. She was worried she wouldn’t be able to, but that changes when they meet. These two have insane chemistry. After two days and a literal all night smex fest, she decides she can’t lie to him anymore. She comes clean about why she’s in Montana. Jensen is stunned when she tells him who sent her, a name he never wanted to hear again. He decides he’ll help Della get her son back. They both have to face their demons to save her son. There is heartbreaking flashbacks, giving details and insight to their painful past. They’ve both lived through things they didn’t understand at the time and are struggling to come to terms with now. Jensen’s story has a difffernt feel from the previous books, it still has the dark gritty cowboy feel, but with the addition of organized crime and a different setting. The banter is incredible. The way Raya writes how her characters see and feel about each other is remarkable. This is a spectacular story with all the action you’ve come to expect from this series, but it is spicier and kinkier, and I am here for it.

Della is given a name and a list of locations to find a man that will help her. Jensen is a cowboy with a dark past and the man she is looking for. They can’t seem to keep their hands off of each after spending a night together. But what they built started off from a lie. Will Jensen be able to help Della and forgive her for her secrets? Or has Jensen’s past caught up to him?

This book was so good, I couldn’t put it down. Della and Jensen are two people that are made for each other.

Beta + ARC read

🖤One of my top reads of the year🖤

I'm having a hard time putting into words how much I loved this book. After reading it a second time because Raya gave me the incredible opportunity to beta read, I fell in love with Jensen and Della even more. Their stories are heartbreaking, their HEA is hard earned and well fought, and the ending? Absolute perfection.

When reading the Sovereign Mountain series, Raya makes you feel like you're immersed in the world. The picture she paints makes you feel like you're truly amongst the mountains of Montana or the Kentucky holler with Della and Jensen. Raya's writing style is descriptive, beautiful, and will have you making so many kindle highlights.

Jensen is our jaded cowboy. With a dark past, no true family, he's a lone wolf, looking to stay as far away as possible from the ghosts of his past. But when he meets Della, he feels like a little bit of that loneliness is chipped away. Della is a single mom on the run from her POS ex. She's desperate to get her son out from underneath the claws of her ex-husband, Leland Caudill. But the Caudills are royalty - and you don't mess with royalty. Unless your name is Jensen Childress...

This book is one wild ride - from the action, the truths that are revealed, to the spice that will have you melting - you won't want to book this book down.

Raya always manages to have my jaw on the floor with the way she creates chemistry and intimacy between her characters. And it's not just the spice, it's the way she builds a strong foundation and connection between these two complete strangers. Phenomenal.

And for those of you that enjoy a little food play? Let's just say you'll never look at Crisco or rice the same again 🤭

Lastly, if you ask me to choose a favorite in this series, please don't lol. I highly suggest you read all of them because they're so so worth it!

Highly highly recommend Jensen for lovers of:
🤠 dark cowboy romance x organized crime
🖤 single mom
🤠 tatted MMC with a mustache
🖤 revenge
🤠 cage fighting
🖤 S&M
🤠 HEA

*insert whatever higher being you pray to* bless Dark Cowboy Romance! 🙌🏻

I admit, I’m a little behind on finishing this arc, but I let it finish me today and I’m just so sad that it’s over. Y’all already know that I’m newly-ish in my cowboy era (lifetime), as of this year. But *dark* cowboy romance is where it’s at for me!! And JENSEN just took the lead in this horse race! I swoon……..

The Sovereign Mountain series is full of dark romance-meets cowboys and holds a special spot in my heart, seeing as Sovereign was the first cowboy romance ever that I read and enjoyed. But Jensen… oh, sweet baby Jensen.

This story is dark with a lot of painful history for both main characters. I hurt for them both throughout the story.. I hurt for young Jensen and the manipulation his sweet soul endured, and I hurt for Della and the trap she didn’t want to fall into. Ugh.. my heartstrings pulled taut, y’all. Not by chance, but by desperation, they find themselves in each other’s orbit and come together to help each other in the most unconventional ways. But through this, they heal each other and grow as individuals and in their new romance. They’re both a little messed up and a lot obsessed with one another, I loved seeing what they each brought out in the other. *chefs kiss*

Part of said healing just so happens to be suuuuper kinky spice and you’re gonna want to hold onto your hats for this level of 🔥 Oof… a one handed read, because ya know… you gotta fan yourself with the other hand 🫠

Spice aside, this is an emotional story and the road is rocky. The ways in which pure innocence & naivety can quickly be stolen & molded by the evil in darker parts of the world, Raya wrote this so well. Giving us an understanding of both main characters & their initial goodness turned darkness, to no fault of their own. But all roads lead to Sovereign Mountain and that seems to mean a HEA with a gorgeous, brooding cowboy. I’m fully here for this, it just hits every single time!! 🖤

Synopsis in one sentence: A cowboy living out his dream in Montana meets a captivating single mom, Della, who needs his help, forcing Jensen to return to the dangerous past he swore he'd left behind to face their shared demons.
Fav character:,"Jensen Childress. He's the perfect dark cowboy—guarded, protective, tattoo-covered, and falls hard and fast for Della. His ""touch her and die"" energy is intense, and the things that come out of his mouth are hot."
Fav trope: Dark Cowboy Romance
Fav part: The unexpected twists and turns in the plot that tie their pasts together were fantastic. Also, the sweet, tender moments, like the scene where He Washes her Hair, contrasted with the pure spice of the Peach Play and spicy scenes - oh my! I loved the ending!
Didn't like: Honestly, nothing! I think this is my favorite book in the series!!
Recommend it: YES! If you love high-heat, high-stakes romance with a possessive MMC and a dark, dangerous cowboy setting, this is a must-read.
Unique: YES. The blend of the traditional cowboy setting (Montana ranch life) with the organized crime/dark romance elements is a unique and thrilling contrast that raises the stakes immensely.
Cont. series?: Yes, it is Book 4 in The Sovereign Mountain Series. Im so excited for the next book!
Unforgettable: The depth of Jensen's obsession and his devotion to Della, especially how he would do anything for her despite the danger. The found family aspect is also a truly memorable and emotional thread.
Kindle unlimited: Yes!

Alright, I went into this one so ready for Jensen. After devouring and loving the first three books, I had sky-high expectations and while it didn’t completely shatter me the way I thought it would, it still pulled me in with that signature dark, gritty Sovereign Mountain vibe I can’t get enough of.

The setup? Perfection. A brooding cowboy with a haunted past, tangled up in revenge, danger, and sin exactly what I crave in a dark romance. The plot kept me hooked, full of tension and that raw edge Raya writes so well. I just wanted a little more emotional depth between Jensen and Della to match the intensity of the story, but that’s me nitpicking, because the heat and suspense definitely delivered.

Jensen’s struggle to balance rage, redemption, and love made him fascinating, and Della’s strength brought a softer contrast that worked beautifully. The world-building continues to be stellar, dark, dusty, dangerous, and impossible to look away from.

It might not have dethroned Deacon as my favorite, but it’s another strong addition to the series and a must-read for anyone who loves their cowboys bruised, broken, and beautiful.

“The world is distant, and I’m looking directly into the sun.”

This book. This book, I couldn’t not get enough of it. This is my favorite in this series so far. Jensen and Della were literally perfection in this book. The banter was off the charts amazing.

I don’t know what it is but Raya Morris Edwards knows how to write what the MC’s see in each other’s eyes like poetry. This big, bad cage fighter spitting out utter poetry one moment about seeing this woman for the first time to have an absolute filthy mouth without blinking was everything I didn’t know I needed for Jensen and Della.

I also loved getting Jensen’s backstory and it made my heart ache for him. And Della, this woman kept making such selfless decisions for everyone but herself. The way these two heal each other, I could not stop reading bc I needed to make sure they got everything they wanted.

The spice in this book, off the charts. The chemistry that came off the page was so hot. The fact that Della absolutely ate up Jensen being violent, I was definitely like, yes, get it girl!

I have mixed feelings about this one. I adore Raya’s writing, I flew through the previous books in the series in just days, so I went in with certain expectations about Jensen. Clearly, I was very wrong 😂. This book definitely has a different tone from the others. Not bad different, just… different.

Jensen is our broody, grumpy cowboy, and getting a deeper look into his past helped make sense of his walls and the way he sees the world. Della had a similar emotional history, and I really admired how hard she fought for what she wanted. She’s strong in a quiet, determined way, and I appreciated that about her.

But here’s where my struggle comes in 😕 I didn’t feel as much emotional connection between them. Instead of the slow-burn angst and deep emotional pull the previous books gave us so beautifully, this one leaned more into the spice and physical chemistry. Which isn’t bad at all, it just wasn’t what I expected from this couple or this series.

Still, even with the shift in tone, the story held my attention, and the characters had their charm. Just keep in mind it’s more “lust-forward” than emotionally heavy like the earlier books.

Happy Release Day ! 💛 Thank you so much Raya Morris Edwards for the opportunity to receive this arc in exchange for my honest opinion .

Each time I read a book from this series , I say they can’t get any better but she just works her magic and knocks it out of the ballpark each and every single time . This whole series is everything and I recommend it every chance I get .

Jensen is so rugged , dark and delicious with a moustache ? 🥵 IYKYK . You feel and understand why he is the way he is in life due to his past . Being involved in organized crime and killing someone that lead him to being on the run for 19 years . The life he lived and the traumas he’s suffered makes you sympathize for him .

Della , previously married to Leland Caudill - divorced him and now looking for a way to get her son back . After talking to Brothers , he lead her in Jensens direction . What she thought would be a night of seducing and possibly receiving help getting her son back lead to feelings developing on both ends of . It takes strength to leave your son behind to leave a life she was so unhappy in .

Their chemistry is explosive , the spice is absolutely delicious . Pain x pleasure , healing kink . A 🍆 tattoo ? 🔥🔥 . Crisco Oil ? Say no more 😂 They make each other better , and I just love them both so much . The plot was so adventurous and excellent , I couldn’t get enough .

If you like dark cowboy romance , organized crime with action and adventure , revenge , cage fighting cowboy x single mom , and the heat hotter than the Sahara Desert ? Read this one .

4.5⭐️ Thank you Edwards and team for this arc! I couldn't put this down.

This might be a fav (so far) in the series! I'm not usually an insta love girlie, but the chemistry was intoxicating and I loved it. The spice was off rhe charts and good for Della for finally getting some good 🍆🤭

Please be mindful of TWs and our MCs had tragic and horrific tenn years that clearly affect them into adult hood.

These two compliment each other so much, they understand each other and are vulnerable with each other after closing themselves for so long.

After 30% or so, that's when the plot start plotting and I was on the edge of my seat. Such a fast pace, high stakes plot.

wow, just wow... Jensen is officially in the #1 spot of the Sovereign Mountain Men series 🥵

This story was jam packed with raw emotion and heart break in its own way... Both Jensen and Della have such complicated and similar histories that you can't help but shed a tear for their younger selves.

Jensen is definitely the hot cowboy we all dream of, he's rough and tough and down right full of trauma but when he loves, it's with his whole heart. There isn't a single bone in that man's body that can deny Della and the relationship they share. Della, the sweetest girl who had to give up so much way too early in her life. Shes full of sass and all the best banter, she's a tough girl and will do whatever it takes to be free.

This book is filllled with the best spice and an addicting plot. The mouth on Jensen Childress will live rent free in my mind forever ♾️

JENSEN CHILDRESS HAS FINALLY ENTERED THE CHAT and had me melting in more ways than one!!!! After 3 books of Jensen appearances I couldn’t wait to get my little grabby hands on his book!! He was everything I hoped he’d be and so much more. Cocky and charming with a filthyyy mouth. His backstory was devastating, and seeing his growth throughout the book was so healing even just as the reader. 🫠 I fell in love with Della immediately - there’s nothing better than a fierce, protective single mama who will burn down the world for her babies. Top tier banter, soooo much spice, incredible emotional depth, and all the suspense and action I’ve come to know and love from Raya!! Do not miss this one, it’s available NOW!!

This book was incredibly well written and honestly one of the best in the series.

I loved everything about it, the background stories, the setting, and the plot. Raya has a way of describing simple things so beautifully that I found myself curious about the Appalachian Mountains and their charm.

It’s so refreshing to read about characters who find beauty in simple things. Don’t get me wrong, I love a billionaire romance as much as anyone else, but there was something so romantic about the life Della dreamed for herself.

Della and Jensen were interesting, sassy, and seriously hot together. I loved both of their personalities and how perfectly they balanced each other.

My favorite thing about this book was that Jensen never once doubted Della or blamed her for her decisions, even when they didn’t align with what he wanted.

Also, no third act breakup, just a beautiful family dynamic. I can’t wait to read their novella 🤭

I received this book as an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Just when you think you are in love with one of Raya's MMCs, a new one is born!

The writing style, the action and the spice, this book is the hottest of the series I dare say!

Jensen ...oh sweet Jensen, he had a rough start in life, was groomed to be the boy toy.
His dream was to have a family of his own, make it out his miserable town, and become somebody.

Della was dealt a shitty hand, tricked by a wealthy man, knocked up and forced into marriage at 18, she fought her way out of it.. but couldn't take her baby with her.

Della's only option was to get Jensen to help her get her son back.
but she didn't approach him directly asking for help, she seduced him first, and THAT felt like a betrayal to Jensen, because he fell for her at first sight .

Check your triggers, this book is a wild ride, but oh sooooo worth it .

Thank you Raya, PR team and The Author agency for the ARC, forever grateful.

The men of The Sovereign Mountain series are pure perfection I tell ya!
This series is my Roman Empire!

Jensen, of course, did not disappoint in any way! Raya didn't waste anytime jumping right into the spice and boy was I here for it! The chemistry between Jensen and Della was so good and I love the way he helped awaken things for her sexually and she brought his soul back to life. Book 4 of the Sovereign Mountain Series and WOW!! Jensen’s on another level🤭😂 he’s so FILTHY & I love it! I’m here for ALL OF HIM! Sheeesh was I hot & bothered!

OMG !!! Raya has done it again , It’s official I’m obsessed with all her cowboys 🖤 This book was so damn good! I loved everything about it. The instant lust to love 🫠 One look is all it takes & he’s captivated by Della. 🥰 The banter, the sassiness & their chemistry I was here for it!! The spice was OVER THE TOP HOT!! 🥵 This is by far her spiciest book yet! The trauma was heart wrecking , they both went to through so much at such a young age 😩 I’m so glad they found each other 🖤

ARC review:

4⭐️: Raya took us on a ride with this one! I loved the energy and the raw chemistry between Della and Jensen. The insta-love trope is not typically my fave but it worked for me in this case. It definitely had me rooting for them. Spice hit early and then came the drama and suspense of them being on a mission because of unsettled business. Loved that Della ultimately got her revenge in the end. A mother will truly do anything for her baby. Overall this was a wild ride and fun to read and the spice was 🔥🔥🔥, although the scene involving crisco was definitely a choice and gave me the ick 🙅🏻‍♀️🫣. Jensen still might be my favorite MMC of the series!

Omg👏🏻❤️🫠

This was so good, so spicy and had the sweetest moments. Jensen is my new favorite for the Sovereign Mountain series. I loved Della, and her energy. She was a woman on a mission, and that mission was to seduce Jensen. I was not prepared for the amount of spice and I loved every minute of it.🫠

🌶️mustache
🌶️Crisco (we don’t judge and just trust the process)
🌶️parking spot
🌶️tattoo
🌶️gum

Thank you to The Author Agency and Raya Morris Edwards for the opportunity to read this early. This is my honest review.

“You’re the storm I never saw coming. And I’m not sure I want to survive it.”

WOW. Just wow. I’ve been obsessed and loved every book in the Sovereign Mountain series, and Jensen may just be my new favorite. Jensen is a slow burn where every page hums with danger, longing, and the kind of love that only survives in the wild. Raya Morris Edwards proves again why she reigns as the queen of dark cowboy romances.

Jensen Childress isn’t just a cowboy. he’s a man forged in silence, solitude, and scars. After twenty years of running from Kentucky and the man who ruined his life, he’s built a quiet existence in Montana. But when Harlan County calls him back, it sends a woman to bring him to his knees. He’s a filthy talking, cage fighter with a mustache made for riding, and rough lover who likes his pain with pleasure. The rice scene was so powerful and intense! The spice is ungodly hot and I absolutely devoured it.

Raya Morris Edwards blends organized crime, age-gap heat, and small-town grit into a story that’s as emotionally brutal as it is seductive. Jensen is guarded, gruff, and magnetic, he’s the kind of anti-hero who doesn’t speak unless it matters. And when he does? You feel it in your bones.

“I don’t want peace. I want her. Even if it costs me everything.”

Della is sharp, stubborn, and far too young for a man like Jensen, but doesn’t flinch. She challenges him, cracks him open, and makes him bleed in all the right ways. Their dynamic is a slow unraveling, a push-pull of power and vulnerability that never feels forced. She made a deal with a man from Jensen’s past and she never expected to fall for him, she only needed him to help her save her son. She’s brave beyond measure, being with a man like Jensen expands her knowledge of how a man should treat a woman and gives her the freedom to feel pleasure and happiness.

“You think you’re protecting me. But I’m not the one hiding.”

Edwards doesn’t just write romance, she writes a reckoning. Jensen and Della’s pain spoke the same language, and in each other’s presence, it finally felt heard. Every chapter tightens the noose around Jensen’s heart, and ours. The emotional journey is worth the bruises from the bumpy terrain. Their connection wasn’t soft. It was jagged, raw, and real, it was the kind that bleeds before it heals.

“I don’t want safe. I want you. Even if it hurts.”

These are my favorite kind of dark romances. Jensen is filled with a determined, grumpy cowboy with a criminal past, a heroine who bites back, and a story that leaves you wrecked and grateful in the end.

A huge thank you to Raya Morris Edwards and TAA for the early copy! I can’t wait to see Jack’s story and then Brothers’ next!
