New York Times and USA Today Best Seller L. Wilder brings readers a new Satan's Fury series that is guaranteed to keep you on the edge of your seat.
They say time heals all wounds. Clearly, they don’t know what they’re talking about.
I’ve got scars that run so deep they’ll never fade. Each of them hurt like hell. But none compared to the pain of losing her.
She was my world. It nearly broke me when they sent her away. I was left with no choice but to move on.
I built a new life and became the Sergeant at Arms of Fury. My brothers were my family now, and my loyalty was to them. Then, she came back.
And now I’m questioning everything. Past and present.
Seven s is a standalone MC romance with a group of foul-mouthed, possessive alphas who will do whatever it takes to protect the women they love. There are some heavy topics in this story, but rest assured, the HEA will have you begging for more. No cliffhanger and no cheating. Enjoy the ride!
Tallie and seven knew each other forever. Then one day tallies father sends here away to school in france. She is devastated. Next thing she knows she's told seven has died. This was a great story with many surprises twists and turns.
This author always knocks it out of the park with her overprotective alpha males and sweet strong ladies. This story was so good from start to finish that I just couldn’t put it down. Lots of secrets and lies but in the end a stupendous HEA.
L Wilder does it again, delivering a pulse-pounding, emotionally charged ride in Seven, the fourth installment in the Satan’s Fury MC – Little Rock series. This story is packed with gripping tension, sizzling passion, and the kind of raw, gut-wrenching emotions that keep you on edge from start to finish.
Eight years ago, Holt lost the only girl he ever loved. Tallie was ripped from his life by a family who never thought he was good enough—even though they treated him like a son. Left heartbroken, Holt enlisted in the military, where he earned his road name, Seven—because taking out seven men in seven seconds wasn’t luck, it was skill. Now, years later, he’s the Sergeant at Arms for the Satan’s Fury MC Little Rock chapter, hardened by war and loss. But nothing could have prepared him for the moment fate throws Tallie back into his life.
With danger closing in around Tallie and her family, Holt’s protective instincts kick into overdrive. The moment their eyes meet, the years apart disappear, and for the first time in eight years, his heart beats for something other than survival. But secrets and lies are about to be exposed, forcing Holt and Tallie to navigate treacherous waters where love, loyalty, and vengeance collide.
With every twist and turn, Seven keeps you breathless—danger lurking in the shadows, emotions running high, and passion burning hotter than ever. L. Wilder delivers an unforgettable, high-stakes MC romance filled with intensity, brotherhood, and a love that refuses to die. If you love protective bikers, second-chance romance, and edge-of-your-seat action, this one is a must-read!
Oh my heart!! I absolutely LOVE a second chance story, and this works so well. Strong, lovable characters, this bit of suspense, and a deep connection and love that never stopped. Tallie is back in town and she's in for a big surprise. Her story twisted my heart and had me wanting to help fight for her as well. Seven is great, he's strong, protective, and everything you want in a hero. I love their story from start to finish. This is another great read in this series. I'm looking forward to what is to come!
I received a copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving an honest review.
This is a second chance romance story featuring Seven and Tallie. He was her brother’s best friend growing up… Four years older than her…. And a hot military man! One day, their relationship went from friends to more… they were so love…. Until she simply disappeared. And this was after they had their entire lives mapped out!
Fast forward 8 years and they meet again. Only Tallie isn’t alone. She has a son. Meaning Seven has a son. Yikes! Obviously he’s and at first… Great story!!!
Seven/Holy and Tallie’s story is fraught with loss and pain and, as the story progresses, so much hope. What a wonderful love story of fated love, where these two, separated by those who should have kept them together, finally meet again. The rest of the story is about the other trials that Tallie must face as her father is murdered, and how the two reconcile their past with present and future. A well thought out, well paced and great MC romance that hits all the spots- action, adventure and love!
I love this author’s work because she always adds plenty of drama and action to her fantastic MC books. This is Seven and Tallie’s story and it was filled with young love, secrets, lies and so much more. Find out what happens when they get their second chance. Satan’s Fury MC is one of my favorite MC series.
Another great story I read in one sitting. I always look forward to this authors book. Holt an Tallie have been separated and lied to by her family that left a lasting affect on their young lives and the worst is yet to come. Be ready for heartbreak, secrets and a HEA.
For those who enjoy their romances with a heavy dose of suspense, this book is for you! Holt and Tallie's story is heartbreaking, but through it all, they find their way back to each other for their HEA. This is a must read!
Nothing better than a second chance romance and this one will capture your heart. Seven and Tallie’s story certainly has some twists that I didn’t see coming. Absolutely loved this story and this series keeps getting better and better.
This is Holt's story and it didn't disappoint! Flow of the story was perfect and characters were enjoyable, as always. Always know I can look forward to the guys of Satan's Fury. No matter how many I read, they never get repetitive or boring.
When Satan's Fury Little Rock Sergeant at Arms "Seven" confronts his past his dreams come true for a love for the long haul.
Holt / "Seven" held fast to his true love even as her family and the years separated them. His devotion to their once in a lifetime love was powerful and heartbreaking even as it was inspiring. Natalie Rae / "Tallie" carried the pain of the loss of her first and only love only to find that their separation by her parents was layered in lies that compounded the pain of her split with Holt. Even through Tallie's heartbreak she kept feistiness and it was a testament of her tenacity and capability.
Holt and Tallie were a couple that perfectly complemented each other. Their capacity to forgive the past and move on to the place they were always meant to be was touching to watch play out. This pair had an intense physical connection that went beyond lust and spoke to their unique emotional bond.
As to be expected with this author she kept things real with the Satan Fury brothers showing their loyalty and camaraderie alongside their darker sides. When it comes to club business nothing about this group speaks to weakness. Never get compliant when reading about Ms. Wilder's bikers as her stories are not joy rides but depict the hard lifestyle and gray choices these men make regularly.
L. Wilder continues to dominate the pages with raw stories filled with memorable characters. Her ability to effortlessly combine multiple compelling storylines in each of her works makes her stand out and always leaves her audience excited to read her books. While the romantic element of her books is first-rate it is her suspense elements that make her stories pop. Subtle and edgy her subplots are complex and riveting. L. Wilder's Seven proves that some loves can never die for an emotional and touching ride to another of Satan Fury's brother's HEA!
*I was given an advanced copy. All opinions expressed are my own.* *While part of a series this book can be read as a stand alone, but for an overall enhanced reading experience reading the previous books in this series is suggested.*
Omgoodness, the author has done it again! I loved this book. Characters are engaging and it's a fast, easy read. I couldn't put it down! Highly recommend it!
I'm torn with my like of this book. There were many inconsistentacies that I had a hard time with. One good thing is that they didn't drag on their separation. The pair knew they wanted to be together and made it work.
OMG!! Plot twist queen! This book had me on edge of my seat, clutching my Kindle throughout. It’s such a heartbreaking and gutwrenching story. The reader just can’t help but rooting for Seven and Tallie. Will they come out on top?
I gave 2 stars because I didn't see the plot twist coming. Other than that, it's pretty typical romance novel fodder. The spice is your same ol same ol, I just skim it at this point. Nobody has an imagination anymore. It's not really an MC book per say. There are no club girls and very little takes place at the the clubhouse. He manages the strip club, you'd think a woman would have issues with that, but like most of the minutae of their life together it's glossed over. I skipped the epilogue. It's only 3 months later and I'm already bored as it is. I gave such a low rating bc this book didn't make me feel anything. They don't have much chemistry and the smut is so run of the mill I felt like I was reading about the goings on of my own bedroom.
I love the covers on the books in this series. Nice artwork. Also, the story flows well and the characters have depth and are interesting.
In addition, this book did a good job of showing how much women are just objects to men. The MFC’s dad is corrupt and controlling. Her brother grows up the same way. Even her best friend - the lying is amazing. Lying that goes on for years. Not all masculinity is toxic but this is a perfect example of one of the ways it is. It's almost as if these men don't think lying to women matters. The men tell themselves something - they're protecting her - and then they justify the lying to themselves.
And as women we are socialized to believe this also. It's a common trope in romance to have the father and/or brother screw up and then the daughter/sister ends up having to pay off their debts. The MFC is excusing the father from the beginning,
“We’d had our disagreements, and there were times I thought I would never speak to him again. But I didn’t want him to die. He was my father, and through it all, I loved him.”
She thinks this several times but it feels contrived to me, like she's trying to convince herself. Like we've been told our whole lives that we need to love and respect our parents even when their behavior deserves no forgiveness whatsoever.
I'm loving the Little Rock Chapter of the Satan's Fury MC. The characters are great, the stories are dark, action packed, and leave me wanting more right away. I hate to see the end of the book, but I also hate to put it down.
Seven was devastated when he found the love of his live was gone and that her parents had orchestrated it all. The lies, deceit, and secrets that surrounded the disappearance and subsequent separation of Seven and the only woman he loved will be revealed and things are about to blow up big time.
Tallie has no idea the betrayal that she's lived. Her family says they want what's best for her, but she knows that the best part of her life is the boy she fell in love with at a young age. He may have been her brother's best friend, but the chemistry between them was undeniable. Forced to leave her home and the boy she was making a future with Tallie is heartbroken and will face more before all is said and done.
The Satan's Fury MC is a dark, gritty world full of great characters and men that will do whatever it takes to protect those they love and keep them safe no matter the cost. I loved it and I can't wait to read more in this series and chapter.
What an absolutely fantastic addition to the series. FYI - this book can easily be read as a standalone but in this reader’s opinion the Little Rock Chapter is so good that I’d grab up the first ones as well. That being said, Holt (aka Seven) and Tallie’s story had me hook line and sinker from the very start. They were teenage lovers with big plans, well right up until they were torn apart. They both persevered on their own but it wasn’t easy. Seven became a sharp shooter in the military then found a home with Satan’s Fury as their Sergeant at Arms. Tallie went to art school in Paris. So what happens when they are reunited years later by a horrific set of events that has Seven and his club brothers protecting what was once his world? Has too much time and hurt past for them?
This is a heartfelt storyline full of lies, suspense, hurt and romance. The characters will worm their way into your heart and have you rooting for a happy ending. I can’t recommend this book/series enough. Grab it/them up asap, you won’t regret it.
I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie's Book Reports.
This is the story of Holt and Tallie. These two were high school sweethearts. He was also best friends with is brother. The day he finds out he is accepted into pilot school, he knows that he is one step closer to giving Tallie the life they have both dreamed of. However, when he goes to tell her he finds out that their world has been imploded because her father has sent her to Paris to an art school. They have not seen each other in eight years. But that is all about to chance. Tallie is back and beginning to realize her dreams of opening her own art studio. She knows why her father ripped her and Holt apart and while she is angry there is a lot to unwrap here for both of them. The moment they see each other again for the first time in eight years, it was nothing short of shock and awe. That's all I can tell you. You need to unwrap all that this book holds for yourself. I loved reading it. It surprised me. It shocked me. It made me mad. I loved it though and you will too.
This is the fourth book in this amazing series, and this is Holt / Seven and Tallie’s journey. These two were teenage lovers, until Tallie’s parents forced her to go to Paris to pursue her art dreams. Now 8-years later Tallie is back in town, but she is not alone, and Seven is the Sergeant-At-Arms for his MC, and when they cross paths they both want answers. This is a well written action packed, emotional roller coaster, with family, friendships, lies, secrets, betrayal, heartbreak, regrets, healing, manipulation, revelations, danger, suspense, intrigue, forgiveness, camaraderie, loyalty, humor, witty banter, undeniable chemistry, and love, which leads to an entertaining, tragic, twisted, unpredictable, and haunting addictive page turner, which tugs at the heartstrings throughout. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.
The fourth installment of the Little Rock chapter and while yes, you can read this as a standalone, I loved that I already knew the who's who and previous drama/issues. Seven/Holt lost the love of his life eight years ago. She didn't die, she was sent away by her controlling father and left Seven with no way to contact her. For Seven it was always Tallie, so when he learns that she is back in town and her father was just murdered, Seven makes sure that he is right there to protect her. Can he forgive and forget all the years they were separated? Will Tallie and Seven get the second chance they so deserve?
This was a good addition to the series. We are getting some really good drama, danger, mystery/suspense, and some chemistry that is off the charts. I give this 4 stars.
Holt (Seven) and Tallie’s story had me hooked from the very beginning. As teenage lovers, they had big dreams—until life pulled them apart. Seven built a new life as a military sharpshooter before finding a home with Satan’s Fury as their Sergeant at Arms, while Tallie pursued her passion for art in Paris.
Years later, a shocking turn of events brings them back together, with Seven and his club brothers stepping in to protect what was once his world. But with years of distance, heartbreak, and unanswered questions between them, is love enough for a second chance?
This story is packed with emotion, suspense, and romance. The characters are unforgettable, pulling you into their journey and making you root for them every step of the way.
Wes (aka Seven) and Tallie were highschool sweethearts and had big plans for their future. Those plans were dashed when Tallie disappeared to art school in Paris. She never told Wes anything but it turned out she had no idea. Her bags were packed and she was gone. Her father had arranged it all as he didn't think Wes was good enough for her. Fast forward eight years and Seven (aka Wes) learns she is back and she has a son. One look tells him he is his son. Things heat up when Tallie's father is murdered by his nefarious activities. The mafia has been dealing with him in real estate transactions which aren't on the up and up. There is a lot of plots and sub plots to this story and it begs to be read!
Pulled me in. Tallie and Holt were in love in high school but from different worlds. Her father made a decision that pulled them apart. With all the secrets between them, once face to face, they knew their feelings were still there. Hurdles had to be overcome before lives could be worked out. I loved Tallie's strength and determination to make a better life for her son and herself. She was a wonderful mother, caring, and very artistic. Holt/Seven was gruff and somewhat mistrusting, but once they talked out their secrets, the love resurfaced stronger. There were a fair amount of twists as the mystery/murder was solved. Well worth the read.
I received a copy through Enticing Journey Book Promotions, and this is my unsolicited review.
I chose this rating because this was a pretty good book. I enjoyed pretty much all of the characters. This was a book of protection, compassion, kindness, and understanding. I enjoyed Seven and Tallie story. The author did an amazing job putting these two characters together. Things happened in there lives to pull them apart by her dad. Somehow they managed to come back together, it was under unforeseen circumstances. It's amazing how things come full circle. Tallie was told something that wasn't true by her family even is best friend her brother. Things happened and they came back together. I believe it was meant to be. This book was really interesting and life changing. Great Read! I recommend this book to all romance readers and MC lovers.
I was sucked in from the very first page. Seven “Holt” and Tallie captured my heart. These two were destined to be together, they had their whole future planned out until Tallie’s parents decided to send her away to art school in Paris. Holt tried everything to find her and eventually he moved on and joined the Fury and became Seven. 8 years later Tallie is back and the two of them have to unravel all the secrets and lies that have kept them apart, there were lots of twists and turns to the story which kept me on the edge of my seat, turning page after page. Definitely a five star read for me!
Seven is a second chance romance about two people who were torn apart and were unable to move forward no matter what. When Seven finally has the information to locate the one woman that has never left his mind, it is to find that her world has been turned upside down. As Tallie and Seven (Holt) try to push past the hurt, lies and betrayal from the people they valued the most, secrets, tragedy and more lies will be brought to light. Their story was filled with chemistry, grit, suspense and just enough chaos to have you holding on tight. As story that shows us that love can stand the test of time.
There was so much going on in here that I needed a hot minute to gather my thoughts.
Seven has a hole in his past that he wasn't sure would even be filled then fate and a sprinkle of a series of unfortunate events lead Tallie back into his life.
With a surprise tag along.
The chemistry, emotions and just everything as a whole jumped off the page to you and made you want to keep going until you found out what happened next. By the time you found out what was happening next the story was over.
As always I felt empty and thirsty for more when I finished this amazing book. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone.
