Every architect student needs a Ching book. He just has a way of simplifying complex thoughts or drawings on paper. After several books in this category for undergrad and graduate students, Ching has found his niche. I think you will enjoy his insight on design drawings and how to go about accomplishing them and understanding them. This book is large, maybe too large for the topic, but it does have alot of worthwhile tips.
Highly helpful in beginning technical drawing; the visuals and exercises were very useful in my communication in design - traditional media class, and the explanations were easy to follow.
