The romcom, the dark, the Suspense, all of them!
I struggled a lot with reading and writing when I was younger. Being dyslexic made it extremely hard for me, but I loved writing stories even then.
I wrote Rise Above in secret too scared and embarrassed that it wasn't good enough, that people would laugh at it, at me.
My husband pushed me to take the leap. So I did. Not having an editor to start with and a friend making my cover it scary jumping into a world your unsure of what to do. Learning as I go.
Its the best decision I ever made. The response was amazing.
I am currently working on the rest of the series. And plan on writing until I run out of words.
I love it and one thing I've learnt is you only live once and you should to do what you love and what makes you happy.
I hope that people enjoy my stories as much as I enjoy writing them.

"A beautiful woman, a classy woman, and clearly a woman that is extremely successful going by the designer heels you are wearing. I would imagine someone like you would be seen more in a wine or cocktail bar. Rather than this place."

Ah no, this is my least favourite trope but I adore this series way too much to skip this book. I adore hap and I loved how much he blended with the others, plus at the beginning of the book I was in stitches from the disney references and I know it was supposed to be sad but I couldn't help but laugh. That being said I struggled to gel with Alina in this book, although she was the older partner in this book I found some of her actions really childish and as she was a lawyer I wish she had communicated better from the get go, it was just strange how she ended up acting like a teenager while Hap managed to act responsible(for the most part). That being said I adore this series and I am so sad it's coming to the end. I loved all the boys and their ol' ladies even when they were driving me up the wall with their behaviours. That being said these books were so addictive and I found myself not being able to put them down I have fallen in love with this writer's writing and I can't wait to read more from them in the future!

Well, Alina is a hotshot lawyer who, after a one night stand with a young and hung biker finds herself in a whole different world!!!
How was she to know that her husband’s infidelity and her lunchtime bar pick-up would lead her to not just her new life but also a new family of misfits. People who instantly had her back and welcomed her into their world.
Hap can’t believe his eyes or luck when the classy older lady sits next to him, she’s a distraction from his pain but quickly becomes an obsession he can’t live without!
The Black Hearts MC are in the middle of a war, their whole brotherhood is still under threat from Eugine and his extensive contacts. The suspense and drama in this one had me furiously turning pages but in amongst all that is the love and care these guys take of their ladies….they may be rough and over protective, a little twisted in their tastes but in the end they are all there for each other.
I really loved the dynamic between Alina and Hap, I enjoyed getting a bit of his back story and how devoted he was to making her happy….something she had never experienced before. Her ex husband was way less than, so for her to suddenly have a man willing to step up and take control it’s scary yet somewhat liberating for this strong and capable woman.
Love these guys and I’ll be sad to leave them…we have one last hoorah which I’m sure will be packed with drama, ‘ol lady shenanigans and plenty of steam!

Wow with this book you will certainly go on a ride with the storyline for Hap and Alina. The main characters have strong personalities and made me feel like I was on the edge of my seat. The story was full of action and you go through an array of emotions whilst reading this. I would highly recommend this book and the series to anyone. L. G Campell has gone and done it again and written another phenomenal book from start to finish.

This is Hap and Alina’s story and just like the others in this series, I absolutely loved it. Normally I’m unsure of a reverse age gap, but L G Campbell nailed it!! Hap definitely puts Alina in her place. I loved how badass she is outside the bedroom and how she lets Hap take control, sometimes lol. I loved the banter between these two, I loved how her insecurities broke her down and make her question everything, only for Hap to then reassure her in his man way. As per the other books, I loved how the girls all stick together and continue to do so no matter who needs them or what the revenge entails. One of my favourite parts was when Alina picked herself up and got ready to get the boys out of jail, without knowing anything about them or why they were in there. She’s an awesome lawyer and definitely one the club will need. This is definitely a series I could and will read over again.

The threat to the Black Hearts MC continues, but who will be the one (or ones?!) to get hurt, this time? But regardless, if you’ve followed along these books, you’ll know this biker club will stop at nothing to protect their family.

And what’s a Black Hearts MC book without some sexual tension between Ghost and Star, or without the classic, unhinged humour from Rage?!

1 million out of ten, no notes!
I stayed up until 12.50 am reading this and I have zero regrets! I cannot read a Black Hearts MC book in more than one sitting, they are just too damn good.
God my emotions took a hit while reading this, I went from teary to laughing to teary all over again 🫣
I am obsessed with the characters from this series and their interactions with each other. I need a night out with the ol’ ladies so bad 😂
I can’t wait for the next book, but I’m so sad it’s gonna be the end of the series 😭

What a wild ride. I absolutely loved Hap and Alina’s story ❤️❤️❤️ Both strong individuals and perfect for each other. I thoroughly enjoyed all the old ladies, they each have their own unique style, Star Is irreplaceable, the perfect woman for the President of an MC. All the Brothers are irresistible, I love Rage, he’s so special. A definite page turner and very entertaining. 100% recommend this book and series to everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ you will not be disappointed 😎🖤

Alina, a smart, feisty Lawyer still smarting from a betrayal is drowning her sorrows in a bar. The last thing she expected was to leave with Hap a hot, young, biker.
This fantastic page turner has everything: suspense, drama, tension, danger, betrayals, heart stopping moments and of course the outrageous antics and shenanigans of the ol’ ladies. I couldn’t put it down.

Hap is reeling after the death of one of his best friends and finds himself drinking alone in a bar until a well dressed woman walks in and turns his head. She is getting over a betrayal and so she decides to get under Hap. This story is full of twists and turns and a couple "oh shit" moments, it had me hooked from the first word as always.
I have fallen in love with each and every member of the Black Hearts MC and their Ol' Ladies and sad that it'll soon be coming to an end.

I absolutely love it when one of this authors books lands on my kindle and I may have let out a squeal of pure delight when this one did. Hap is fast paced with plenty of spice, the authors trademark dark humour and lots of action. Yet again, this story has exceeded my already high expectations. As always it’s an absolute pleasure to be back with the Black Hearts MC. Even though this is part of a series it can easily be read as a standalone.
Hap and Alina are perfect for each other, their chemistry sizzled off the pages. They are absolutely perfect for each other. I loved how strong they both were. Hap might be young but he’s determined to make Alina his. He definitely puts her in her place when she’s literally freaking out on him.
As always we get the usual shenanigans with the ol’ ladies, these girls seriously cannot behave when they get together and I love how they keep the boys on their toes.
Overall an amazing story that I absolutely devoured. I highly recommend you add to your tbr.

I can't believe this is the last book in the series 😭 I have loved each and every one of these characters and their books. Each one has had laughter, darkness, angst, steam, drama. They have all ticked every box. Hap is no exception. He might be a young 'un but boy does he know how to keep his woman happy 😉 Another emotional roller coaster that I really didn't want to end!

Hap and Alina’s story was a reverse age gap with two characters that nailed it. Alaina is a strong female character and it takes a strong man to be with a woman like that. I loved seeing the characters from other stories interact with these two. I loved how their relationship developed. It was an amazing book that I would recommend again and again. I couldn’t put it down finished in one night!

This book centers around Hap and Alina. They both have problems, but they work to overcome them. Hap enjoys taking charge and is willing to put Alina in her place. In this story, you can see how the girls still stick together regardless of who is in need. I love that you get to see past characters. LG Campbell, you did an impressive job.

Book nine on the Black Hearts MC series. Alina is a lawyer. She’s a little heartbroken and a little mad. Best way to get over a guy is to go under another one. She goes out to drink per problems away and she finds Hip. Hip just lost a friend. Lost in grief he goes out drinking. They spend a night together. Both life take a turn. The club life is not for everyone. But loyalty Comes in strong. We get drama. And men that fall hard for the girl them claim.

Hap is the 9th book in the Black Hearts MC series. Alina is a well respected lawyer and when her marriage falls apart picks up Hap, a member of an outlaw biker club, in a dive bar for a one night stand. When she discovers she's pregnant, she doesn't expect Hap to want to have anything to do with her or the baby, but he quickly decides he wants to build a life with both mother and child.
What I Liked
- Hap's determination to show Aliana that he is devoted to her and their child.
- Alina is smart, strong, and uses her legal skills to benefit the MC.
What Fell Flat
- Alina's attempt to honey trap Hap due to her insecurities.
Overall, 4/5 stars since I enjoyed it enough to want to read more of the series and I can see myself potentially reading this again in the future.
