Absolutely loved this book! It was fun and easy to follow. These snacks are perfect for not only a skiing adventure but for anything, really. You can make these snacks to take on a hike or take them to work for an easy snack between meals. I loved how easy these were to make, and I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

I got this as a gift and promptly went to making four of the recipes. The nuts are simple and easy to up your snacking game and the sandwiches are better than the standard PB&J. While the recipes here may not be ideal for the heat of summer, many are great for other times of year. also of note, the baked goods are perfect for thanking the friend who waxes your skis.

Everything about this is perfection. A softcover, ski season cookbook was not something I thought I needed in my life, but it is lovely.
Living in the Adirondacks, its not only going to be a seasonal decor piece for my book tack center piece, but there are so many yummy ideas in it.

Best mountain cookbook out there!!! Has completely changed the way I look at backcountry snacks. Happy to say I’ve traded in frozen cliff bars and smushed PB&Js for Onigiri and bacon wrapped dates. Also can confirm the bribery banana bread really does work when you need an emergency ski tune 😉
