I really like this condensed version - mostly because I can pop it open and get a refreshing dose of WHY. And it captures the key concepts in a way that polishes the foundation of what matters. It helps keep the concepts sparkly clear in your being and daily doing.
It’s not a substitute for the in depth study of Start With Why, but fabulous notes of what you read.

If you are a leader or want to become a leader, you'll do well to read this book. Not too bad for business owners, marketers and Christians, either.
