Tetyana was born and raised in Kyiv, Ukraine. In 2012, she moved to Utah, USA to attend Ensign college and pursue a degree in business. She is now a proud wife and a mother with a successful career in software sales.
Tetyana has had a strong passion for reading ever since she was a kid. But her world completely changed when she read the Harry Potter series at the age of 8 and discovered the world of fantasy. She hasn’t looked back since. Now, as a self-published fantasy-romance author, Tetyana looks forward to helping other authors on their journey. She named her publishing company after a tiny rural Ukrainian village in Kyivska Oblast’ where she spent her summers growing up. With no internet or cell service or even indoor plumbing, Tetyana spent her summer days helping her grandparents take care of their small farm while spending any free time outside reading. “Bakumovka stands for more than a small village to me. It stands for a place of peace and magic. A place where imagination runs wild and free. A place of comfort and love.” Tetyana says.
“You stabbed yourself, then your boyfriend stabbed himself. Then I stabbed him, since it seemed everyone was busy stabbing and I didn’t want to be left out,”
This quote isn’t that important BUT it made me laugh out loud. And Priya really did stab him. What a story! It was such an epic storyline I wasn’t sure it would end in book 3 or how. But it was pretty great. In fact very satisfying. There was so much death and destruction though. And even though it was very sad it also had great moments of love and friendship. It was evenly balanced. I loved Finn and Gideon’s journey. And I was so glad this story had different POV’s even though I wanted to get to Finn and Gideon the other point of views added so much more depth to the story. This did feel like a giant movie though. A lot happens, so much. And it just kept happening. It wasn’t as delicious as the first two but still very good. I loved the epilogues and bonus chapters so much! How they skipped into the future.
This was a fun end to this trilogy! 3.75 - 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ once again!
PLOT Can’t say too much just know this picks up directly after the cliffy of book 2. It has: - more POVs - battles & monsters - lower spice
PROS - Brought some characters back into the fold that were very fun! - Gideon continues to be pathetically obsessed & idc it’s fun. - Finn was great! - Really enjoyed getting the new POVs. - Loved the epilogues, rather satisfying. & that they also set up more stories for other characters in this world.
MIDS - Does feel like we relied a little bit on some secrets to get our characters outta danger.
CONS - With new POVs come new things & there were just some things we wanted to care more about that we didn’t because we’d never spent time in these people’s heads & gotten to really get to the guts behind it. -
This is just a fun romantash trilogy if you’re looking for a good vibe read!
The first book I thought was good, the second was decent, and this one is a published book.
At this point Finn is f****ng annoying with her running off that should have been played out mid book 2 ok.
There can’t be 1. The Destroyer Armies 2. The Mad Queen who apparently can’t die without the whole world dying too 3. Not one but TWO out of nowhere dragon armies led by a giant dragon mother THAT I THOUGHT THE TRUTH TELLER KILLED IN BOOK TWO!?!? (It’s giving How to Train Your Dragon vibes ok iykyk)and 4. Not one but I’m pretty sure TWO deaths by each main character. Pick a struggle.
Orest’s monologues about love are the one shining star in this series and I will go to my grave preaching that those are proof this author has the capability to write masterpieces. HOWEVER on the flip side of that relationship, any likability Zora had absolutely disintegrated when she finally admitted her feelings and then Maxwell Sheffielded them right back. I can genuinely say I loathed seeing her or Orest’s name at the beginning of a chapter because I was going to fall in love with his speech about her and then she would immediately kill it and annoy me more than my husband watching mechanic videos in bed on full volume.
All in all I DNFd 65% of the way through after Finn died and resurrected the second time. And I loathe DNFing after I’ve put in more than 2 books of effort. I DNFd the elf queen series a month ago and may go crack that b**** back open and give her a second chance after this.

Fell short of my expectation for a series I genuinely loved. 😕
I was reallllly looking forward to this book, but I didn't expect the path it decided to take.
We start off where the last book left off, and Finn wakes up in the Queen's possession, while Gideon starts to try to burn the world to get back to her.
The story finally fully explains Finn, Gideon and the Queen's past. We get an insight to who all of them are, and how they fit into this world/plot.
Something that took over in this book is the POV from Zora and Orest. They dominated about 50% of the book, and I kinda just got bored reading about them. It was two different story lines within one book, and it dragged the plot immensely for me. I really wasn't invested in this story, and sometimes would skim their parts.
The one thing I was excited about was we get to see Priya again! She is easily one of my favorite characters as well as Florian. Which is honestly the reason I didn't round down my stars.
⟣Tropes⟢ ✅ Touch her and 💀 ✅ Stabby/Badass Heroine ✅ Obsessive/JP MMC ✅ Fated Mates ✅ Secret Identity ✅ Multiple POV’s (first person) ✅ Found Family ✅ He falls first ✅ Gods ✅ MINE ✅ HEA
I loved this! The love between Gideon and Finn was beautiful. They never gave up on each other and the way their devotion is described made me tear up. Orest- my sweet baby Orest. He was a favorite of mine in this book. The heartbreak I felt when Zora was going through her guilt after the battle made me actually weep. The ending was perfectly wrapped up with a chance of a side story. I’d love to read Priya’s story next!
Great ending to this series. Loved all the character perspectives this time around. Really felt like I got to know some of these characters so much better. I enjoyed how the major plot points were wrapped up and it was unexpected as to how it went. Great read!
I thoroughly enjoyed this series, but absolutely loved this book. I laughed. I cried. I celebrated. The pain in this book was as visceral as the triumph was glorious. I adored the relationship of Finn and Gideon and was so happy for the admission of love of Zora and Orest. Great series.
This book was far more fast paced and action packed. I do think as a whole the series needs a good rewrite. However the story was great. If you like TOG you will like this.
This book is soooo similar to TOG/ACOTAR. Similar plot lines, main characters, etc. although it did have its own touch from time to time. Mind you, I love TOG with my every last breath, so I’m not complaining. I did enjoy it and loved the broody MMC who would DIE at least four times (literally) for his lady. Or burn the world down. Loved that it was free and I read all three books in a week. Cheers!

I wanted to give it 4 stars but my gawd, the editing errors! It really reads like a rough draft with all the typos and errors. It was distracting at times and pulled you out of the story. And it lacks a lot. While it moved forward and had some growth, it felt rushed and lacked the depth the first book had. It seemed hodge-podged at times.
***SPOILER*** The end of the mad queen was super rushed. She's the villian we spent two books talking about killing and it's over and done within a few chapters. But the war isn't over, because of course not. Now there is another Destroyer General with absolutely no claim to the thrown, who was retired, and came out of retirement, to fight Gideon for the thrown. The storyline felt awkward at this part, and even that fight was lack luster and over in a couple chapters. Everything was haphazardly thrown together and worked out in favor of the good guys, yay. ***END SPOILER***
Hoping now that the author had this hit trilogy, she'll go back, edit, revamp, and rerelease an updated version for future readers. All in all, I would not recommend this trilogy to my friends. I told my book bestie about it, but told her don't bother. Again, maybe if it's fixed up and a new version re-leased.
So the murder was scaled way back, but the bird and slave dude I was rooting for were all but nonexistent. And we got POVs from everybody…which was awful. The only reason this gets 3 ⭐️s instead of 2 is because of Oresh and Zara, who just needed their own book.
This book could benefit from some serious rework and editing. Why did we rush to the end the mad queen? She was the big bad and she was donezo before Zara’s lame ass dad. Why did there need to be 2 boss battles? Maybe think about how the story would be if there were several characters cut from the book that serve no real purpose?
I'm honestly kind of happy to be done with this series.
This last book was a lot. Jumping around so quickly between different plot points - it was hard to follow. It ended super abruptly too. My biggest complaint though was that any resolutions that happened just seemed way too "convenient." Of course there main characters have these secret all powerful abilities that we have never heard about that save the day. It was just a bit unrealistic over and over again.
This is the last book in a beautiful series and the author put her whole heart and soul into this. I found that it spoke to the little piece of my soul that say “you’re not enough,” and soothed it.
Finn finds herself faced with a reflection of who she could have been had she gone a different path. Her mind, heart, and soul is tested to find that hope and love is enduring and that she is worthy. She took her power back and yet knew she needed her made family above all else.
Our breath is taken away by Orest love for Zora. The yearning is so heartbreaking and moving that I found myself on the verge of tears for both of them. Zora finds herself having to face herself in her demons head on while Orest’s love is unwavering and healing for her in spite of her resistance.
I waited so long for this book & I'm not gonna say it was a let down, because it absolutely was not! However, I was definitely a bit disappointed with it! I honestly think A Simple Truth could have been a couple hundred pages shorter and those pages given to A Rising Hope, to extend out some of the more important details of the story that we didn't even get until this book. There was so much information thrown at us this book, haha!
I also was not a fan of the many, multiple POVs. Because it just got a bit confusing sometimes with all the jumping back & forth. And, while I love me some Zora, because let's be honest, she is badass! I did not need half of this, most important book in the series to be about her & Orest. Especially when their POVs didn't really give much to the story, except a quick backstory on how Orest came about joining the rebels and their vital POVs for the major battles. Most of their story could have all been done in A Simple Truth and then followed it up & closed it out in this book.
I really wanted MORE on the backstories for both Finn & Gideon. Especially Finn, hers felt like it should have been a bigger deal when finding out she's an actual goddess & has been one this whole time. Even Gideon admits later he thought it possible, but didn't bother with it further because Finn blew it off. Also, how did Gideon get his blood magic? Was that part of his godhood we didn't know about either? I just needed & wanted MORE of their stories!
With all that nit-picking aside, it was still a great story! It kept me on the edge, entertained & having hope that it will all work out in the end. I love the fact that Florian & Aurelia are together at the end, I don't know why, but it just feels right! will miss these characters I have grown to love!

I wanted to give this series 3 stars because it was not NEAR as dark as I hoped it would be and I was just overall a bit disappointed, but, the plot and characters were so great I had to give it 4 because it not being dark enough is a me problem.
The Freckled Fate Series (Tetyana Walker): FMC is a sl@ve f0rced to work in quarries and suddenly is pulled from them and s0ld to the "Destroyer General" (MMC) to "use" as he wishes. Sl@very, esc@pe, training, crazy queen, rebels, hunt¡ng of people with magic, mûrdêrs, g0re, some spice, a hilariously flirty MMC who becomes a great friend, a dog does get ki||ed (big sad, but it's fast, though there are hints it suffered abûs€ beforehand for years so it kind of was a blessing), a kind of crazy but wicked talented FMC who is an ass@assin and trains the main FMC, mentions to past child s€xu@l and phys¡cal abûs€s/tørtûre (from ages 5-13 in one case), mainly dual POV (a couple other POVs randomly put in for like 1 chapter here and there), promises made that the FMC will stop at nothing to fulfill, cute/suggestive/taunting banter between the MMC and FMC, kidn@pping, bl00d magic, gods, "found family", self sacr¡fic¡ng MCs, r€venge, merrcy, w@r, training. I struggled with the first book, time jumps, the story didn’t really super capture me immediately, and I wanted it to be "darker", but by book 2 I had to know what happened!
I read the other two forever ago. Was looking forward to this one. But so disappointed. I was incredibly bored from the start. I literally started skimming pages from chapter one.
Honestly I only vaguely recall what happened in the first two. It’s just been so long for this release. And I had zero interest in going back and reading the others again. That is a big problem when authors take so long between book releases. Forgotten storyline or complete loss of interest in the books.
Finn made really unsmart decisions which just added to the pile. What kind of foolishness is not sleeping when you need your energy? And demonstrating her powers to the shadows? Um, the queen controls the shadows, she really didn’t realize that the shadows would be her source of info? Why else would she have them following her around? Another MFC that’s TSTL. Plus her lack of brain power caused her to lose her hands. Literally. Brilliant.
I made it through 15 chapters, which are very short, before giving up. I do not waste my time on books that aren’t good or aren’t entertaining while holding out hope that maybe they will get better. I’d rather move on to a book that I find to be worth my time.
Perfect ending to the perfect series! WOW! What a read! PROS: great ending, amazing characters, explores different POV, and simply this book gave me all the feels!!! This story gave me all the feels: devastation, grief, anger, nervousness, laughter, hope, vindication, and justice! I genuinely felt what these fictional characters felt, it was an absolute thrill! The heartfelt adventure brought back past characters and introduced some new ones too. You get to see more depth of magical power too. CON: if you don’t like dark books do not read, this is by far the darkest book in the trilogy.
The novel dealt with very heavy topics and didn’t shy away from showing them and going into detail about how the character dealt with the issues. I loved how the author explored through her characters the many different ways one can cope (both healthy and unhealthy) with strife. She brings you to sympathize and empathize with even the villains in this story. Ending wraps everything up in a nice little bow, however, there is still room for future adventures if the author decides to do a spinoff series!
I absolutely loved this continuation of the Freckled Fate series. The character growth in this book was so satisfying — every one of them stepped into their power in a way that felt earned and emotional.
Finnleah, our FMC, was incredible in this installment. She’s powerful, resilient, and finally claiming the heritage that once felt like a burden. Watching her rise into her true strength was one of my favorite parts.
Gideon, the MMC, stayed fiercely loyal through it all — fighting beside Finnleah, supporting her leadership, and believing in the world they’re trying to rebuild. Their partnership felt steady, passionate, and beautifully aligned.
The secondary cast was amazing too, and each added so much heart. But Priya? I adored her. Sassy, bold, loyal to the core — she’s the kind of friend every heroine deserves. She brought humor, heat, and so much spark to every scene.
This book had action, emotion, empowerment, and spice — all woven together in a way that kept me hooked. A strong addition to the series and a deeply satisfying journey for characters I truly loved.
I was so excited to read this book, but it fell so flat. I gave book 2 five stars. This one however, felt like a series of rushed plot points to try to try the characters and story arch in a cute knot. Where did the blood curse/ magic come from? That was never explained?? All the sudden it was part of the story. Finn being a god is explained but so is Gideon? Where did that come from? Gideon has a brother but don’t worry about him. His existence is only important for 2 chapters, he gets no further backstory than that. Also the off screen wedding, why didnt we get that? Along with off screen creation of fucking dragons? Come on man. The story mad me so mad at the beginning, I feel like I finished it out of spite. Finn and Gideon spend half the story apart, which is just disappointing. I’m not necessarily mad at that but ugh. I leaned heavily into Zora and Orest, I do really love them. I feel like this book almost wastes them. An entire book based on just them would’ve been more deserving and interesting than the few chapters here and there that are crammed into this book. A five star book, followed by a two star book. :/

Okay let me just preface this by yes it took me a month to read, because honestly life has been kinda shit lately. But this book? This book was the HIGHLIGHT of my month!
Also, there is ALOT going on in this book (rightfully so) go read-read the first two if that’s gonna be an issue for you. It’s not the authors job to gage how much you remember. We don’t require that of SJM who hasn’t released a new book in 6 years, we definitely aren’t requiring that of an INDIE author.
ANYWAYS,
I was genuinely curious to see how Tetyana would cap this series off in just one more book. But our girl did it! This book PACKED its fucking punch. I cried, I laughed, I gasped at the fucking audacity. The bonus chapters at the end provided the perfect cozy let go I needed to release this series!
While I wasn’t sure where she was taking Finn’s character progression in book 2, book 3 definitely answered all my questions.
The chapters we got with Orest and Zora were TOP TEIR.
Yes, there were some grammatical errors, no they weren’t catastrophic!
