A shorter version of the story, Mother’s Gift, was previously published by the same author.
Well written with an interesting storyline. Kohen King storytelling at his best. The smooth flow of his writing makes for easy reading coupled with obvious spell and grammar checking. Proofreading was also very good with only one wrong word substituted for “thirst” in the scene where the MC was handed a bottle of water. Looking forward to book 2.
I thought that this is a very nice storyline, bringing strangers together with shared experiences and tramas and how they come together to push forward. I am definitely anxious to see how the story continues.
