Anticipation, Pins and Needles, Suspenseful, Hot and Sexy!!!

Alan and Ken are regular young men. While Alan isn’t quite sure what he wants out of life, Ken’s just being enthralled with girls and anything to do with them as he’s a bit of a randy individual. Both young men are indeed, tired of painting the same structures, the same color, day in and day out, with their boring jobs, when they pass a recruiting officer, handing out leaflets.

Directly after stuffing their leaflets into their pockets, Alan and Ken run into with a couple of girls, and of course, Ken absolutely, must talk to the beautiful, alluring, sexy one of the two, Barbara. Alan is stuck talking to the snotty, attitude of a girl, Penelope. Right after Ken makes dating plans for himself and poor unsuspecting, Alan, they stop back by the recruiter and sign-up for the army. After all, the leaflet promises all kinds of travel around the world to beautiful places.

Once in the army, they are coerced by a major to become part of an organization, formed against the, powers that be, but being lead to believe, they are helping the families of the dead and wounded soldiers. What will ensue from there; will leave you transfixed into this spine-chilling, turn of events, with every turn of a page!

Expect the Unexpected! How is it that this author still catches me off guard, no matter how many books I read of his? The only thing I can expect is that I will not be able to know what is going on, until the author says so. Try as I might, I will not be allowed to predict what’s next. Women be warned…..There is no fooling this author with our womanly ways either. He has us all pegged in knowing all about our antics of when we want something, or when we drop hints, and he masterfully reveals how so, in telling this story! My favorite character is Alan as he made me laugh unexpectedly, throughout this story’s entirety! To me, the best humor is when a person sneaks in witty comments that catch you off guard. I was caught looking quite silly, laughing-out-loud while reading, many times. I had an interminable smile infused on my face, because that’s the humor that makes you think about it, at all different times and stays with you. I was sucked in and compelled by this story, even when I wasn’t reading; I just felt drawn back constantly to see what would happen next. This again, is more of the skill that has become know to me, by the brilliance of this author’s ability to ensnare you in his web, while leaving you wondering and wanting more until you are entirely finished.
