When I was a very young boy I don't know how many hours I have spent lifting the flaps in this book and figuring out what was behind them. There are so many flaps it never seemed to get old.

This was certainly one of my favourite books during my childhood and it highly recommended as not only it is educational for young children, it is very colourful and fun as well.

This book might be the reason why I am such a bibliophile today so it will always have a special place in my heart!

I am SO sad to see this leaving our home. We must have read this 100 times over the years. From the pudgy finger pawing at the flap, pudgy cheeks barely pronouncing word stage, to the adorable counting and spelling stage, to even the "I'm too old for this mommy but I still want to read it with you" stage.... 💙💙💙 It will be missed but we're making room for more of the graphic novels, the how the world works stage, the infatuation with natural disasters and the titanic stage, the Science Books On My Shelf Stage... It's bittersweet to see your kids grow up...

My 2.5 year old son currently loves this book. I bought it for 50 cents at Savers. It has about 50 lift the flaps and my son loves looking behind each one. It is a great book for learning new vocabulary.

My son enjoyed that lift and look books, unfortunately they do not last as long.

Thomas the Tank was one of his favorites; I liked the pictures.

This book keeps my son entertained for hours. It's designed in a very educational way, and it's flaps can withstand a 2 year old.
