I think I misunderstood what this book was about, but I had hoped it would still be relevant to me. And it is, but I don't feel it was written in a way that provides any actionable insight.

I think it could have been longer, and it could have had a lot more examples on how to integrate the principles. It is vague in many parts where I would have appreciated more specifics as to exactly how neurodivergent minds differ.

Unfortunately I don't feel I got much from it, and I don't feel it was even remotely worth what I paid for it. I think Kitzerow could use a ghost writer to help communicate the seemingly very useful information she aims to share in her books. I will take a crack at one more of her books, though, and hopefully get more of what I was hoping to get out of this one.
