Release Me is the first book I've read in the 'Wolf' world, and after reading it, I'm so curious to go back and read the rest of this series!
The first part of the book is 'before Abbi'. Now, I had no clue who Abbi was at the start, but we got to know Ronan and Connor better, as well as Connor's sister, Ryan. The three were roommates as well as Wolf employees.
We fast forward two years and Ronan and Connor are back from their Alaskan venture and are being transferred from Miami to Mermaid Beach. This is where meet Sloane. My main complaint is that I wanted more time with Ronan and Slone, but I suppose I'll have to be patient and wait until the next one comes out. This one ended on a shocking note.
I love KA Tucker's writing and this book was addictive. I couldn't wait to see what would happen next and I can't wait to read more.
We have a cover people!! This isn't a drill! Lol, no I am not the FMC, I am just as excited as "Sloane" will be (yes we also have a name!!! and it's not Ryan thankfully!!!)
-- Dying for Ronan's book Valentine PR I need this ARC. Please and thank you.
I was beyond excited for us to get Ronan's story. Adding his novella to the beginning and having it separated as "Before Abbi" and "After Abbi" was a little heartbreaking for those who loved Ronan in the first part of the Wolf Hotel series.
I think under all his fuckboy ways, Ronan just wants someone to call his own. And boy has he finally met his match. Sloane is sassy and doesn't seem like she will be letting him get away with any bullshit.
Of course we have our bestie Connor for all the banter and comedic relief when the angst is getting too angsty. I love where this story is heading and that cliffhanger? All I can say is YIKES.
Thank you to Valentine PR and K.A. Tucker for sending me an ARC to review.
Book Review Release Me by KA Tucker Wolf Hotel Mermaid Beach series
What its Got ✅Playboys ✅Siblings ✅Connections to Wolf hotel series ✅Sex , door is WIDE open ✅ workplace romance ✅ forced proximity ✅ new beginnings ✅ forbidden romance (best buds sister) ✅ multiple Timelines
Characters Ronan- still healing from his last breakup, willing to party and have sex to forget Sloane- business minded, organized, sassy Connor - fuckboy, loves partying and drinking
Thoughts 📕 I wasnt a fan of the multiple timelines.. found it made reading disjointed 📕 This felt like a filler book or a bridge between the 2 series- was it really needed - maybe not- but I can see how readers that loved Ronan from the OG series would want more about him 📕 I have high hopes for the next installment
Overall This one was a miss for me.
Thanks to @valentinepr and the author for my digital ARC in return for an honest review Opinions expressed are my own Publishes June 10
Just now saw the blurb is out for this one now! Anxiously awaiting the release date!! My hopes are high 🤞🏼

pre read
Why did I not even expect another book?! I cannot WAIT to see what this one will be about. Maybe we’ll get another perspective from a different couple!! I need more Ronan tbh hehe. Can’t wait!!
🌟 Meet you next book husband: RONAN 🌟 Perfect for the Summer reads vibes.🌊
📦 I Want to Live Here I want to live inside this book. Ronan’s vulnerability, how human he is, and how he’s figuring out the whole adulting thing are very relatable. He was healing part of my soul during this book, and I don’t want it to end. 🫠
📚 Before You Dive In Heads-up: This is a Ronan book. You’re getting his story before he meets Sloane and then with her. That’s important because it helps you appreciate the complicated, messy, and tender layers of who he is. If you haven’t read the Wolf Hotel series yet, stop everything and go do that. Trust me, you’ll want to meet Ronan in all his bad-boy glory and best-friend charm before he embarks on his reform road here.
📝 Part 1: The Pre-Game / Before Abbi Part 1 happens before the main story. And no, I’m not exactly a fan of Ryan (NOT our FMC, in case you’re wondering). But that section? Essential. It shows Ronan’s background, how his friendship with Connor was born, the heartbreak, how he ended up in Alaska, AND, most importantly, helps you understand Ronan’s intimacy habits and quirks, which will become very relevant when Ronan is undone and impulsive. The true depth of his feelings is in those details. 🚨 Did I mention he’s smoking hot? 🚨
💥 Part 2: The vice of my heart Part 2 had me emotional and teared up, especially the beginning, feeling Ronan’s heartbreak (yep, this ties back to Wolf Hotel — consider yourself warned). The romance is so organic and spicy. These 2 can’t keep their hands off each other, but that never overshadows the main plot, nor is it 2 people who don’t have self-control. It’s that battle with control and vulnerability, duty and desire, and holding on to things while looking towards the future. And the filthy mouth on that man??🫦🫦🥵
💪 Sloane: The Girl Who’s Got This Sloane is my kind of girl: determined, steady in her beliefs, vulnerable enough to be real, but also with a steel backbone. I cannot WAIT to see her bulldoze her way through Book 2.
🤣 Henry-Ronan Banter It’s everything I didn’t know I needed (or I did, but I couldn’t just beg Kathleen to write it?). Like comedic gold sprinkled with emotional punch. And the Henry and Abbi cameos? A GIFT.
⚡️ Cliffhanger Warning This book ends on a massive cliffhanger with four (yes, FOUR) possible disasters looming. I’m practically begging for one of them to come true so I can meet that version of Ronan. (Henry, you’ve got competition for the #1 contemporary boyfriend spot, Ronan is coming for it.)
I have received an ARC in exchange for an honest opinion. This did not impact my review.
-- Pre-read: BRB, falling in love with Ronan (again) in his own series.
Thank you VPR for the ARC. I would've literally died otherwise lol
Guys like him, though? They take what they want while shattering hearts.
If anyone ever told you that begging doesn’t work, they are liars because readers begged KA for Ronan’s story and look where we are now. I for one am so thankful because I love Ronan and loved his novella. Which the first part of this book is actually the novella that was available before and I gobbled it up. There are a few changes, but not many. I loved Ryan and loved the dynamic between her and Ronan. I think it’s the perfect way to get to know who Ronan is at heart even if it’s not his HEA. It’s like his very long spicy prologue.
Now the second part of this book is new material. Ronan is moving up in the Wolf Hotel world and he ends up at a new hotel and taking on a new role. Many of the characters we love from the Wolf Hotel series show up and we get a cast of new people from Mermaid Beach as well. It’s just fun to see a Ronan who is growing up and trying to change up his life. Sloane is a local fighting to keep her family’s beach businesses afloat when they are now in competition with the soon to open Wolf Hotel.
These two start of kind of sweetly, but once they realize there’s a conflict of interest they try to avoid each other. Have you ever heard the saying once you squeeze the toothpaste out of the tube you can’t get it back in, well their attraction is like that. The toothpaste is out and the tube washed away in the ocean. These two just find it impossible to resist each other if they are in the same space. So the attraction just grows and grows and explodes, in more ways than one. I loved these two together and while this book was hot, it was definitely a little tamer than the original series.
This was the first part of Sloane and Ronan’s story, and I absolutely can not wait for more. Like I’m itching for it honestly. Between their story (hello that ending!) and finding out how things will go down with Sloane’s family land/businesses, I am sat for whatever comes next!
* Wait, have I already read this book? (Turns out it is the Ronan novella I read years ago added as the "Before Abbi") * Was Connor always this gross? * I forgot how dirty Ronans mouth is * Wait, I still don't understand why everyone is obsessed with Abbi * Ronan is hot AF * We love a blue-collar boy turned corporate * I like this fmc * Ronan is hot AF * Yeah, Connor is gross * Belinda is in her 40s?! * I forgot how spicy these books were * Wait - I did zero research, and I'm 85% in, and it's not going to finish...shit. This is at least a two-book series 🤦🏽♀️ * Ronan is hot AF * Oh no, don't tell me she... * Dang, she went there.
I loved Ronan in the WH series, but I am so obsessed with him now. Did I mention how hot Ronan is?!! 🔥 🥵
I’m so grateful I got to dive back into the Wolf Hotel world by K.A. Tucker. Before starting this new series, I suggest reading the original one first—it’ll give you better context and make the experience even more enjoyable.
This book really played with my emotions. I loved seeing Ronan with Ryan at the start, but then he took off to Alaska, and now he’s back—with Sloane. I thought the big twist would involve Ryan, but it seems her story is in the past. I was rooting for Ryan, but I also really love Sloane, and that cliffhanger left me wanting more!
I enjoyed Ronan’s character development. He started out with that classic playboy demeanor, but after returning from Alaska, he’s clearly trying to make some life changes.
I will say—Connor is not my favorite character. I found him overbearing and a bit too much at times.
Overall, I really loved the story and the spice. Now I just need the next book to see what happens!

This was so fun! I love Ronan so much. I definitely feel that part two could’ve been longer but regardless I’m excited for the next book. I’ll be interested to see how she makes it a full book!
"Release Me" by K.A. Tucker was.....fine, I guess??? I didn't love it, and I didn't hate it. I did not read the original Wolf Hotel series, so maybe that would have enhanced my experience reading this one. As it stands on its own, it's only fine to me. I have no doubt that fans of the series will be goo-goo-ga-ga over Ronan which, frankly, get better book boyfriends, lol. I feel like this story lacked a spark to get me interested. I did not like how the book was separated into two distinct parts. From my understanding, the first half is a previously published novella, reworked to become the first part of this book. This part showcases playboy Ronan scr3wing anything and everything with a pulse. Why is this desirable? Then it abruptly ends and he and Connor go to work at an exclusive Wolf Hotel in Alaska. The second half of the book felt forced and stilted. I did not really buy into Ronan and Sloan's chemistry with one another. I didn't feel any semblance of a spark between them at all. They are only around each other due to their forced proximity related to his boss wanting to take over her business and land space to expand his hotel empire a little bit more. Not only did I not believe it, but it felt rushed, too. I don't think we got enough time to stay with Sloan as an individual character to really get a sense of who she is. Ronan is apparently "reformed" at this point in an effort to endear him to the audience who thought he was a jerk in the first half. Again, maybe it's because I didn't read the initial series, but I felt more of a connection between Ronan and Abbi, who is barely even in this book. I really just wanted to slap Ronan and Connor silly. Maybe I am just an old person now, but the characters in this book felt so juvenile. I am not a parent, but I wanted to parent the $h1t out of them! I don't know, maybe I will go back and read the Wolf Hotel series and then come back and give "Release Me" another shot. I will still read the sequel to this book because I am a completionist, but I walked away feeling unimpressed.
Thank you to Valentine PR and K.A. Tucker for the complimentary ARC of this book. All opinions are my own. I was not compensated for this review.
This is a spin-off(ish) book of the Wolf Hotel series. Please read that first - you would miss way too much amazingness if you left that out! You don't have to, but please do!
The first part of this book has previously been published as RONAN - but Kathleen worked on it a bit and put it in here as the first part of this book. It takes place before Ronan ever starts working in Alaska.
Ok. The first part is about Ronan. Who just got left and moved to Florida to work for another Wolf Hotel. He moves in with his soon-to-be best buddie Connor. And Connor's sister Ryan. And of course those two start something. But then Ronan goes to Alaska for the season and we all know what happened there... Part two of this book is where Ronan's real story begins. With Sloane. Ronan is the new facilities et cetera mananger for the brand new, soon-to-be-opened Florida Mermaid Beach Wolf Hotel and Sloane owns the property next door with coffee shop and fun cruise rentals - and she hates all things Wolf Hotel. Promising start to our happily ever after love story.
What will happen with Ronan and Sloane?

Adorable and funny and sexy...
I really enjoyed reading this. You just can't help but love Ronan and Connor. They still have some growing up to do and it's about time for that. Well, Connor is not ready for growing up yet...but Ronan is.
Sloane and Ronan have this insta attraction but they can't start anything with the enemy! Right? Adorable and sad and ... hopeless? We'll see.
This was such a funny and sunny and sparky and hotel-y and very sexy first part of Ronan's story. I loved reading it - can't wait for book #2 - we were left with a bit of a cliffy. I also loved that we got to see all the people again! Connor - obviously - and Ryan and Abbi and Mr. Wolf and Belinda!
RELEASE ME was a very funny and sunny and adorable and very sexy first book in this new Wolf Hotel Spin-off duet! Run to your nearest book dealer for your own Ronan - this one is mine!

Ronan was a pig of the largest order. Literally every woman he meets is judged by their looks in such a crass way - it was gross. Even his ex-girlfriend, who were told he looooooovws so much - he never says anything about her other than what her body was like and how she was in bed.
So he managed to have a fling with his roommates sister where he stopped fucking other women for the two weeks they were together. What a prince.
Then to find out that this book is basically two different books? No thanks, I’ve had enough.
i’ve loved ronan since the first wolf hotel book, and while i’m glad he’s finally getting his hea, i felt this was just kind of meh.
i don’t really understand the stylistic choices for this book. firstly, making his prequel novella the first part of this was… weird? i already read it forever ago, so i just skipped. but part two was just not long enough. nothing really happened, and the vibes between ronan and sloane are kinda weird.
idk, i’ve been wanting my sweet baby ronan to finally get the girl, but this first part of the duet just doesn’t make me feel great about their love story. i also don’t love the way henry and connor are being painted either. they’re just kinda annoying caricatures of the characters i love, and it’s bumming me out.
3.5⭐️ A spin off to KA Tucker’s Wolf Hotel series. This felt like two different books in one when I really wanted more of the second story with Ronan and Sloane. Still a good build up to book 2 where I feel like there will be more hotel drama and moments between the two MCs!
I LOVE the Wolf Hotel Series and love Ronan. I was really looking forward to him getting his own book after so long. Especially after we got our novella. However I am overall disappointed with it. And with the specific cliffhanger it ended on, I am dreading seeing the next part tbh.
The first part “Before Abbi” was the novella that was already released, granted there were come differences but I feel that since we already had it we coulda skipped over it. It used up valuable page space that could have been used for the after.
The second part “After Abbi” I did enjoy it, but overall it all seemed rushed. I liked that we got to see original characters from the original series. I was hoping there would be more interaction with Henry and Abbi and Ronan considering how close they all had gotten. I was hoping we could see more of Ronan growing into his new role. Ronan wanted to change and grow and was dropping his bad habits, then boom he’s regressing. I don’t know kinda disappointed in that.
I’m not sure I felt the chemistry between Sloane and Ronan either. It again felt rushed. And PLEASE GOD NO surprise pregnancy trope and this fast into the book. (Surprise pregnancy trope really is my absolute most hated trope besides cheating.) With the cliffhanger ending I already know that’s what’s coming in book 2. But I just can’t. Own Me was already ruined with a surprise unknown teenager for Henry. Plus Ronan was always careful and using protection for ALL the other sexcapades we have witnessed through the series, why would he just toss that out the window?
Also why is Ronan feeding into Tasha, he was over her, let her go. I really feel like the Ronan we are getting now isn’t the Ronan we have known.
KA can go whatever direction she likes since it is her book, her ideas, and her world…. But I was so sad with how little I loved this book. I had been so excited for it for so long.
KATHLEEN TUCKER ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! The way I have never needed a book 2 so badly!
I was so happy to be back in the world of Wolf - one of my all time favorites series and the growth arc for Ronan has been one of the best parts so I was so excited to get my hands on this and oh, did it deliver!
Thank you to Valentine PR for an advanced copy. All opinions are my own.
Release Me follows the infamous Ronan from The Wolf Hotel series as he’s tapped to help manage a new Wolf Hotel expansion.
Release Me is 40% old material that has been edited and 60% completely new material. The beginning 40% of Release Me is Ronan, the novella, but edited and updated so that it transitions into the present with Ronan as the Director of Facilities at The Wolf Hotel: Mermaid Beach.
Once the newly updated material transitions to completely new material, readers watch as Ronan learns the ropes of his new job while establishing dominance. His biggest challenge? The woman who owns a business on the beach and refuses the backdown or be steamrolled by Wolf and his hotel.
The chemistry between Ronan and Sloane is fire hot. It’s a lust at first sight with a forbidden romance vibe.
A lot of Release Me focused on the battle between Sloane (and her business) and the new Wolf Hotel. It was fun, cutthroat, and flirty. The perfect setting for lust at first sight with a forbidden romance vibe.
The reason I rated Release Me four stars instead of five is because of the ending. It ends with a trope I absolutely can’t stand. See trope: . I am still excited for the sequel releasing later this year.
Overall, Release Me made what was old into something new and exciting as readers get to finally experience Ronan in a full length novel!
Ooo well, this defenetly tingled the taste buds for sure!! The first instalment in the most anticipated Wolf Hotel Mermaid Beach Series.. derived from the Wolf Hotel Series ♡
Ronan, he's a fukboy, chasing highs & shattering hearts from one bed post to the next.. lucky in lust maybe but never in love ♡
Enter Slone.. she is one determined local sassy individual trying to keep her family's business afloat..
The tension.. the conflict of interest & the attraction is on point!! Takes irreversible to a whole new level, love R&S together. Scratching the itch for more....♥︎
Ermm, hello ending, totally left hanging on a cliffy here 🤷♀️
Omgggg 😱 I just finished this one a few hours ago and my jaw is still on the floor 😱 THAT ENDING !!!
I read the wolf hotel series last year and it was one of my favorite reads of the year so when I saw that Ronan was getting his own series I literally SCREAMED 🤭 more Ronan?! YES PLEASE! I was so excited to dive into this one & I was not disappointed!! Ronan was exactly like I remembered him 🤭a bad boy with the biggest heart 🥹 I loved the energy between him & Sloane ! We haven’t seen much of them yet but I’m already so invested in their love story ☺️
I truly can’t wait to see/know what happens next 👀
I am so happy that we got little glimpses of Abbi & Henry as well 🥹 I missed them so much! It felt like I was meeting old friends.
August 26th can’t come soon enough 😍
If you like : Bad boy x good girl Business rivals Forbidden romance Instant attraction
OMGGGG this book made me want to reread the entire Wolf Hotel series all over again!!!!!!! I missed my Wolf Hotel friends so much 🥹
✨IMPORTANT ✨ this book is best read after finishing the Wolf Hotel series....and trust me... that series is dangerously addicting. I forgot how hard I DEVOURED those books
Henry Wolf is one of those characters who’s so intoxicating it’s like you’ll get a cavity from how sweet and toxic he is. He’ll ruin you... and you’ll thank him for it and beg for more hehehe 😈
now back to this book... It follows Ronan, a pretty major side character from the Wolf Hotel world. We finally get his story and see what happens to him after crossing paths with the main cast
I absolutely LOVED Ronan and Connor. Just two bros living their chaotic frat life dreams.... they're partying, drinking, and hooking up with all the girls. But what surprised me was how deep this story goes. Ronan is honestly exhausted by all the meaningless sex and is quietly craving something more... if only it doesn’t destroy him like last time
We get to watch him experience two very different kinds of love, and it’s so satisfying to watch his emotional walls break down. He has to show up and fight for the kind of man he wants to be.
One of the things I admire most about K.A. Tucker’s writing is how her characters feel so real. I fall in love with them not just because they’re hot (TRUST ME THEY"RE HOTTTTT) but because they’re messy and flawed and still worthy of love. I’ll always root for a flawed character getting their HEA. 💛
Do I recommend it? ABSOLUTELY. But IN MY OPINION only after you’ve read the Wolf Hotel series. ***just make sure you have a full week open because you’re going to get completely consumed
I love these characters, especially Ronan, and so really enjoyed getting back into their world. I did guess the end twist/cliffhanger quite early on so for that I had to mark off half a star. But the storyline is great, the characters make me smile and laugh and the romance is well done. I am excited to read book 2 and see what happens!
If you loved The Wolf Hotel series as much as I did, this will not disappoint! I am so glad Ronan finally has his own (well deserved) story and I ate it up 🥵
It was so great being back at Wolf Hotel and getting glimpses of Henry & Abbi. The book is broken up into 2 parts, before Alaska and after. To me this added so much to Ronans story and gave a lot of depth to his character. Beware he is a playboy in action in part 1 🤭
As a Pensacola Beach resident, I loved that this took place off the Emerald Coast 😍 Where can I book my summer trip to Mermaid Beach? 🏝️
Anxiously awaiting book 2 after that cliffy 🥲
Thank you to KA & Valentine for this ARC in exchange for my honest review!
Release Me is the first book in the steamy Wolf Hotel Mermaid Beach series. It is a spin-off of the Wolf Hotel series. This is Ronan's story.
This book is divided into two parts. The first part is the novella that was previously published in 2016 called Ronan. The second part takes place at Mermaid Beach and features a Wolf Hotel opening there.
I decided to start this new series without having read the previous Wolf Hotel series. For the most part this book can be read as a standalone. Part One alternates POVs between Ronan and Ryan (Connor's sister). She is his romantic interest. Then Part Two alternates POVs between Ronan and Sloane (his next love interest). Both of these romances were mostly fully developed in Release Me. The only part that I felt was lacking in this book was Ronan's previous relationship with Abbi. I wish that we had gotten flashbacks or something because I didn't really understand what happened between them in the previous series.
This book is super sexy. Ronan and his best friend Connor are both very flirty guys. Connor is definitely way over the top. He is funny and seems like a great friend. But he has different women in his bed every night. Ronan is also a smooth talker with women. I was happy that he toned down his sexual escapades when he arrived in Mermaid Beach.
I enjoyed the job that he was given at the new hotel. I thought that it was fun to see how he navigated the job considering how unqualified he was for the position. I thought that Sloane was a great match for him. And I liked their dynamic.
The romance was good, although I definitely want more. The story ends with a really good cliffhanger ending, so I guess the Ronan/Sloane relationship is just starting. Overall I did enjoy this book. Although this is not the type of book that I typically read. But I definitely want to see what happens next.
Complimentary copy provided in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.
I’m the biggest fan of The Wolf Hotel series and loved Ronan’s novella when it was originally released. I thought the chemistry between Ronan and Ryan was amazing! On a reread in part one of Release Me, I was reminded again how off the charts those two are together.
With this in mind, I really struggled to connect with or even like Sloane in Part Two (Post Alaska). I feel like it was a mistake to introduce another love interest just as we’d grown attached to the first, especially when their chemistry was weak in comparison. I really enjoyed seeing Ronan come into his own as a Wolf Hotel Manager, but his “relationship” with Sloane really let this book down. It hurts me to say it. Also wasn’t a fan of the cliffhanger ending. My hope is that the next book can change my mind, but as it stands I’m not onboard with Ronan and Sloane as a couple…sorry!
Goodreads had Ronan’s novella out but I couldn’t find it anywhere so I was really happy it was here…and extended to a full book. And I was happy that we get both POVs!
That being said, there is a real disconnect. The first part is Ronan beforeAbbi and the second part is after her. And if you don’t know who Abbi is then you need to read The Wolf Hotel series.
As far as the story goes, the before was sweet and I like a sweet Ronan. The after is a lot of drama. Ronan is in a place where everything is new and he’s trying to learn the ropes but he can’t run from his past. I’m curious to see where Save Me, out August 26, 2025, is going to go.
And can I just mention Henry? OMG…he just loves to twist the knife sooo much! Poor Ronan!
"Something tells me we're in for another adventure."
"We're in for something , all right."
RONAN's story is finally here!!!! When I tell you I have been wanting his story since the very first moment he was introduced in the Wolf Hotel Series-I tell you no lies. He oozes sex appeal and has this confident charisma that draws you in!!
"How is he so good at everything he does?"
Release Me is two parts. Before Abbi, and after Abbi. Do you need to read the Wolf Hotel series first? Well no, you could probably get by. But I would highly recommend reading it first so you know who Abbi is too, among falling in love with all that is Ronan.
Ronan works for Wolf Hotel in the landscaping crew. He's transferred from several sites- his hometown to Miami (where before Abbi is set in this one), to Alaska (where Wolf Hotel Series is set) and then finally Mermaid Beach in Florida. Where's he's taken on new position that comes with a learning curve, expectations and rules to follow. Including leaving the neighbor alone, who wants nothing to do with Wolf Hotel or their offers to buy her land to expand. But Ronan is anything but a rule follower.
I LOVED it. While before, and after, felt very separate.. I do think it paints a picture of who Ronan is- who he's always been. He gives off a very sexual playboy vibe, open to any opportunities. But he falls hard and that love lingers for him. Which at times could bug me. So I truly am looking forward to him finding a love he can call his own. But I have a feeling there is much to come before this happens.
I really enjoyed Sloane, and have a theory on her that I am looking forward to seeing if it comes true. They have this instant lust connection that I hope develops with depth going forward. The kitchen scene though? The boat scene? DANG. 🔥🔥 I am telling you- Ronan BRINGS. IT. How this author has nailed making Ronan so sexy- I'll never know, but highly appreciate it! Hat's off to you!
"I can't wait until tonight. We're either fucking in the shower, or right here in the kitchen. You have until I'm finished this coffee to decide where you want me to take you."
There's sizzling chemistry and spicy scenes. There's banter and humor in not only the interaction between the main mc's, but the in the friendships too. After that cliffhanger, which I AM HERE FOR by the way, it leaves me highly anticipating the next book!!
"You're going to be okay." His Adam's apple bobs with a hard swallow.
"I need mouth-to-mouth, just to be sure."
Now I can't contain my smile. "Barely alive and flirting already."
Sun, scandal, and sexual tension at a luxury hotel? Sign me up. 🌴🔥 Ronan arrives in Mermaid Beach claiming he’s done with flings… and immediately meets a woman who could ruin his career and his resolve. Classic. 😏 It was fun, steamy, and very bingeable. I expected a little more chaos, but I loved getting to know more about these characters and their messy dynamics. Good spin-off 💋🏨
I SO UNBELIEVEABLY GRATEFUL to get the chance to get an Advanced copy of this spin off from Wolf Hotel Series, because that series was one of my top reads in 2024!
As someone that did not read Ronan's novella books, the before Alaska (Part 1) of the book was really new to me! I got to meet Ronan in a different way besides the side you see in the Wolf Hotel books. Yes he was a playboy before he left for Alaska.... LOL but you got to see a whole other part.
Part 2 is where the REAL STORY begins... with Sloane! "The Crazy Chicken Neighbor Lady" In this book I actually found Conner to be VERY and I mean VERY ANNOYING and immature. Henry Wolf is a MUCH BIGGER asshole.... The character development of Ronan was really good! You could tell he was really trying to change how he was in Alaska. I cant wait to see where this story continues between Sloane and Ronan.... BECAUSE THAT ENDING!!!
