I have to say that this book was not what I expected. It did have a lot of the productivity hacks I have seen in other places, which are great, but the first half of the book doesn't even get into those just yet. I love how the book starts off with getting your physical and mental health right in order to boost productivity, and then making sure your environment is ideal. After that, then you can start implementing the various productivity boosters. I also really liked that the author included various challenges and habit builders throughout the book. This is definitely recommended reading for anyone looking to be more productive.

There are many great hacks that I enjoy in this book especially with self care. I can't help others unless I help myself first. I wish I had listened to this author with an annual checkup with a Doctor. The doctor could discover my high blood pressure and I wouldn't suffered a stroke.
