Obsessed Players Club #3

Triple Power Play 3

Rate this book
I played by the rules my whole life. I climbed the ranks and became an undercover agent, tasked with taking down Kyle O’Reilly, the country’s most corrupt police commissioner, and superstar Jackson O’Reilly’s father.

Then, with a single touch, I fall madly in love with Aurora Embers, Jackson’s fiancée, and throw it all away.

When I’m assigned to investigate Kyle’s death, I do whatever it takes to get back to her. Stalking. Manipulating. Obstruction of justice.

When my partner and best friend accuses Aurora of playing me, I don’t care. Even if she were deceiving me, I’d lay her fiancé’s freedom at her feet.

My playbook now has one rule: Protect the family.

Coach and Captain. Viking and Princess.

She’s all I see. I’ll always be her bodyguard, her soldier, and for her, I make the ultimate sacrifice.

Triple Power Play 3 is the third book in a fast-paced, dark, why choose hockey romance series featuring three complicated men who will do anything to protect the ones they love.

Please check TWs. The characters are imperfect. The story contains themes related to mental illness and addiction.

Third book in a row that I just want to give Jax a hug.

Triple Power Play 3 by Jessica Lyn

There is so much I want to say about this one, but also, there is so much I can’t say because it would truly give so much away.

Let’s just say this. While book 1 started off as a darkish hockey romance, the story has evolved into far more. While two characters are involved in the sport (Coach and player), it really doesn’t belong in the sports romance box.

This story goes in such crazy directions that I can’t even tell what is going to happen next. All I know is….I NEED TO KNOW NOW. (Giggle).

I will be ride or die always for my boy, Jax. He is so impulsive and damaged, but man does he care deeply about his people. Aurora is such a good influence in his life and the developing dynamic with him and Ethan.

GIVE ME ALL OF THAT!

Reece is there. LOL. Do I love him? No. Do I hate him? Also no. Am I holding a grudge because of his treatment of Jax historically? Probably. Most likely. (Yes.) Did I forgive him a bit more because of events of this book. 100%. I feel like my opinion of him will just follow Jackson’s opinion of him.

I’m nothing if not loyal.

If you love twisty, why choose romances, this is a fun series to check out. But these are not stand alone books, start with book 1. Join us in the rabbit hole with these characters lol.

TPP3 releases 9/30. Catch up with the series now in time for the release.

Triple Power Play 3 is the third book in the Obsessed Players Club series. It is a contemporary, age-gap, forbidden, obsession, bodyguard, hockey romance with morally grey MMC's, found family, tragic pasts, and a coach/player relationship. The story is told in first person with multiple POV's.

Cheers to another incredible book in this amazing series! I absolutely loved it and had a very hard time putting it down. I loved the banter, innuendos, and developing relationship between Jackson and Ethan. I loved the innocence and fragility of Aurora. I love that each man fulfills a key need for her. I really enjoyed getting to know Reece more and seeing things change between he and Aurora. I also loved learning more about the characters pasts and truly felt for all they've been through.

The writing, pace, flow, plot and characters were all terrific, as was the character development, relationship development, storytelling, storyline, and world building. In a nutshell, I consider this book a page turner and a Must Read! I am absolutely in love with these characters and their story and cannot wait for more!

ARC Review

Star Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Spice Level: 🌶️🌶️

Since this is the third installment of TPP you really get a deep look at all the relationships and how they are developing and deepening between these characters. Jax is easily my favorite, he is crazy, chaotic and tortured but he is also so pure intentioned (for a red flag 🚩 lol). The thing that really got me was the TENSION. I need book 4 because it has to snap and I literally cannot wait to see it!

Jessica Lyn…. I went into this book thinking, it would be the last book in the series. But nope you’ve left me on a cliffhanger until January 31 2026.

I woke up this morning, ran to my kindle. And finished it in one day. I only found this series recently but I smashed through books one and two, then desperately waiting for book three. And Lo and behold, it’s out. And I enjoyed it to the T. Beautiful, chiefs kiss.

But… did you have it end it that way? I screamed. And I don’t think I can wait for the next book… next year. The entire book I was pining for something to actually happen between Ethan and Jax. Wanting a scene of just them. And you did… at the END.

I’m still in love with the entire series, just slowly dying of having to wait. I also loved the fact that there was so many more Reece POVs, and Auroras POV? Freaking love it every single time. And the best thing she said? Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup. 😂.

This series is a really good one to read if you’re interested in:

• Surprise Pregnancy,
• Reverse Harem,
• A MMC who’s a tiny tiny bit obsessive and possessive and also a stalker 🤭. Just a tiny bit 🤏.
• Another MMC who’s kinda bit of a control freak, and overall a little bit of a workaholic. 👨🏻‍💻
• And finally the last MMC, who’s a teddy bear to the core. 🧸
• And the main thing that bought them all together, the FMC, who’s a bubbly girl, who fights to make her way to her dream career opportunity. She’s also sassy, talks back and obliviously pregnant.

Jessica Lyn also doesn’t rush this series, it’s the third book and Aurora is only 6 months pregnant. These books also go a little deeper than some of your normal pregnancy books. Including more appointments and things like that.

Overall this is a really good book, that I enjoyed. I can’t wait for the next book! Will definitely be running to my kindle on the day.

📚✨ ARC REVIEW ✨📚
Triple Power Play 3 by Jessica Lyn
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.5 (4.5/5 stars)

Thank you, @crownsandchaos_pr, for providing me with a free ARC in exchange for my honest review.

Jackson’s father, Kyle, is dead, ending his reign of terror… or does it? Now Jackson, Ethan, and Aurora face a new threat—someone determined to keep their darkest secrets buried.

Enter Ricky… or should I say Reece? Aurora feels betrayed when she discovers her bodyguard is actually a secret agent. Now he’s investigating Kyle’s death and fighting to win back her heart.

Jackson knows exactly what he wants: Aurora and Ethan. He doesn’t trust Reece not to take them away, even when Ethan insists Reece is what’s best for their family. Jackson would give up hockey before letting either of them slip away.

Meanwhile, Ethan must decide between privacy and love. Every day he hides their throuple is another day of pain. Will he risk his career as Jackson’s coach to openly claim the people he loves most?

I am obsessed with this series, and this might just be my favorite installment yet! The slow-burning tension and intimacy between Jackson and Ethan had me gasping. Every time Ethan wrapped his arms around Jackson, I melted. And that cliffhanger? Absolutely brutal (in the best way).

Reece is a perfect addition to the dynamic, fiercely loyal to Aurora and, by extension, the men she loves. He will burn the world down for them.

If you want a dark, fast-paced, why choose romance with morally grey MMCs, this series belongs on your TBR.

Omg the banter in this books is smoking hot!!!!! Like light a match and set me on fire hot!!!! I have fallen in love with these characters and this series. You can say I am obsessed!!! I need all things Triple Power Play. Jackson is my forever book husband hands down. I love his emotionally damaged self so much. I can relate to him on a lot of levels. Plus who doesn't love a walking red flag hockey boy? I know I sure do! This book was so good. I cannot go into much detail because it would give away way to much of the story plot but this book really dives into a lot of the different relationships among Jackson, Aurora, Ethan, and Reece. Each one of them has a unique relationship with each other and among other members of this group. We get to see more character and relationship development in this book. This book focuses on the different relationships and the evolution of those relationships. Their is a lot of struggle to come to terms with different aspects of this book. Take my Jackson for instance, he is Aurora's husband, Ethan's Hockey Captain, and the wild card to Reece. Each relationship is different but there are other complexities within those roles and relationships that are developing and changing in some ways. We learn more about Jackson and his demons in this book. I was already in love with him and the more I learn about him the more I just want to love on him. He has been through hell and it has severly altered his abilities to cope in many ways. That is why he needs his partners for support. Ethan has some issues that he is dealing with as well. We have Aurora still navigating her relationships but also her anxiety issues. Then we have Reece who has to navigate between his job and making sure that Aurora has whatever she wants and needs. I feel like this book definitely flushed out some much needed relationship development aspects. I seriously cannot wait for the next book. It cannot get here fast enough. Just know this book ends on a cliffhanger. If you love a good hockey, why choose romance with great banter and spice. This is the book for you.

Of course I read this book in one day 🩵

Jessica’s writing just always has a way of pulling me in. It grabs hold of me and doesn't let go until I'm finished, no complaints though.

This review will contain spoilers from TPP2 so please be advised. No spoilers for TPP3 though.

TPP3 focuses on the aftermath of Jackson's father's death. Ethan, Jackson and Aurora have to figure out what happens next, move forward with their lives and after what seems like forever, return to LA.

But returning to LA has it's own problems and returning is causing some major friction between the three of them. Ethan is being more distant, Jackson is finding himself in old habits (no drugs or drinking) and Aurora is caught in the middle. Even with Jackson's father being gone the threat to them is not and Jax and Ethan are forced to make a decision that they never planned for, they have to bring Reece back as Aurora's bodyguard.

What does bringing him back entail for our group when it is clear to everyone how Reece feels about Aurora? Will he end up tearing them apart or will he break the rules in order to keep them safe?

This book is much more plot and less spicy than the first 2 books in the series, I still found myself enjoying every minute of the book.

Thank you so much @authorjessicalyn for the opportunity to ARC read this book. I have loved this series since the beginning and I can't wait to see what comes next.

Picking up right where book 2 ended, three over the top protective men are on the hunt to take down the man who is after what is theirs—Aurora. Jackson, the husband, Ethan, the boyfriend, and Reece the bodyguard-who wants more. Together, they work together to protect Aurora. Jackson and Ethan continue to be over the top and struggle to have any sense of work-life balance. Aurora is their life and protecting her comes at no cost. Enter Reece. Reece wants more with Aurora too, but doesn’t know how he fits into the existing trio. Jackson and Ethan’s relationship, off the ice, starts to develop and Ethan skates around those feelings, which only adds flames to Jackson’s jealous side.

The author notes at the beginning that there will be a fourth book. This book felt like a bridge to book four. The storyline to hunt down Hugo is the focus along with how Jackson and Ethan can best protect Aurora. The spice is spicy but not a lot of scenes. Reece and Aurora have some sparks but Reece's first priority is protecting her at all cost, even if he wants more.

I enjoyed this book because of the other two in the series, however as a whole this book didn’t quite hit the net. The overarching storyline moved forward but not by much and the character development was also limited since the characters were already established in the other books. Yet, I look forward to what these OTTP men do next, it’s been added to my anticipated reads list! May they all get a happy ending in book 4 *wink.*

A Completely Addictive, Flawlessly Written RH Series

I devoured this entire series in one night, literally lost sleep and didn’t even care because it was that engaging. From the very first chapter, the story pulled me in and refused to let go. Devoured all three books within 24 hours…who needs sleep?! 😆 Each of the three main characters was beautifully written, not just in their roles within the RH dynamic, but as fully developed individuals with distinct personalities, motivations, and emotional depth.

This is the first RH series I’ve ever read that felt completely seamless, no awkward dynamics, no rushed relationships, no uneven character development. Everything worked together perfectly. The chemistry was natural, the pacing was tight, and the emotional moments landed exactly where they should. This is the now one of a very select few RH books I have read that was written just right. Take note RH authors. This is the exact formula! Also, it was absolutely hilarious and witty. I couldn’t stop giggling as I was reading it.

I’m not going to spoil it so if you’re looking for an RH book that’s not just entertaining but genuinely well crafted, this series is a standout. I’m already wishing I could read it again for the first time. Highly, highly recommend!!!!

PS: I am absolute agony waiting for the final book which is the author’s Instagram says will be released in December 2025 but Amazon says it will be January 2026. Or how am I gonna wait for Book 4? It ended exactly with the dynamic I needed to start finally 😉 #iykyk

Just finished Triple Power Play 3 by Jessica Lyn, and omg… I was so ready for this one after that cliffhanger in book 2 . Honestly? I really liked it. Dark, messy, and addictive in all the right ways.

I absolutely loved Aurora, Jackson, and Ethan—they felt real, complicated, and you can’t help but root for them, flaws and all. Jackson and Ethan have their issues, but I could see where they were coming from. Reece… I don’t even know how I feel about him. Something about his character just didn’t click with me. Maybe it’s just me, but yeah, there it is.

The story’s full of obsession, forbidden romance, and morally grey choices—basically all the tension you want in a dark romance. The stakes are high, the banter is delicious, and it’s just… messy in the best way.

That said, I didn’t see a ton of character growth this time. Feels like this book was mostly setting things up for the next one, which makes sense because the fourth book is still coming. So many questions left hanging, and now I’m equal parts anxious and excited to see how it all ends 😬.

If you love dark hockey romances with possessive, OTT heroes, messy love triangles, and all the angst, this series is your jam. Book 3 was solid—not my favorite yet—but I’m totally invested and can’t wait for the next one.

⭐ My Rating: 3.75–4/5

Huge thanks to Jessica Lyn for sending me this ARC—I loved getting early access to this addictive, dark world!

✨ARC Review✨
The author is an expert at drawing you in, not only to the plot, but the characters as well. Book 2 ended on an intense note and Book 3 picks up right where we left off. The chaos that Jackson’s father is causing in their lives is only intensifying. While Jax doesn’t like Reece or the feelings he has for Aurora, Ethan has to continue to convince him that he’s a necessary addition to their family for her safety. With Jax and Ethan on the road so much, someone that she knows and understands her needs is crucial during such a threatening time.

As the story evolves, so do all the relationships and the dynamics. We get to know Reece better and watch the relationship between him and Aurora grow. We also get to see the relationship between Jax and Ethan grow deeper and into something more than either of them were anticipating.

There’s so much depth to this book as the exciting and suspenseful storyline continues. What’s fantastic about this is that when starting Book 1 there is no way you could have predicted this is the direction the story would have taken. The author had every opportunity to keep it simple and it still would have been good. This, however, has turned into both a thrill ride and a romance. So the question becomes: where will the author take us after that insane cliffhanger?? # darkhockeyromance #whychoose #foundfamily #bodyguardromance #lightstalking #obsessiveandpossessivemmcs #mentalhealthrep

What The Actual Fuck!!! you cant leave it there 😂

Omg! I just can't. Yep, I almost threw my Kindle and I screamed bloody murder over this book. This book picks up where book 2 finished and it went full on into the chaos that is this found family and relationship.

Ethan, Jackson, and Aurora. Are still full on together but none of them can resist making the others crazy and throwing a fit. This book is tragic but has a lightness that runs through it with the banter. I found myself smiling loads especially when they were winding each other up. When Reese returns the troublemakers just go up another gear.

I won't tell you the depth or plot of this part of the story, just trust me be prepared to get angry. This book and series to date is a huge recommendation from me. I will be waiting impatiently for answers.

WARNING: This hockey romance obsession ends on a massive, wanting you throw your book/kindle/phone out at a wall because this ends in a cliffhanger!

If you love a why choose/MMFF dynamic with smoking-hot spice and laugh-out-loud banter, you need to dive into Triple Power Play 3 immediately. This installment plunges us back into the intense, ever-evolving relationships among Jackson, Aurora, Ethan, and Reece, and the chemistry is explosive—the banter is so good it's SMOKING HOT!

Beyond the heat, the story shines by exploring the deep complexity of this found family. We get fantastic character development as they confront individual demons and relationship complexities. You'll fall completely for the emotionally damaged, "walking red flag" hero, Jackson, whose unhinged, jealous moments are hilarious. You'll also love the BDE Daddy energy of Ethan, the determined heroine Aurora, and the sassy wild card, Reece. While there are moments of struggle and darkness, the constant humor and constant teasing keeps the tone bright and keeps you smiling.

Jessica Lyn delivers fantastic emotional layers and essential plot development. If you're looking for a romance that offers massive spice, complex characters, and a dynamic that feels consuming and real, this is it. I am utterly OBSESSED with this series and can't wait for Book 4—you should be, too!

Triple Power Play 3 is the third book in the Obsessed Players Club series by @authorjessicalyn and to say we are obsessed to putting it lightly!
We cannot get enough of Jackson, Ethan, Reece & Aurora! The dynamic of everyone is so great you get so much broody over protectiveness mixed with an overload of swoon 🙌 this is book three so you HAVE TO read the first two books so without giving too much away lets just say each guy will have you falling in love with them in their own ways! honestly choosing is not a choice 🤣 thankfully Aurora doesn’t want too !! This book we get more into the gritty of what is happening and really get to see everyone come together 🖤 our bodyguard with his dry sense of humor really grounds this group and brings in what they all need .. this one really brought out the emotions you will laugh ( because the banter is just so damn good ) you will hurt, swoon, get angry and fall in love more 🖤🖤 if you love age-gap, forbidden, obsession, bodyguard, hockey romance with morally grey MMC’s, found family, tragic pasts, and a coach/player relationship. And a story told in first person with multiple POV’s. Then you will ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS SERIES!!
We really could go on and on but this series really needs to be experienced for yourself!!!! We cannot wait for book 4 !!!

It's okay to be happy, even when things are falling apart."
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🌶️🌶️
I did not want to put this down! But unfortunately pesky things like work and sleep got in the way.
The pace feels slower but I think we really need that for this one especially since it is no longer a trilogy and will have a fourth installment. Which I hope is coming suuuuper soon 👀 The ending, as always, is incredibly mean. I will be losing precious sleep over this.
We get so much more depth for everyone's relationships and mental states.
Aurora just wants the ones she loves to be happy, safe and healthy. Even though she has to make the most sacrifices and the guys don't always seem to understand where she's coming from.
Obsessive Jax will forever and always be my favorite.
Ethan sometimes needs to take a step back and really think before he opens his mouth. There were a few times I wanted to shake him.
And Reese, oh Reese. I need more of him.
The progression of Ethan and Jax's relationship is amazing and exactly what I needed. I'm also very excited to see where Grant's story is going, same with the twins.
This was another 2 a.m. finish for me. I did stare at the wall blankly for a while trying to process the ending.
Absolutely no idea when book 4 is coming but it will absolutely be at the top of my TBR.

I don’t even know how else to describe the level of obsession I have for these books! I was hooked after page 1 & it’s only gotten worse in the most delicious of ways!
Jax & Ethan have stolen my heart and my sanity - and I don’t want them back!!

This 3rd installment was scrumptious and got me blushing from all the feels! The added Reece POV was inevitable and though he’s been there all along he’s slid in perfectly to stir up the pot! I can’t help it guys! I’m obsessed, Jax’s got nothing on me 🤓

I have some limits to what I like and how far I can be pushed in the harem department- and Jessica found the right way to make me rethink all of those limits - coz I want more and I can’t wait for it 🤭 IYKYK - trust 💙

I was worried I was going to be unconsolable to have this story “end” but Jessica knows what her people need and she doesn’t disappoint - the worse part is the wait-
I never want to put this story down but I also want to drag out the process for as long as possible! Those audiobooks can’t come out soon enough so I can re-listen to this on repeat!

I should mention to check your triggers - this is a dark romance and your emotions will be tested!

Thank you Jessica for adding Jax & Ethan into my vocabulary and for slowly pushing my boundaries just the right amount, I’m going on a whole new reading adventure!

Ok I’ll wait now 🖤

🏒 Triple Power Play 3: A Dark Hockey Romance by Jessica Lyn 🏒

HOLY. HOCKEY. PUCK. 🤯🔥 Jessica Lyn did not come to play and this finale SLAYED me in the best possible way.

Aurora, Jackson, and Ethan already had me spiraling in the first two books… but now add in an undercover agent with a tragic past, obsession, betrayal, and sacrifice? Yeah, I was SCREAMING. Every chapter had me clutching my Kindle like “did that really just happen??”

This book goes harder, darker, and more emotional than ever. The angst. The spice. The morally grey choices. The obsessive, possessive MMCs who would burn down the rink, the league, and the world for the woman they love. Aurora isn’t just their princess, she’s their anchor, their fire, and their undoing. 👑🔥

The found family vibes, the hurt/comfort moments, the absolute devotion from these broken men, it all came together in a finale that had me on my knees (and maybe crying a little). The last page?? Absolutely destroyed me. 🖤

📚 Tropes inside:
🏒 Why Choose / Reverse Harem
🥅 Coach/Player forbidden vibes
🔥 OTT obsessive MMCs
🛡️ Bodyguard romance
❤️‍🔥 Enemies to friends to lovers
🥅 Age gap goodness
🖤 Hurt/comfort + wounded heroes
👑 Princess + her protectors

The cliffhanger at the end had me screaming...Even though I had a feeling it would have that kind of ending.

With this being the 3rd installment of the series and it meaning to focus more on Reece and his feelings for Aurora, I did expect a little more on that front.
I expected them to cross more boundaries than they could set for each other.
However, with that being said, I'm glad that this new installment picked up seamlessly, from the edge of the cliffhanger we got left at in book two.
I love Jackson's vulnerability, he's more open with his struggles, he's doing his best to be a better version of himself despite his past trying to drag him under.
Ethan, I think is very much learning how to be a better version of the person he's always been.
It's interesting how they take care of each other.

All in all, this was a fun read.
I spent a lot of time laughing out loud and I have more favorite quotes than needed.
With being said here are some of the LOL moments:

“I wish I could bounce your head off the cement—watch it split open like a fucking melon.” -Jax

“Well, Pops, that’s where you’re wrong. Your girl called my wife a whore, and that’s very much my concern.” - Jax

Let’s jump straight in, Triple Power Play has me in a chokehold. The entire series has kept me glued to the pages and I couldn’t put this book down if I tried. I mean, life was put on hold so I could finish this book.
The characters are so well written you can’t help but fall in love with them. I will forever be a Jackson girlie. I just love his character so much. His whole personality resonates with me. Jessica Lyn created a foundation for these characters to learn and grow and you can clearly see that on every page.
The plot thickens as we dive into the third installment of this series and it does not disappoint. After the (horrible) cliffhanger we were left with in book 2, we pick up exactly where we left off. Jessica Lyn takes no time in throwing curve balls right out the gate. It amazes me how it could be months between these books releasing and it feels like no time has passed. The thought that goes into creating an opening chapter that captures the reader and puts them right back in the action is impeccable. Jessica Lyn gave us everything in this book and it just shows how incredible of a writer she is. This series is a must read and it holds a place in my top books of 2025 no doubt.

Where do I begin? Thank you for this opportunity to read your amazing work, but why must you hurt me with that cliff hanger. Did you enjoy writing that ending? Because I for sure did not like reading it nor do I like sitting here in fear. Thankfully I read this on my phone because my book would have captured my tears and we can’t have that.

This entire book was a world wind of emotions and relationship problems that needed to be discussed between our characters. Aurora and Jax are two handfuls of bratty energy that I live for including when they gang up on Ethan. Those moments had me dying of laughter.

Seeing the new group dynamic with Reece slowly making his debut filled me with joy. Reece deserves happiness too and he is emotionally available and not scared to demand what he wants (amen for that but also set respectable boundaries, a man that knows🙌🏽).

I am going to make this book everyone’s problem and not stop talking about until everyone has read it, Jessica you have outdone yourself and I am thankful forever grateful this opportunity.

I need book four now please. Like right now. I am not ok. I need answers.

⭐️ I needed to sort myself out, and I can’t do that around her and Jax. They’re my weakness.⭐️

I never thought I would be feral over a why choose book series but here I am. Feral over Ethan, Jackson, Aurora and Reece.

I will be the first to admit I wasn’t sure how it would work with Reece joining the fam, but I like him, he is the calm around the chaos.

Ethan, the boss, the daddy the everything.
Jackson, the chaos, the lover, the one who wants to be loved.
Aurora, the one that brings them all together.

I loved this book a lot more than the first two (nothing wrong with them) we got more story in this book, more depth. I really feel for Jax and I love how Ethan loves him for him. There was a lot more focus on Ethan and Jackson and their relationship becoming more than just coach and captain so I can’t wait to see it in the next book.

As well as seeing how Reece will fit in, do I hope he will love them too…. Maybe…. But even if Ethan and Jackson just let him in, let him close, let him love Aurora I think I will be okay with that.

Aurora. Damn girl. Save some for the rest of us.

i’m gnawing at the iron bars of my enclosure. THIIISSSSS i what im talking about when i say i need the men to be in love with each other and not just both be in love with the same woman in a throuple situation. hate hate HATTTTEEEE that it took to the end of the book for them to finally work it out and all we get is a kiss (i don’t hate it i love slow burn) but im so glad they’re finally admitting there’s something happening there. speaking of slow burn- aurora and reece??? hello? what’s going on?? are they allowed to kiss now like is her harem cool with that? is he joining the harem? need to know. it’s been a minute since i read the last one so it took me a minute to remember all the plot elements outside the romance, which i feel like took whatever is even less than a backseat in this book, but it is what it is. confident that in the next book we will resolve all this stuff with kyle’s bitch ass and everyone in this polycule (that’s what i’m calling it now) will get their shit together so they can be a happy family who goes to therapy and doesn’t blow up every 10 pages. also, i’ve said it before and ill say it again: CAN SHE JUST HAVE THIS GOD DAMN BABY ALREADY

I am UNWELL. Jessica, you knocked it out of the park… AGAIN. This series is like crack, I literally cannot put the books down once I start reading them. After the bomb dropped at the end of TPP2… I couldn’t wait to see where she took this and Jessica DELIVERED!! I am obsessed with these boys and the little found family that they have developed. I love the individual relationships between them all and their relationships as they grow together. It’s impossible to give a review without major spoilers, but know that this series is phenomenal and I never want it to end. Thank god I am a Patreon subscriber and get the chapters she releases at 2am my time, they’re keeping me afloat until the next book!!

Thank you Jessica Lyn for the arc!!! I love this series so much I know every single book is going to be SO good and I’m right every single time!!
4/5:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
-No third act breakup
-Age Gap
-Forbidden Romance
-Found Family
And so many more amazing tropes/micro tropes!!!
We get four different povs in this book
Aurora- is my girl I love her. She can do no wrong in my eyes🫣 she’s definitely a lucky girl by having Jackson, Ethan AND Reece around.
Jackson- He is a hockey player and has been infatuated with Aurora from the moment he met her and would do anything to keep her by his side.
Ethan- Is a hockey coach and wants nothing more than to take care of his family. The relationship growth between Ethan and Jackson is probably my favorite part about this book.
Reece- is Auroras bodyguard who is so down bad for her. I love it. This man would quite literally do anything she asked him to do.
I love this book so much. I love getting to see how they all cope with things and even when they’re fighting how they come together when one of them is upset or hurt. The found family in this book is top tier.
I’m so glad this is out and that everyone can go read this now!!!

GIVE ME BOOK 4 ALREADY PLEASE! I’m hooked.

But I have thoughts:
How is it okay for aurora to just go and add another man to the equation and expect Jackson and Ethan to just be okay with it? Like don’t blame Jackson for getting upset and yelling when it’s literally your fault?
You can really tell her age in this book. She’s immature and needy.
Poor Jackson has been through hell and back and still endured the bullshit from her.
I want…no I need Jackson and Ethan to hook up ASAP
I’m not sold on aurora and Reece. I know it’s helpful to have him as a bodyguard. But to add him into the mix is too much for me at the moment. I feel like it’s wrong of her considering she was already in a relationship with the other two. Then randomly decided “oh yeah I have feelings for him too” 🙄
Also she’s needy af in this book compared to the rest.
She’s on my nerves.
Jackson feeling like everything is his fault was breaking my heart.
Ethan’s back and forth about being with Jackson was getting old so I’m glad that he’s finally opening up to it.

HOW ARE WE GOING TO END ON THE KISS AND NOTHING MORE OMG UGH
