Chelsea is a Kiwi food legend. This recipe book has great easy sugar free healthy vegan recipes without a zillion ingredients.

The format is excellent with recipe on the left and photograph on facing page. I love the comments she makes about each recipe and suggested tips and swaps.

If you’re looking for a recipe book with tasty fuss free vegan alternatives including sweet options do consider this great book.
