This book was such a nice, quick, and easy read. I love the design—it feels simple yet elegant. I really enjoyed this poetry collection; page 51 was my favourite. I found several quotes that really stood out to me:
"Be the safe place you have always searched for in others."
"You are not less because you have been broken. You are more because you are still here."
"And there is nothing more powerful than a woman who keeps trying."
This was so close to being a 5-star read for me, but the last 20 pages didn't seem to have been proofread and really let it down. There were two major typos ("consinstelntly" and "what" instead of "what's"), and page 34 actually came after page 35? so not sure if this was a printing error. The typos made the ending feel a bit messy sadly.
I would still rate it 4 star and would recommend it to anyone looking for an uplifting poetry book on self-love!
Edit - *Just a warning, I do think this is AI whether partially or fully? (i'm not sure) from looking into the author, her socials and content. So if you don't agree with AI created books etc.. I would not recommend for you to read this book, I was unaware until after. I will update my review if the author clarifies*
